He let us know what was available and then gave us over to Tom Z. to finish the looking and buying process. Tom was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy like a typically car salesman. The experience far exceeded our expectations. Ed Smith was instrumental in getting us the vehicle we wanted. We drove about an hour to the dealership, and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Everytime I call Preston they answer with " we can help" they just don't tell you it will not be right now!!! The screen in my truck went completely black and the girl said to me "Well you can drive without they just don't tell you it will not be right now!!!
