Stopped in looking to replace my Prius. Spotted a beautiful 2019 Accord on the lot. As I was looking it over Mike Long walked out and introduced himself. One thing I detest is a pushy salesman. Mike was anything but! He answered my questions. Offered a test drive, Discussed the features of the Accord. We went inside so he could look up a few more details for me and within 10 minutes of meeting him I told him to write it up. I think he was a little surprised but write it up he did. I left Zimmerman in a beautiful Accord within 2 hours of stepping on their lot. Finance was a snap with the manager getting everything together quickly. Mike personally took the car in to the detailing area to have it touched up. Once everything was complete he got in the passenger seat and made sure I was connected to the car (Phone) and showed me features that I would never have guessed existed. Mike Long and the Zimmerman group are awesome and made my purchase simple. When I wear this one out I will be back to see you! Thanks Zimmerman!!! More

We put our name down (and a deposit) on a CRV Hybrid in February that was on a list to arrive at some point in the future. It arrived in March. From the initial visit to the pick up, things were smooth and didn't take long. Fastest auto sale transaction ever with no pressure for added features from the finance department. The price was exactly what we had agreed on when we put money down in February. Great experience. More

Luis is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did a great job answering my questions, and he volunteered new information as well. He took the time to highlight and paper clip the areas in the owner's manual that applied to my trim level. There were no $$ surprises when I arrived to pick up my CRV. Luis laid it out ahead of time. I think he cares enough about his customers that if there was a problem with a vehicle after the purchase that he would help support the customer's interest. I can't say lots about Zimmerman since I don't have much experience there yet. A co-worker did like the dealership a lot. I already recommended Luis to her for her next year's purchase. Anyway, I do like that Zimmerman is not forcing customers to pay for rust proofing and etching to pad their bottom line like another dealership in the region is doing. And if you purchase four oil changes, the fifth is free. With my trade-in, a Subaru, I was treated very well at that car's dealership. The waiting area was excellent, with drinks, fruit, and snacks. And my car was washed after being serviced and I could bring it in before close to have it washed any other time, plus loaners we're available. That latter two factors are huge incentives for increasing customer satisfaction. I'm hoping that Zimmerman does these things as well! If I'm asked to rate them in the future, I will certainly be able to give a more thorough review about the dealership than I can now. So far, things look promising. More
