I have been to this dealership with a couple GM vehicles over the years. My last truck purchase they didn't have a 21 2500HD Denali Diesel long bed or I would have bought it from them. To be fair, that is when covid had created a shortage of parts and trucks were hard to find. I may have bought the truck from another dealer, but it has never been anywhere but Mark Christophers for service. I was happy enough with how they treat their customers that I ended up buying a 24 Cadillac CT5 from them 2 years ago. I got a great deal on it and my wife absolutely loves it. I plan to buy my next vehicle from them as well. It's hard to find a place that takes good care of you these days. I won't name names, but the place in North Fontana, closest to me to buy a GM product, actually tried to get me to do an unecessary $5K repair (my cousin was a service manager for a dealer in Temecula confirmed it at his dealership) and then that same place in North Fontana would not negotiate a single dollar on a new purchase even though other dealers were much less. The last 4 of my wifes cars were actually BMW's and I was sick of having to deal with the local BMW dealer in the area as well. She test drove the CT5 and actually liked it way more then the latest BMW anyway and Mark Christopher had a great selection. Overall, I can definately say Mark Christopher has really taken great care of my wife and I there and we are definately loyal customers now! More
