The service people that I dealt with on Wednesday's appointment were so helpful ,and worked so efficiently. I had several questions which they took the time to respond to thoroughly. I also appreciated that when they could not wash the car, they gave me a coupon to have it washed without charge at a place further down on Atlantic Blvd. Also they took card of servicing my car right away so I did not have long wait. I have traveled 65,000 miles in this amazing little car. In those miles I have stop to have routine service performed in Subaru dealerships from Florida to Oregon and back. I made this trip twice. Point is it's very rare to pull into Subaru shop and not feel welcomed. The Jax dealership, Russ the Service Manager, and especially Mike my Service Advisor were attentive, responded to my concerns, and acted upon them. Hats off to all the service folks at Subaru Jax!
