We weren't able to come to terms on day one; but the next morning after a few phone calls and much shuttle diplomacy on Gregory's part we were able to make the deal we were looking for. Louie was charming and didn't draw out the closing process, which can really be a grind sometimes. Overall a good experience for us. More
