I’d just like to say how incredibly caring the people in Sarant Cadillac are every time I take my car for service. I took my car for an oil change the other day. Tony, not only took care of that for me but Sarant Cadillac are every time I take my car for service. I took my car for an oil change the other day. Tony, not only took care of that for me but he also checked and fixed other problems that my car had and I wasn’t even aware of it. My husband and I had a very positive experience with both the dealership and our salesman, Alexander Bowen. Alexander was very professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable about the car we purchased t the dealership and our salesman, Alexander Bowen. Alexander was very professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable about the car we purchased the 2023 XT5. He spent a lot of time with us setting up the car( to personalize it( settings etc.) and was very patient with us and all our questions. He did not rush us.
