Friendly Staff I expected a more thorough diagnosis and repair of my truck.That is why I had it sent to Phil Long Ford to start with. My truck was stolen and the tru I expected a more thorough diagnosis and repair of my truck.That is why I had it sent to Phil Long Ford to start with. My truck was stolen and the truck was badly damaged. Door locks and ignition switch needed to be replaced. Ignition Switch that was put in sticks and was instrumental in my starter motor burning up and having to be replaced. Almost a thousand dollar fix. Took my truck back to Phil long for this repair. Ignition switch was not replaced but was lubricated .It still sticks and I am worried it will happen again. Thorough job would to be sure this part was working and if not replaced.If the truck had been checked out and repaired better I would not be out so much money that the insurance company would had taken care of. I have paid out over three thousand dollars so far to repair things that could have been taken care of by insurance. I am not done yet. More

Nice people and friendly staff. After I ran into some issues after buying, my salesman was able to take care of everything. Sylas was my salesman and he did a good job. The finance manager on the other h issues after buying, my salesman was able to take care of everything. Sylas was my salesman and he did a good job. The finance manager on the other hand not so much. I had to get ahold of him after screwing up some documents and I was told to resubmit and I would be told if everything was approved. A few days to a week went by and didn’t hear anything. It’s sad that I had to get ahold of the finance manager to make sure the bank finalized everything and that I was taken care of. Over all my experience was not bad and this is a good place to buy a car from. More

After finalizing the details and them actually acquiring the vehicle I wanted from another dealer, went absolutely way above and beyond my expectations. We made the 2 hour ride and it was worth every minute. Usually the salespeople have my back against the finance manager to fight for the deal we want, that wasn't the case at Phil Long. Patrick was so professional and transparent it kind of blew my mind. He wasn't pushy with the add-ons at all, just made mere suggestions as to what makes sense for us which led us to purchase the windshield protection package. He had the paper work drawn up and ready to sign, we were in and out start to finish in about 1-2 hours even with the test drive.
