First impression was great. We were met by a salesperson as soon as we got into the lot. When I decided on the vehicle I wanted, the contract signing went pretty smoothly. Once they had my signature and down payment, it seems staff was no longer interested in our presence. I waited over a half hour after the final signature to be met by the sales person to be handed my key or told where I can go to take possession on my vehicle. Then I waited an additional 15 minutes to find our sales person to be handed our 2nd set of keys, which he said he would be bringing out right away. We in fact had to have someone else reach him by cell phone to get him back to the from to retrieve the 2nd set. How quickly they forget about the customers once they make a sale. More
