2020 Subaru Outback XT I've bought many cars and trucks in my 68 years, but I've never had as good of an experience as I did at Subaru of Kennesaw. I worked with Ralph Kurla I've bought many cars and trucks in my 68 years, but I've never had as good of an experience as I did at Subaru of Kennesaw. I worked with Ralph Kurland and Colin Blanken and they were both knowledgeable and courteous to my wife and I. We didn't have to spend all day negotiating price with the salesman going back and forth to the sales manager. I also order a remote start and the service department made an appointment and estimated how long it would take. They came in under the estimate and were very courteous. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Subaru. More

Great experience - Ralph Kurland was excellent to work with We were purchasing a used vehicle for our son and had a really great experience with the dealership and our salesperson Ralph Kurland. Great Experience Had no intention of purchasing a car when my husband and I went in for a test drive for a $50 gift card. Had our hearts set on a Toyota Highlander, but were open to other makes and models. I had previously made contact with the internet sales person, Stephanie Frazier to inquire about available Ascents in certain trim lines. She was very knowledgeable of the car's details, and best of all, she wasn't pushy (the reason we hate buying cars -- we generally keep our cars 10-16 years). And she was very personable, which make her likeable. We had done our research prior to arriving, knew what we were willing to pay, and there was very little haggling. Steve Abad made closing the deal fairly easy, and he too, was very personable. All in all in was a pleasant experience for two people who hate car buying. More
