Wonderful service - wrightsoon
They only performed the necessary service, unlike other places that push you to do things that are totally unnecessary. Will definitely use them in the future.

Clean and professional service department. - Matthew
Took my 124 Spider into service here because the driver side seat belt does not retract all the way. The issue was repaired but I had to make a second trip to the dealer. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and they are polite and professional.

BEST.EXPERIENCE.EVER Thanks to Julian Khani - JPFarland
Julian Khani, and Kathy made this the perfect experience for me. After 10 years I was ready for a new car, but dreaded the idea of haggling and dealing with sales people. I wanted a smooth, peaceful, stress and haggle - free experience - one that made me feel at ease and comfortable. Lucky that I went to Parks and met Julian and Kathy. Because of them, I got the experience, and car, that I always wanted. Owning a Spider Classica convertible was a dream come true for me; and it would not have been possible without Julian's professionalism, and dedication to the customer. Kathy met my price with genuine happiness and enthusiasm....when I realized I was going to get the car, I don't know who was happier - me, Julian or Kathy. They stayed with me during every part of the process, never pressured me, and explained every detail. Julian walked me through the nuances of the car, and showed me how to keep up to date using the FIAT app. He also followed up with numerous calls and texts. I highly recommend Parks and Julian Khani!
Awesome experience - Kiro

Excellent Service - Deebs
We purchased a 2017 Fiat 124 Spyder Abarth from Zach Hayes at Galeana Fiat. It was a great experience. He is knowledgeable and after hearing what we were looking for and appraising our trade, he came back within 10 minutes with a great deal. We didn't even have to negotiate. It was a MUCH better experience than when we purchased our Chevy Colorado a year ago that took 3.5 hours! From start to finish, we were out of there in under 2 hours. It was a great experience and everyone was helpful, courteous and respectful. We would highly recommend Galeana, Zach and Ryan. Thank you!!
EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! - Brandon
I was having an issue with my tires and got nowhere fast with the manufacturer, I called Winter Haven Fiat ( where I purchased my car ) and Tim told to bring in my car to look at.
In less than an 20 minutes he was able to contact the manufacturer and assist me with the issue. Considering the dealership had no stake in the tires I want to reconize his EXCEPTIONAL customer service for going out of his way to .
He and Brad both in service helped alot.
I Highly reccomend the service department.
Thank You again,
They made it worth the drive - Lusso R-Sport
Living in the northwest corner of Orlando, I was not familiar with car dealerships in Melbourne.
So when an expanded internet search for the 124 Spider roadster turned up some great deals at FIAT of Melbourne, I decided to make the trip.
I am so glad I did.
The Gator folks at FIAT/Alfa Romeo had a generous selection of cars to choose from, and they really know how to treat customers right.
I found the apple of my eye, and Mike went with me for a test drive, Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy going..Plus he tells great stories about his early years selling cars in Jersey.
Once we went over some numbers and I decided to buy, he set me up with Maryann, the Queen of Finance. Maryann know her stuff, and kept my interests at the forefront every step of the way.
The nitty gritty of buying a car can be like making sausage. Maryann made sure I was comfortable with the buying process, just like Mike made the tire kicking and test drive so fun.
And to top it off, since I wasn't trading my late model SUV on the tiny roadster, they realized I couldn't get my new car and old car home, so Mike assured me they would keep my SUV safely locked up overnight until I could come back the following day to retrieve it.
The J Guys, Joey, John and Junior, made the return trip that next morning seem like greeting old friends, even though we had only met the day before.
All in all, Mike and Maryann made it very much worth my while to travel the 85 miles down to Melbourne for purchasing my car.
I saved thousands, but the experience was priceless.
Nice people! - Satisfied giulia

