Sales and service need to be in tuned with each other. Car was certified and after spending over $800 on repairs the car was not detailed. It took almost 3 weeks to correct the issue. I cant say enough about my service manager Gerson! ! He is so kind, professional and most of all so patient!! I have been really upset there at times, and his professionalism and ability to calm me do ! He is so kind, professional and most of all so patient!!
