The finance process was really bad. After 1 month the loan on our trade-in has not been paid off. The loan is now delinquent, has late fees, and is reporting as delinquent at the bureau After 1 month the loan on our trade-in has not been paid off. The loan is now delinquent, has late fees, and is reporting as delinquent at the bureau. The finance manager who handled our purchase said he forgot to collect a proof of residency document from us. I think he was either lying to make an excuse or he and the dealership are really inefficient. This is a great disservice to us, and I am not coming back to this dealership in the future. I will also let my friends know that they should avoid this dealership. More

Do not go here to buy a car. The general sales manager isn’t right. Do not go to this dealership. They had me sign for a car before it arrived. It did not include everything that I asked for so I requested a refund. Instead, they sent the car to have the seats done, offered to make my payment and offered me $200 to do the survey. They had the car for over two weeks to do the seats like I originally asked. Once they finished my car was delivered to my job. Later that they the told me to come sign more paperwork for a lower rate. Once I got there the finance guy was going over my income and stated that I receive $11,000 for SSI 🤦🏾♀️🫣 when I provided check subs from my job and my business statements. Needless to say after all the suspect things that went on I’m waiting on my $6k down payment that I asked for when I told them I didn’t want the car weeks ago. I do believe that the owner should be notified and I’ve contacted the bbb. Next the news media will be there once I provide them with all my correspondence and paperwork. More
