I made a mistake on my last purchase from another dealership and was pretty upside down, Shane one of the managers, was great and helped me the most for my trade in and the lowest price on my new purchase so I wasn’t so upside down. I wouldn’t have been able to get out from under that car if it wasn’t for Shane! And then of course Dylan in finance, which helped seal the deal and got my interest rate even lower so I could afford my payment! I will never go anywhere else other than Toyota of Cleveland.
