We baought a 2024 GMC Canyon AT4X form here. Moe our sales rep was very friendly and very approachable. I liked the fact Moe kept in contact via text due to at the time our personal lives were very busy. Moe was patient and understanding about what our neees were and what we were looking for in a truck. The people in the back office were very respectful of our time and some of the pressures and stress of purchasing a vehicle where not there. I will be back again for the service department and I would most definately buy another vehicle here.

I thought i will be at ease knowing i got my car at the lang nissans dealership but im wrong.. im not comfortable with my car. My car feels like it woll break down anytime. To top it off. Chris R. took the time to learn what my real needs were. When I explained that I am undereducated about vehicles, he patiently explained more about how to weigh the variables comprising a car's expected longevity and cautioned me about automobile safety factors with which I was unfamiliar. His sincerity in wanting me to feel comfortable and certain in my car purchase came through when he was very understanding about me wanting to check out a second vehicle at another dealership. He did not try to scare me with scarcity tactics. He encouraged me to take the time I needed to learn about both vehicles and test drive them. Not one ounce of pushiness! At the other dealer, I was met with typical salesperson behavior and dishonest tactics, and I felt zero confidence that the salesman cared at all about what I needed. All he could talk about was what he could do with the numbers to get me into a car that day. It felt insulting. Making a vehicle purchase is a tremendous decision and cost, and people deserve more than being handled. I immediately drove back to Dann's Auto and met with Chris to purchase the vehicle that is the best fit for my family. I left feeling confident with the vehicle's reliability, the transparency of the vehicle's history, the warranty, and the integrity of Chris R. Thank you, Chris! I already feel this was a very smart and safe choice for me and my loved ones.

I have tried numerous times to resolve this. I traded my car in on 5/29/2023. you sold that car and it was ticketed on 9/25/23. I received the ticket because you never turned in the release of liability. I have requested to speak to the manager several times and they have refused to speak to me it is always a sales rep going back and forth. I have asked for the phone number for the VP and CEO. no one will give me there numbers. at this point I am forced the seek legal counsel. I received notice that the Pomona police dept. is going to attach a lien on my taxes. Please can someone help to fix this. I sent all the info over to Anthony on Jan.9th still receiving the delinquent notice again. Thank you for your time.

Good place to go test drive vehicles in a no hassle environment. My 2 concerns are 1) there isn't enough space on the lot, making it difficult to move around (lots of opportunities for fender benders) 2) organization of their inventory. They can't seem to keep good track of which vehicles are which. (lots of similar cars all being sold at once)

I had a great and positive experience purchasing a brand new Corolla Cross Hybrid with Toyota of Poway. From the start Alex was very attentive on the negotiation, after a lot of research I found out that only Toyota of Poway and another Toyota dealer in San Diego area are fair and honest with the price of the vehicle, they actually sell it for the advertised price (window sticker) without adding thousands of dollars on ad ons and junk fees that most dealers do illegally, not mentioning that I never felt any type of sales pressure whatsoever. The General Manager Michael was very kind and took the time to make sure my experience was going well. Toby Zachry the finance manager made the final steps of the process seamless and smooth and got me on my way in no time. He also was able to give me a great deal on an extended warranty package and alarm system. I highly recommend buying a car from this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car. I am so glad I went to them. Thank You to the whole team at Toyota of Poway! You guys rock!

No longer in business. Disappeared. Was trying to get my service contract cancelled. So now cannot reach them and the only way to get it cancelled is to through the company who no says I have to contact the dealer which is no longer there.

Used car dealership that lives up to the stereotype of sketchy dishonest peddlers of overpriced lemon's . If you buy one of their used cars you have a good chance of becoming the newest of many many angry disgusted victims of their deceit. I can't help but believe their are far more angry dissatisfied customers of these predators than there could ever be happy satisfied ones. Buyer Beware . Any dealership that has such high pressure sales tactics should give you reason to pause and ask yourself would a dealership with a history of making customers happy and satisfied with their purchase have to use such high pressure sales tactics ? Common Sense should tell you No they wouldn't because word of mouth is a powerful tool when it comes to business. Especially a business like used car sales. You can't even visit their website without pop ups constantly asking for your name phone number and email address before you can even look at their inventory. It's ridiculous how even their website uses high pressure sales tactics. Do yourself a favor and pay close attention to detail when it comes to dealing with this used car dealership. If you look at their inventory and then take the time to Google the models they have your likely to discover that the majority of the vehicles in their inventory are well known for having some specific problems that cause reliability issues. Protect yourself everything you need to know about this used car dealer , it's reputation and the Reputation of the vehicle models it's selling is very easy to find

We sailed through the tons of paperwork and got the price, registration, insurance, the loan and its terms, and the trade in done smoothly. David showed great patience as we worked out all of the intricacies of financing, until we reached an agreement that worked for both of us. I saw the car, decided to buy it, and drove out that day with the car in about two hours, saving me from inconveniences as I had a distance to return home and limited time.
