I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and have had an amazing experience both times. My most recent experience was buying a Toyota 4Runner and Alfred Odister was my Sales Specialist. I had been to had an amazing experience both times. My most recent experience was buying a Toyota 4Runner and Alfred Odister was my Sales Specialist. I had been to 2 dealerships earlier that day and had not had a positive experience at either place. I decided to stop at Toyota of Cleveland on my way home with zero intentions of buying anything. I was immediately greeted by Alfred in a very friendly and positive way. I told him what I was looking for and he asked my preferences. We went out to the lot and he showed me all the options available while keeping my preferences in mind. Once we found the one that I wanted to test drive Alfred took me on a route that truly displayed the vehicles performance capabilities. He also went over all of the features of the vehicle in detail. Needless to say I fell in love with the 4Runner and decided to purchase it. I truly appreciate the patience of the entire team at Toyota of Cleveland. Since I did not plan on purchasing a vehicle that day I did not arrive at the dealership until around 6 pm on a Friday. The dealership closed at 8 but after all of the paperwork we did not leave until around 10 PM. Even at 10 o'clock on a Friday night, after paperwork was complete, Alfred made sure to stay and show me details of my new vehicle such as blinker location, cruise control, lights, ect. He even synced my Bluetooth to the new vehicle for me. Not once did I feel rushed and I truly appreciate his attention to detail. The whole team was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was actually able to have an extremely enjoyable experience buying a car. They will have my business from here on out. More
