Highly recommend this dealership in every way. I was very well taken care of by Yussef Warde, who carefully explained all my options to me (buy v lease), was clear, patient, helpful and provided quick and accurate regular updates as we organized the deal. Everything about this place is first class. No "sales" feeling, just service and informatoin. Incredibly polite staff and Yuseff is the most professional person I have dealt with. Highly recommended!

We have been to this dealership twice now. The first time for an oil change and the second for a water pump and ignition coils replacement. Howie Hafford of the service department is great to work with. Always updating me. I previously called new country and bmw of north haven, and the customer service does not even compare. When we are ready to purchase our new Bmw, we will be buying from here. We will not go anywhere else.
Insulting to women - Coupe
Salesperson went to manager to "advocate" for best price for a certain car for my wife. He came back with $100 higher than the List Price. Beyond insulting.
Nevr replaced driver airbag but told us work was complete - Phil330ci
We brought our 330ci in for replacing driver side airbag and new country had for two days . After calling to let us know work was complete I picked the vehicle up and was again told it was replaced . BMW corporate kept sending us a letter stating that our 330ci needed the airbag replaced . I took it to new country service and inquired as to why BMW keeps contacting us and they looked up our service record and told me the airbag was never replaced ! They stated that only the passenger side was replaced and I questioned them as to why I was told that they were both replaced . I asked them since they knew it wasn't replaced why hadn't they contacted me directly . They always send me a qtly mailing for standard service . They had no explanation other than to say , well your here now . My wife is on blood thinners for life as a result of a massive pulmonary embolism. This oversite by new country could have ended her life if she was involved in an accident. We are not happy and let BMW corporate know of our very negligent new country service dept .

Tom Forte helped me with my first BMW at BMW of Greenwich, purchased a beautiful 2014 BMW 535i. This was my first time buying from BMW of Greenwich and I must say the experience was gratifying.. Tom did a superb job making me feel comfortable not being pushy about purchasing this vehicle... I would recommend this dealership to family and friends and hopefully they'll be as happy I was.

I brought in my truck to be serviced on Jan. 3rd, it is now January. 16 and my X5 is still not ready. I needed my door carrier (door handle which is located inside inside the door panel) replaced, because I was unable to open the doors, and to also have a key made( or replaced)

I appreciate his honesty and how genuine he was, the horror stories of untrustworthy car salesmen didn't apply in my experience.
