I bought a 2017 Jetta and instead of being courteous and filling the car up with gas before I left the dealership I barely got enough gas to get home, also I’ve got to ball tires on the back of the car no o filling the car up with gas before I left the dealership I barely got enough gas to get home, also I’ve got to ball tires on the back of the car no one bothered to tell me that also the battery was dead practically before I got home I live 100 miles away. I bought an Atlas certified (after some "pressure" from sales guys) and I regret the secondnot choose a Ford explorer. Car has dents and need minors touch up, promised to be fixed and so far nothing. BUYER BEWARE!!!! USED CARE FRAUD!!! Found a beautiful Jetta online listed at $13,499. I had my parents visit the dealership for me since I lived in Tennessee. I planned on flying down a couple days later to pick it up. They met with Dain, he was really nice.. AT FIRST. I am a cash buyer, not only would they not budge on the price of the car, THEY TACKED ON A 2K CHARGE FOR ITEMS THAT WEREN'T EVEN DONE TO THE CAR!!! Nitrogen in the tires? That's $30. A wax on the car? etc. The car came out to $16,800!!!!!!! At that point, when Dain could see my parents weren't happy about that extra charge, he became nasty.. I was on the phone and could hear everything going on. I told my parents to walk, and they did. It's been 5 days and they've called me 10 times. Different people - Conner, Ken, Dain, etc. They won't leave me alone. I would highly advise to stay far away from this dealership. I've started blocking any number that has a "954" area code because it's beginning to be ridiculous. More
