I found the salesperson, Mr. Alexander Bowen, to be friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The paperwork was handled expeditiously. Customer service is top rated. He went so far as to personally provide me with transportation from the dealership I dropped off my old car to pick up my new car. The manager, John Nassour, was also very friendly and easy to deal with. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate recommending Sarant Caddillac to my friends and family.
