After a horrible experience with another Subaru dealer, contacted Subaru of JAX in late August because I saw a new Outback I wanted was in transit. Salesman Kyle Shifflett contacted me and said it was sol contacted Subaru of JAX in late August because I saw a new Outback I wanted was in transit. Salesman Kyle Shifflett contacted me and said it was sold but could order one and get the exact options I want. Told Kyle I may want to trade in my car and he gave me a decent price. The car was ordered and arrived on 12/22. Showing Kyle that the value of my trade in had increased, he agreed to increase the trade in offer. No surprises on the pick up on our new Outback - a pleasant experience. More

They never pressured us to buy more than what we wanted and were always fair and reasonable when discussing price and where I wanted to end up with final purchase amount.
