My service person was great. I did encounter other issue. I Asked for a manager call back- never did received a callback. It doesn’t look like customers matter at this place. Came in for 5000 mile service maintenance and the windshield wiper washer bottle (empty) was not even filled. I don’t believe that the oil change was not done nor tire rotation. I tried to schedule my appointment online, but your website doesn’t work. It kept redirecting me to car purchasing. I was told that it would take 1 1/2 hours to change the oil in my car and your dealer website doesn’t work. It kept redirecting me to car purchasing.
