Came in for a new tire - Sarawams
Friendly staff explained my options for getting a new tire and replaced it in just a few hours and washed it while I waited. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Clean and professional service department. - Matthew
Took my 124 Spider into service here because the driver side seat belt does not retract all the way. The issue was repaired but I had to make a second trip to the dealer. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and they are polite and professional.

Jax Fiat is the Best! - DUBOISRNB
Best Service Advisors and Mechanics. Love my Fiat 500X Trekking. Wish this dealer would carry more of the Fiat line in their inventory. No problems here!
BEST.EXPERIENCE.EVER Thanks to Julian Khani - JPFarland
Julian Khani, and Kathy made this the perfect experience for me. After 10 years I was ready for a new car, but dreaded the idea of haggling and dealing with sales people. I wanted a smooth, peaceful, stress and haggle - free experience - one that made me feel at ease and comfortable. Lucky that I went to Parks and met Julian and Kathy. Because of them, I got the experience, and car, that I always wanted. Owning a Spider Classica convertible was a dream come true for me; and it would not have been possible without Julian's professionalism, and dedication to the customer. Kathy met my price with genuine happiness and enthusiasm....when I realized I was going to get the car, I don't know who was happier - me, Julian or Kathy. They stayed with me during every part of the process, never pressured me, and explained every detail. Julian walked me through the nuances of the car, and showed me how to keep up to date using the FIAT app. He also followed up with numerous calls and texts. I highly recommend Parks and Julian Khani!
Salesman Sara Jennings - Judy
I researched cars on line for months until I narrowed it down to two dealers. But WOW Winter Haven Fiat was so great!
Sara Jennings was the salesman, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. I was so blessed to find her! She showed me several cars and I was an annoying customer asking a million questions, but she answered them all with a smile. I found the PERFECT car for me, I didn't even plan on buying that day, but it was exactly what I wanted. Thank you Sara for all your help!
Poor service - kmilo77
I took my 24000 mile wrangler for a front end rattle. They couldn’t replicate the issue and did not find anything.
I also had an oil change done.
John (the person who helped me) was great, he was helful, friendly and got me an early appointment.
My issue the fact that they didn’t fix my problem and the person who cashed me out had no idea what was done to my vehicle, and didn't give me a sumary (like EVERY other place) she just wanted payment. Since she didnt tell me anything so I had to ask and she didn’t know.
Did they rotate tires? Didn’t know.
Did they top off fluids? Didn’t know.
How are the breaks? Didn’t know.
Then after I leave, she calls me and with a rude tone tells me to come back because I “took” Chysler’s copy. I took what they gave me.

To much turnover with employees - DUBOISRNB
Bought three new Fiat cars here in the last year and had problems with the last two. Dealership was not able to correct both issues?
Enjoyable experience - DT Innovative design
My wife and I are in our 70s ,we have bought many cars through our 50 years of marriage. We,
like many others enjoy the new ride of a car without being tied to a lease agreement. We found buying pre owned quality cars at affordable prices as important as the dealerships we buy from. From many years of experience dealing with so many car dealers it has become easy to recognize the good from the bad. Once you find the right dealership it is like finding the right doctor, hairdresser or your favorite restaurant. From our long time experience of buying cars we now can add South Miami Fiat- Alfa Romeo to be our favorite. It did not take but a few minutes to feel the sincerity, knowledgeable treatment, that gave my wife and I the comfort in buying there. Even if you're not ready to buy, I highly recommend stopping in to enjoy the friendly, personal treatment from the sales staff, right down to the Finance manager. Tell Gene, the STUDIO DIRECTOR Donanthony and Jackie said "hello". GOOD LUCK!! Ps bonus... GREAT COFFEE!!
TERRIBLE ! The worst. Avoid this dealership - Jsverobeach
Eli was my salesman
This dealership isn’t not to trust
I called after having found online a car that I could be interested .
Salesman indicated that the dealership is usually only dealing with cash buyer .
Discount are given only to cash buyer .
My credit is 780 , I have never see something like that .
They can’t be trusted
Good work but lengthy wait - Regular customer
Very happy with personnel at the dealership, especially Danny. Exception is whoever scheduled my last oil change. Had a 10:30 appointment. Upon arrival was told they were behind schedule due to a recall issue and it would be approximately 3hours. Was also having a tire rotation & since I had a light issue & was already there I decided to wait. Turned out to be 3 1/2 hours. Work was done well so I’m happy with it. Scheduling is my only complaint. I could have come another day & wish it was suggested.
Go here if you want a stress free experience. - Rioguy
The entire process was very quick and stress free. They found the car that I wanted and the terms I needed. Not once I felt pressured into anything. I am very pleased with everything!
NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE - dawn27
IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! HERE IS WHAT THEY ARE REFUSING TO TAKE CARE OF.. I have tried several times to get ahold of Brett and also texted and left plenty of messages for Mark which I think is completely OUTRAGEOUS!! They supposably was fixing hail damage and IT WAS NOT CORRECTED AND NOW IM LEFT WITH A RUSTED HOLE ON MY DRIVERS SIDE DOOR ON A 2018 DODGE DURANGO SRT!!! ITS SUCH A POOR WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!!! While I was on vacation in Florida stopped by the dealership and brought this to Mark's attention and he treated it like "OHH WELL" THIS EXPERIENCE HAS MADE ME REALIZE THAT YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER BUY FROM OUT OF STATE.
Awful - Heidi Williams
We had a very disappointing experience with this Alfa Romeo dealership. One particular sales person seemed to "judge" us and treated us as "not worthy" of their time or product. We will be happy to buy our new car elsewhere.
Rip off - Unhappy fiat owner
I purchased a fiat 500 c. It has been the worst car I have ever owned. The paint is chipping off and fading. The check engine light has come on on 3 occasions but nothing is wrong according to the dealership. There have been recalls and the worst part is the car is just going through tires because the it won't stay in alignment. Horrible car. Wouldn't buy another fiat
4 years of sad experiences, stay away - fernandozabala
When I purchased my Fiat I bought the brad experience.
This business does not get it.
The fancy facility, in compliance with the Fiat brand is ONLY to hook you up.
After you purchased the vehicle, you get to the not so nice next-door finance office, the gentleman was kind and knowledgeable, but the place was a joke.
10,000 miles after that the REAL Galena experience commenced.
Staff without the minimum Costumer Service skills, a waiting room with rows of chairs, vending machines and TVs playing FOX4 news was the "FIAT experience" to wait for your car to be serviced.
"Good morning, I am here for my 10,000 mile service"
Service adviser: "What are we doing to the car?"
Repeat this experience until now, my fun Fiat is over 80,000 miles.
I have complained to FIAT, they can care less, because... this is not themselves, these are independently provided services, they can only listen you venting. Useless.
Now to the "cherry on top"
Yesterday we had Fiat tow service (thank you Fiat) bringing the car again to this location
(I have to clarify, I DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER FIAT SERVICE OPTION in this area)
I authorized the $ 119.95 diagnostic service.
I received one call at the end of business day
"Mr Zabala, this is Rhonda at Galena. The technician informs he needs 5 to 6 hours more to get to the bottom of what is happening with your vehicle"
Why did I pay a diagnosis?
Is your staff not trained to read the computer in the vehicle and diagnose what is wrong with a car in one hour of work?
I requested all work to stop, all parts to be put back in their place, a report showing the work performed and the findings.
I promptly called this morning to follow up and to notify them I am sending a towing service to pick up the vehicle, they had not closed the "case", i was unable to pay over the phone.
I had to call again, and again so I could finally pay.
After all of this done, i had the last silly hope that in talking to the new service manager (they change all the time, no wonder why) I could get some sort of costumer service response.
After I told Tim (the service manager) my painful experience with them, he answered
"Mr Zabala, no we know how you feel about us"
I would be ashamed.
Very incompetent people - Adnaloy
I have bought cars from Planet Dodge and have had no problems, but the day I decided to buy from Planet Fiat....that was a huge mistake. The sales person was nice at first, once you leave the dealership with the car, you're garbage, no help at all. If by any chance you get rid of the car (by the way, the quality of the car and value suck) and you claim the GAP insurance, good luck because they say they will do the paperwork for you and never do. I had to the process by myself, I was always given the runaround. This is not the only time because my cousin also bought a Fiat there and they did the same thing with the GAP claim. I never give reviews, but these people are a joke and it's not fair. Hope my review helps you in some way.
Service Department is THE WORST in the Area. - fiat500
I would look elsewhere for FIAT if you can. I purchased a 2014 Fiat Pop 500 in 2014 and have had nothing but problems at Dayton Andrews. My sales experience went very well, but unfortunately I have gotten the runt of the 2014 Fiat's on their lot, and I have had to deal with the service department for many problems thus far. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT at Dayton Andrews has got to be the worst I have ever dealt with. Prior to owning the Fiat, I had taken my Chrysler Sebring to the service area, so I feel I have extensive history to report. The service advisors are OVER EXTENDED and not courteous at all. Everything you ask them about your vehicle is a BOTHER. There have been many instances of them "forgetting" do to specific work, event though it was discussed. There have also been many instances at which they have left my car(s) in pieces. Yes, pieces, they actually broke other items in the engine while fixing another (photos had to be sent to the so called manager, Charles Flatley). I have been over-charged for items that they have mistaken, and corrected after the fact. The real problem with this service department, is that they simply do not care. As others have reviewed, this is a repetitive problem and I have no idea why Dayton Andrews would want to continue in this manner. If you are going to buy a FIAT from Dayton Anderews, you may want to think twice about it, because like me, you will be TRAPPED into this awful service department since they are the closest in our area. I will hold them accountable each and every time I keep going there, since they do have me "trapped" but this is an honest review for you other buyers to beware.
Great Staff, Great Service - Whitfield_Broughton
Had the pleasure of working with Ron and Pat. Both were eager to work and exceedingly polite and courteous. Gave me a great deal on a used car to top if off! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car!
