Service technicians are incompetent at identifying problems and have lost our keys twice. We’ve dropped our car off at scheduled appointment times early in the morning and have been told the car hasn’ problems and have lost our keys twice. We’ve dropped our car off at scheduled appointment times early in the morning and have been told the car hasn’t been looked at until late afternoon. We are frustrated with the consistent issue of dropping our car off and having to wait more than eight hours for it to be ready. We absolutely hate this dealership and will never return. Every chance I get to talk about Tucson Subaru, I say how much they suck and we regret buying a Subaru. More
