I have a 2021 Cadillac Escalade with 3700 miles on it. This past Wednesday I started the truck to find out that it would not even hold an idle and almost died on my driveway. I called Sarant Cadillac to see if I could take it in and told them that I was going away on Friday. Even though the service advisor told me that they had no one to pick up the truck he went ABOVE and Beyond to get it to the shop and took care of the problem and Joe got my truck back to me the same DAY!!!! Joe called me that morning numerous times as he was trying to figure out how he could get the truck to the dealership and he made it work!!! In my 30 plus year or leasing or owning cars Joe wins the award for BEST service advisor!!! More

Joe Mistretta is a gentleman. He deligently listens to my car problems and always gives me a satisfactory explanation of what the mechanics will try to do to correct the problem. The back up camera black and cell when I put the car in reverse coming out of my driveway. When I most need the camera to work so I don't kill anybody on the sidewalk. Tony DiGuiseppe was awesome from the moment I came in for service till I picked up my car. Kept me inform of all progress and made sure the car was fully detailed before I came to pick it up.
