Couldn't have asked for a more courteous, positive buying experience of a CPO vehicle. Grace Ramos, with whom I did the test drives, is terrific -- she knows how to connect with clients and to make the experience an excellent one: no pressure, no gimmicks, she understands the customer's needs and makes the purchasing process really fun along the way. Felt like a celebration, as it should! Finalised the purchase with Arpan Singh, Business Manager, another excellent presence there - smart, efficient, great sense of humor too. Chris Booth, pre-owned Manager was an excellent person to negotiate with and I appreciated his participation in the negotiations. There are a couple of items we still need to sort out that we couldn't wrap up because it was the end of the day when I was there ( I was visiting CT from out of state so that is adding a little time to the process) but I'm confident these things will be addressed fully when I go back in two weeks' time.

Likes to mail you offers to upgrade a car you no longer own - koartist77
This dealer likes to mail out offers to upgrade a vehicle you no longer own, they've sent me several offers detailing a payment amount and terms to upgrade a 2015 BMW which they should know was totaled roughly two years ago. When I complained, they tried to say the mailings were a result of me submitting an info request online, any such request has nothing to do with mail offers they send. They supposedly removed me from their list, have gone on to sell my address to a third party selling an extended warranty contract. I was in today,9/10, for service, the General Manager harassed me off the lot...I did not have the time to argue about the offers they sent, was headed home, which I stated to him several times. He stated I should take my car to another dealer for service, continued to harass. My request not to contact should include in person as well, this dealer is unbelievable. From past experience, I no longer buy from this dealer, a failed extortion attempt by their former sales manager, Elias, caused me to go elsewhere. He stated I was going to put down 2500, it would show 1500 down and to give him 1k difference in cash....
