Superior Kia had the best price of three dealers who bid on my Stinger. They allowed me to witness the PDI of my new car which is still flawless.
The facility is old and out of date but they have a new General Manager and are rebuilding the entire dealership. I would be concerned about old reviews, but this is clearly a different dealership than previously reviewed here. Superior owns many local dealerships and they have clearly fixed the problems from earlier reports.

These folks will lie to you and totally mislead you! Very wishy washy, lacks lots of business ethics and just not the place to go for a trouble free experience, believe me I had to learn the hard way. They certainly aren't looking out for your best interest, only theirs and that sale they are trying to make. So you may wanna consider shopping elsewhere for a much better and trouble free experience!

My sister owned a 2016 KIA Elentre. She and I had to go to Green Forest, AR for a funeral. Her car had a major malfunction on the way to the cemetery. Needless to say, we weren't going anywhere after we reached the cemetery. Sis called KIA's road side service, car towed to the dealership in Bentonville, AR. Once we established that her car was not going to be looked at that evening a car was arranged for us to drive home, which was 3 hours away. The sales team and the general manager all worked their magic and got my sister into a car and we were very happy with how they treated us. We both recommend this dealership to others.

Brought in 06 Rio for airbag recall. What was quoted as a 1 hour job by the manufacturer took the service department 3. My vehicle was returned to me with numerous scratches in the interior and plastic coverings that were not returned to their original place. I immediately contacted Bale Kia upon noticing this and left a message which was not returned for 4 days. My call was eventually returned by managers whom were both rude and uninterested in compensating fuel costs for a return trip to the service department despite their poor work. I decided to cut my losses and take my Kia elsewhere for repairs to avoid dealing with subpar service and disrespectful management. I have no intention of returning to their service department or making purchases from their establishment so I asked multiple times to be removed from all contact lists. They still insist on calling regularly despite my requests.

Did not even call us back after we tried for several days to work out a deal with them. We gave up and went to Little Rock to Frank Fletcher Kia Dealership. They were awesome, and I love my new Kia!!!!
