The absolute worst service department in my experience as a car owner ever ! I have purchased 6 Toyota’s in the past 20 years and have bought 4 from Landers . I called for an appointment two days in advance upon arrival I was told I possibly would have to wait 1 hour or longer .
2hours and 45 minutes later I got my cad with no explanation !
I love Toyota’s and will buy another but not from Landers! I will go to Orr or Caldwell for my next car !!

Customer service is alive and well at Caldwell Toyota in Conway, AR! Service manager, Adam Lamb, went out of his way to make sure our vehicle was taken care of to meet our satisfaction. We had a problem w/ our two front doors retaining water. He went out of his way to correct this. He was polite, courteous, and very sympathetic to our distress of this problem. His main goal was to fix our new Rav 4 Adventure and make us happy customers! He couldn't have been more helpful! We will definitely remain customers of Caldwell Toyota. It is so nice to have a manager who genuinely cares!

Recently married and moving to NEARK from Columbia, Missouri, we drove to Jonesboro for my wife to interview for a job. Central’s service department worked me in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2012 Prius. Then they went the extra mile by loaning me a 2018 Camry to go pick up my wife at the interview while they worked on the car. It really saved me time and stress. Very thankful and will be bringing our Camry and 4Runner here once we move down.

Every time I go in it over $1,000 for a simple service. They always find something that wrong. This last time is was my oil pan drain plug. $750 later they replaced it. And when someone just walks away from a conversation, I'll never go back to Gregg Orr again. And not their RV & Marine service center either. I'm done with this kind of service.

I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point.

Good afternoon McLARTY Nissan dealership. I have recently had my 2015 Nissan Versa serviced at your service center. I scheduled a appointment with my service advisor Jordan Camp. Upon my arrival on Saturday April 11 I was greeted by Jordan. He explained to me in detail what services were going to performed on my vehicle. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all services that were going to take place that morning on my vehicle. Brought my Toyota Camry in on the 3rd of February due to an oil leak. Was told that it was leaking in 2 areas but they had the parts to fix it. After 8 hours my car was done and I was told no more leaks.
The next day there was oil on my garage floor. Since then 33 days have pass and I have added 7 quarts to my car.
It cost me $498 plus dollars for nothing.

Second poor service center work - Trotter has lost it
I took my Prius in for service two months ago and they didn't reassemble the interior panels after the work was done. I had to do that myself.
I took it in for an oil change and tire rotation this week. They put too much oil in and it percolated out the dip stick. I asked for 40 psi in the tires and they gave it back with 28 psi. I had to take the car to a different dealer to get the work done right.
These people are dangerous. I won't be back.
