I brought my 2011 F150 in for Audio System and drive train repairs. I had the pleasure to meet the Service Advisor Carson Schneppershoff. He was very attentive to my descriptions of the truck's problems. He went over the top helping me. I got rides home, even to the airport, while they ordered parts to fix the issues. I had an extended warranty, and Carson called them up and setup all the payments, etc. I have never had a better Service Advisor, and believe me, I know. I was Service Director at a Ford Dlrship in KC for 6yrs. Thank you HB Ford, and most of all......Thank YOU, Carson !!! Steve Longman

Wanted to recognize Juan Espinoza for his great customer service and helping with servicing my car. Juan was very accommodating I had to leave my car for a day or two, worried that I wouldn't have a car to go to work, but he looked out for me and gave me a loner car for transportation. Juan was great at communicating with me, very honest, and got me the best deals and what I truly needed for my Honda Accord to be in the best shape ever. I can't thank Juan enough. We definitely need more service people like him that we can trust! Thanks again Juan!

Service rep answered questions had; service done so promptly was shocked when rec'd call that car was ready for pickup; very nice bonus for a free car wash on my schedule; pleased was able to redeem certificate for service rec'd from Christmas with donation to Toys For Tots; enjoyed snack bar offering complimentary food/drink with service; and last but not least the open space of facility and cleanliness !!!

Service advisor Perla Soto of the service department did a wonderful job at taking care of my TLX from every step of the way from maintenance to doing anything to reassuring me about any and all concerns. She did her absolute best and I will always return to her for any and all concerns for my vehicle. She was able to easily arrange a loaner car for me especially when other dealerships couldn't even get me an estimate on when a loaner would be available. She definitely made going to a dealer an easy choice and returning to one an even easier choice!

2 minutes ago NEW I locked my keys in the trunk! Nobody could open it! I had it towed to Kia San Bernardino and had the most incredible service! EVERYONE was very polite and so helpful and kind to me. They did an amazing job getting me into my car which was no small feat! They worked so hard and persisted when met with several challenges! I was really stressed when I arrived and was treated with such kindness, it meant so much to me!! Mike, and his entire team, showed such generosity, and I will pay it forward. There are good people in this world, and a bunch of them work at Kia San Bernardino! This is the best experience I have ever had at a service/dealership center. I can't express my gratitude enough!!
