Markley Motors is great. Noe was wonderful and a great salesman. I've purchased approx 12 cars from Markley Motors and have always had great service. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and killing time I took a test drive. Many hours later I drove out in a 2026 GMC TERRAIN AT4. Most expensive oil change of my life. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!

When I went in to purchase a new GMC Yukon Denali XL, The Owner Rex King had, Matt Klawin the sales manager, help me. I have always had excellent service from the sales staff But I was not prepared for what was about to happen. Matt made sure that I was completely advised of the new car and features. Anything that I asked about Matt was able to answer for me. The extras that I was interested in were made available without any hassle. Matt had Tom Medina help with the shuffling back and forth from Greeley without any inconvenience to me, everything was done in a very timely manner, the car was very clean when I picked it up, full tank of fuel and no problems. The very best car dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from. At 65, I've purchased a few cars, and the team at John Elway Chevrolet is the most professional and personable group I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I genuinely had a good time buying a car...not many people can say that! My sales specialist, Amine did all the footwork, research and work for me, taking videos of cars that might be a good match, and then looking for other options until he found me the one that had all the features and I wanted. By the time I arrived at the dealership, my perfect new ride was ready to test drive. When I asked if they had a model with a sunroof on the lot...Amine tracked one down immediately. Incredibly impressive, personalized service! They gave me top dollar for my trade in, and the Finance Manager put everything together quickly and professionally. Any and all questions I asked were answered with clarity and complete transparency. I drove home that day with my new Chevy Trailblazer RS, complete with a Panoramic sunroof, AWD, incredible Bose Sound System, Turbo, and all the other features I wanted in my new vehicle. John Elway Chevrolet gets a perfect 10 on my review. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, including friends and family. What a terrific team of dedicated professionals.

Feel so wronged and hussled for over almost $1,000. Took our vehicle in for a broken A/C. They advised that a condenser was punctured and needed replacement and that should fix the issue. We picked the vehicle up and the lady said it's all fixed but the A/C should take a minute to kick in but it's working. Had a quick drive and it never blew cold but it was also towards end of Friday business so just drove home. Monday brought the vehicle back as it was definitely still blowing hot air. They advised they'll check it out again. A week later, get a call that they further more thoroughly diagnosed there is a punctured hose that is leaking air so that is why the A/C is not fixed however this is common in old cars but now an ADDITIONAL $2,200 repair. So, if this is common, why was this not assessed in the initial diagnostic when we came to a Jeep EXPERT to tell us what needed to be repaired to fix the A/C? Why would you not double check all related potential issues and talk a customer into a repair that wasn't going to fix the issue they came to you with. Now, out $900 for an unnecessary repair. Of course we would have never repaired it if the dialogue was we think this is the issue but of course we didn't FULLY DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE FROM THE START there could be something else. We would have to have just not repaired it, saved ourselves over $900 and the of course their words "understaffed staff's" time in fixing our vehicle. Feel beyond ripped off and sick about this waste of time, money, and level of service. My family members and I have been loyal Berthod customers for decades. Not only purchased so many vehicles as well as been loyal in many big service jobs. SO disheartening to have this outcome from a dealership we've trusted and been such good customers. Beyond disappointed this was our situation with no apologies or customer service in attempting to rectify this situation.

I had to have my GMC Canyon (diesel)repaired in Denver at Foundation Chevrolet, where they said that my oil was 1.5 quarts overfilled and that the result was damage to the NOX sensors. I notified Morehart Murphy GMC service of this, since they had done the last oil change, and they responded saying that the engine oil had been topped off or diesel was leaking into the engine causing an increase in oil volume. I know that the oil was never topped off and I decided to see if my oil volume increased after Foundation Chevrolet changed the oil several months ago. Go figure, their xx excuse was false as the oil level has remained constant. The Morehart Murphy service said that they weren't able to overfill oil in an oil change and the dipstick was checked after an oil change. Well I strongly disagree and see that they would never admit their probable culpability. On top of that the Morehart Murphy Regional Group provides no way to file a complaint beyond the shop that has no incentive to respond to problems. I have to question the overall quality of service, responsiveness to problems and ethics of at minimum the GMC service segment.

Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.
