Everyone at the dealership was knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. Communication was excellent. Made an appointment to close out my lease well in advance, sent all the requested paperwork in immediately. Got there at my scheduled time and sat for over an hour. Don’t need to mention names, it’s a culture thing that was obvious in the few people I did speak with. Prior to my appointment, getting someone on the phone was darn near impossible, or even to get a call back. Finally resorted to saying I was looking for a new vehicle, those calls got answered without delay. Definitely won’t go back to my auto on my next purchase. More
