If the intention is to provide "clear and honest information during the buying process" then this seems like something that could have been reviewed by your team during the purchasing process. To put it mildly, most people don't walk into a dealership assuming the dealer has their best interests in mind. The sole purpose of this review is to inform other buyers so they can go into the process with a clear understanding of what to expect and have one more piece of information working in their favor during the purchase process at your dealership.
