Overall a very positive experience. Just wish all dealerships worked this way without the high pressure sales pitch. More

As part of the sales process, we met with Traci to go over the financing and warranty options and she was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and pleasant to boot. Then we met with Jack again to go over the final details and he helped with our initial setup to go home in our new car. All in all, we feel good about the car, the personnel and the deal. And we found one of the charities they donate to because of our purchase was one we personally donate to. More
