I had a very bad vibe from Westside and did not feel like they cared about me. It felt like they just wanted to make some money off me. I guess they don't realize that customer experience means a lot. My exp they cared about me. It felt like they just wanted to make some money off me. Earning business can come in different forms and is different for each person. Westside did nothing to make me feel like I could trust them, where Northside did. When I told my sales rep for Westside we decided to accept a car from Northside and how well we were taken care of....."Wow" was the only thing he texted back. As a customer, I took that as great sign that that I did not do business with them. More

I met with Joshua, and not only did he help me find my next vehicle, but I drove it off the lot the same day!
