This is the worst dealership to purchase from not only do they lie about what is covered on warranties just to make a sale their service is awful. They have do maintained and what they do do it's half done. My car has no bottom cover due to them not putting the cover back on properly not once but twice it's fallen out on the freeway. When I took it back nothing but sarcasm. Yes ma'am, I understand ma'am bs, would never recommend anyone to do business there.

had an issue with my clear coat on a brand new telluride and they say its not covered under warranty due to it being from impact. there's a tiny scratch from a rock or bug hitting it but because it happens to be where the clear coat is peeling they wont warranty it.
the clear coat blew off while i was washing the car. took it to a body shop and they told me the clear coat looks wrong and shouldn't flake like it is. its either poor product or poor application.
i've purchased 5 vehicles from crain and 3 of those were brand new vehicles from crain kia in the past 2 years. they don't give a xxxx about your loyalty or even try to talk to you about it. as soon as you try to fight it they just pass you off till you give up. not one manager reached out. they'll get your money and then they don't care. xxxx i even serviced the vehicles here. it takes 4 hours to get an oil change. run away and take your loyalty elsewhere because they won't reciprocate it.

When you have an appointment at 11 but they don't start on your car till 1, it gets very very frustrating! Their excuse? Oh, we're behind.....I'm sorry, you're behind by 2 hours? Maybe you could care more about your customers time and call them to let them know not to show up at their appointed time. Two and half hours later, and I'm STILL sitting here waiting. I had other appts today!!!!!!!

If you use your dealership for vehicle service DO NOT expect much from this dealership. I took my 2017 Sorento in for diagnostic and repairs ( I felt like it would be in the nationwide recall for Engine failure due to poor oil performance and retention) on March 3. After it was not not repaired when July rolled around we decided to have it moved to another dealership. I'm not sure how they expect people to function without a vehicle, but apparently they do.
I only had one car at the time of my engine messing up. I had to buy another vehicle because I had no way to get anywhere and had 3 school aged kids. This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

No follow-up! Went in to look at the Niro EV, in the end the deal was good except I was not completely sold on an all-electric vehicle due to the limited range (and other considerations). Eventually asked about a plug-in hybrid, even considering factory order, and since then (over 3 weeks now), crickets! Not even a courtesy call from the salesman or sales manager to see if I was still in the market; the last response when I was there was "we are calling around" (with no mention of a factory order which probably would have been the best course of action), but of course I was pushed aside in favor of a customer who apparently was seated in the dealership, ready to buy. It's shameful to be treated in such a manner; and justifies my decision to potentially take my business elsewhere.

Brought in 06 Rio for airbag recall. What was quoted as a 1 hour job by the manufacturer took the service department 3. My vehicle was returned to me with numerous scratches in the interior and plastic coverings that were not returned to their original place. I immediately contacted Bale Kia upon noticing this and left a message which was not returned for 4 days. My call was eventually returned by managers whom were both rude and uninterested in compensating fuel costs for a return trip to the service department despite their poor work. I decided to cut my losses and take my Kia elsewhere for repairs to avoid dealing with subpar service and disrespectful management. I have no intention of returning to their service department or making purchases from their establishment so I asked multiple times to be removed from all contact lists. They still insist on calling regularly despite my requests.

Did not even call us back after we tried for several days to work out a deal with them. We gave up and went to Little Rock to Frank Fletcher Kia Dealership. They were awesome, and I love my new Kia!!!!