TERRIBLE ! The worst. Avoid this dealership - Jsverobeach
Eli was my salesman
This dealership isn’t not to trust
I called after having found online a car that I could be interested .
Salesman indicated that the dealership is usually only dealing with cash buyer .
Discount are given only to cash buyer .
My credit is 780 , I have never see something like that .
They can’t be trusted
Go here if you want a stress free experience. - Rioguy
The entire process was very quick and stress free. They found the car that I wanted and the terms I needed. Not once I felt pressured into anything. I am very pleased with everything!
No accountability for there mistakes - Jeep girl
Salesman David S ( Did you really not know there was no nav in the Jeep sport until time to show how the nav works ? Smh I guess they / the owner only replies back to positive comments doesn’t care if your satisfied or not , no calls , no nothing to fix the problem BBB will listen if you won’t . You don’t have to lie to sell Jeeps ! Ur making Jeeps look bad
Finance staff -male told him I didn’t not want GAP ins or ext warranty . Told me to sign stating I refused GAP when I got papers I was charged and had signed saying I wanted it ! Oh there gonna pay me back for it , it should’ve never been charged and if I wasn’t trading my Jeep In to another dealer bc they gave me a better trade on the NEW jeep I just bought from you and that’s how I found the GAP charge . This is how dealerships get a bad name is from business like you . You know what your staff is doing and you obviously training them to do it .
the experience was seamless end to end. - lucel010
I was preapproved for a car loan. The dealership representative called me and offered answers for the car model i showed interest in. He was informative and friendly. I actually went in sooner than my appointment and he was very flexible to this change. He was extremely knowledgable about the car. I truly appreciate his information and guidance through the entire process.
Awful - Heidi Williams
We had a very disappointing experience with this Alfa Romeo dealership. One particular sales person seemed to "judge" us and treated us as "not worthy" of their time or product. We will be happy to buy our new car elsewhere.
Rip off - Unhappy fiat owner
I purchased a fiat 500 c. It has been the worst car I have ever owned. The paint is chipping off and fading. The check engine light has come on on 3 occasions but nothing is wrong according to the dealership. There have been recalls and the worst part is the car is just going through tires because the it won't stay in alignment. Horrible car. Wouldn't buy another fiat
4 years of sad experiences, stay away - fernandozabala
When I purchased my Fiat I bought the brad experience.
This business does not get it.
The fancy facility, in compliance with the Fiat brand is ONLY to hook you up.
After you purchased the vehicle, you get to the not so nice next-door finance office, the gentleman was kind and knowledgeable, but the place was a joke.
10,000 miles after that the REAL Galena experience commenced.
Staff without the minimum Costumer Service skills, a waiting room with rows of chairs, vending machines and TVs playing FOX4 news was the "FIAT experience" to wait for your car to be serviced.
"Good morning, I am here for my 10,000 mile service"
Service adviser: "What are we doing to the car?"
Repeat this experience until now, my fun Fiat is over 80,000 miles.
I have complained to FIAT, they can care less, because... this is not themselves, these are independently provided services, they can only listen you venting. Useless.
Now to the "cherry on top"
Yesterday we had Fiat tow service (thank you Fiat) bringing the car again to this location
(I have to clarify, I DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER FIAT SERVICE OPTION in this area)
I authorized the $ 119.95 diagnostic service.
I received one call at the end of business day
"Mr Zabala, this is Rhonda at Galena. The technician informs he needs 5 to 6 hours more to get to the bottom of what is happening with your vehicle"
Why did I pay a diagnosis?
Is your staff not trained to read the computer in the vehicle and diagnose what is wrong with a car in one hour of work?
I requested all work to stop, all parts to be put back in their place, a report showing the work performed and the findings.
I promptly called this morning to follow up and to notify them I am sending a towing service to pick up the vehicle, they had not closed the "case", i was unable to pay over the phone.
I had to call again, and again so I could finally pay.
After all of this done, i had the last silly hope that in talking to the new service manager (they change all the time, no wonder why) I could get some sort of costumer service response.
After I told Tim (the service manager) my painful experience with them, he answered
"Mr Zabala, no we know how you feel about us"
I would be ashamed.
Very incompetent people - Adnaloy
I have bought cars from Planet Dodge and have had no problems, but the day I decided to buy from Planet Fiat....that was a huge mistake. The sales person was nice at first, once you leave the dealership with the car, you're garbage, no help at all. If by any chance you get rid of the car (by the way, the quality of the car and value suck) and you claim the GAP insurance, good luck because they say they will do the paperwork for you and never do. I had to the process by myself, I was always given the runaround. This is not the only time because my cousin also bought a Fiat there and they did the same thing with the GAP claim. I never give reviews, but these people are a joke and it's not fair. Hope my review helps you in some way.
Service Department is THE WORST in the Area. - fiat500
I would look elsewhere for FIAT if you can. I purchased a 2014 Fiat Pop 500 in 2014 and have had nothing but problems at Dayton Andrews. My sales experience went very well, but unfortunately I have gotten the runt of the 2014 Fiat's on their lot, and I have had to deal with the service department for many problems thus far. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT at Dayton Andrews has got to be the worst I have ever dealt with. Prior to owning the Fiat, I had taken my Chrysler Sebring to the service area, so I feel I have extensive history to report. The service advisors are OVER EXTENDED and not courteous at all. Everything you ask them about your vehicle is a BOTHER. There have been many instances of them "forgetting" do to specific work, event though it was discussed. There have also been many instances at which they have left my car(s) in pieces. Yes, pieces, they actually broke other items in the engine while fixing another (photos had to be sent to the so called manager, Charles Flatley). I have been over-charged for items that they have mistaken, and corrected after the fact. The real problem with this service department, is that they simply do not care. As others have reviewed, this is a repetitive problem and I have no idea why Dayton Andrews would want to continue in this manner. If you are going to buy a FIAT from Dayton Anderews, you may want to think twice about it, because like me, you will be TRAPPED into this awful service department since they are the closest in our area. I will hold them accountable each and every time I keep going there, since they do have me "trapped" but this is an honest review for you other buyers to beware.
Great Staff, Great Service - Whitfield_Broughton
Had the pleasure of working with Ron and Pat. Both were eager to work and exceedingly polite and courteous. Gave me a great deal on a used car to top if off! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car!
