overall my experience was great. My only question is after negotiating a price i ended up still paying sticker price for the vehicle. When we went to sign the papers they asked for another $500 after giving a check for 2 thousand. We asked what it was for and couldn't get an answer , so i just figured it would make my payments less. Didn't happen.

(That is the true the ability to know what ur client needs and wants)! PERFECT EXPERIENCE ! As for Maryann (business manager) who I wish I had not been so selfish and eager to take my baby home( she was off hoping for a peaceful evening) ....I didnt get the the complete experience of a seasoned business manager that I should have ...however my husband did when he bought his new spyder 2 days earlier . She is an amazing intelligent professional who answered my unanswered questions even after ! I feel totally confident with Melbourne fiat Florida and will always give my business to them...again and again ! I couldn't even take my baby home with bugs on it (love bugs ughh)...they wouldn't allow it !!..Always have a chance to give ur business to fiat of Melbourne..u will not regret it !!!
Alfa Romeo Stelvio - Dutchman
We just leased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio at this dealership and our experience was great. We had made an appointment for a test ride and upon arrival we were greeted in a very friendly way by Julian our sales consultant and the car was ready to go. Going into the sale process after our test ride was also a great experience because they made the process very easy. We told them what we were looking for and after some negotiations we came to a deal that we felt happy with ( this certainly hasn’t always been the case with previous purchases at other dealerships before!).
All in all this was a very low pressure experience at a dealership that seems to take great pride in customer service. We would highly recommend this dealership.

If your looking to buy a quality used car South Miami Fiat is definitely NOT the place to go. All they want is to sell you a headache because they don't stand behind their vehicles. Even though from the min. you walk in this is what your being feed "We are a small Dealership so what we don't do in quantity we makeup in quality".
DON'T FALL FOR IT.
I guess if not buying a new Fiat or an Alfa you don't need to be treated with respect once you have signed the contract......
I recently traded in my Jeep Cherokee on Easter Sunday for a used Fiat 500L. At first everything was great the salesman was friendly and very helpful. There was a check engine light that they did set me up with an appointment so that it could be taken car of and it was. A sensor need to be replaced. After the appointment the light came back on so I called them back where they setup a second appointment which was for this past Saturday. When I arrived the was taken to the back where the found that the Engine Control Module need to be replaced. When the salesman arrived I was told that there wasn't anyone that could approve the repairs because the GM was off. I finally took me blowing up for them to make 1 phone call to have the car fixed.
Later on that day as I was going out with my family another light came on for the tire sensor monitoring system was not available. I again called the salesman where stated that the service department had never gone over the car when it was originally traded in and that he would called on Monday to setup an appointment so that they could go through the car and that they would set me up with a loaner car.
Yesterday after waiting all day for the call witch I never got. I called the salesman and he stated that he was going to setup the appointment and call me back. A few min later he calls me back with the service person and basically told me that they could look at the car but that I would have to pay for anything that the find. Then I was told that I need to buy an Extended Warranty if I wanted anything fixed, which I was never offered at all.

Slow service department - Truth
Service department is very slow even with an appointment. Then they try to insult your intelligence as to why they are slow. It does not take 2+ hours to change the oil on a car. It can be done in a driveway in less than half that time.
Poor service - Spider king
The service took forever on my 124 spider. The manager was completely rude. When I went to ask a question she walked past me on her cell phone and ignored me. The service writers were telling inappropriate jokes with customers within earshot. Wish there was another Fiat dealer to go to.

Conner Marshall is a internet sales person. I asked him for a price, a sales quote, specific pictures of anything that was not perfect on a $40000 suv. I have received nothing. He has texted and asked the same questions over and over. Do you have a trade, do you want to finance, where do you live? I asked multiple times for specific things and he has provided nothing..,,horrible experience for a cash buyer from 7 hours away but at least he has time to make a stupid video on the web site about himself. What a joke!

After wasting over 8 hours personally at the dealer and a week communicating with the sales guy (Jass- Who is a decent guy)...this dealer strung me along and when it came time to finalize the deal, the purchase price of the vehicle was not as advertised, I was being forced to purchase a bundle (without any explanation) forced to purchase Gap and was paying almost $3000 in dealers fees. Then at the 9th hour (10pm) the financing jerk (HECTOR S.) I am told that the credit application was turned in wrong and that he needed to call the bank so I couldn't take the vehicle. Then I get a text message the following day tell me that the vehicle has been SOLD! xxx! This dealer has ZERO INTEGRITY! It is the true depiction of what everyone hates about car dealers! Truly made car buying a hassle and AWFUL EXPERIENCE! What a waste of time!!!

Brought my fiat in after making an appointment online because my check engine light was on and oil change was due. It was 4:00 , they were open till 6:00. I was told they couldn’t do anything at that time even though I had an appointment. There were 3 workers standing around no one was doing anything. I even bought my fiat new from this dealership . Never will I go back.

I tried to gather info about leasing a vehicle from this dealership and they don't even get back to you. I got a bunch of generic reply with their inventory and nonsense subscriptions. I emailed Dave and Danielle Minore, but nobody bothered to reply. Probably not the best place to do business with.

I have bought cars from Planet Dodge and have had no problems, but the day I decided to buy from Planet Fiat....that was a huge mistake. The sales person was nice at first, once you leave the dealership with the car, you're garbage, no help at all. If by any chance you get rid of the car (by the way, the quality of the car and value suck) and you claim the GAP insurance, good luck because they say they will do the paperwork for you and never do. I had to the process by myself, I was always given the runaround. This is not the only time because my cousin also bought a Fiat there and they did the same thing with the GAP claim. I never give reviews, but these people are a joke and it's not fair. Hope my review helps you in some way.
Rip off - Unhappy fiat owner
I purchased a fiat 500 c. It has been the worst car I have ever owned. The paint is chipping off and fading. The check engine light has come on on 3 occasions but nothing is wrong according to the dealership. There have been recalls and the worst part is the car is just going through tires because the it won't stay in alignment. Horrible car. Wouldn't buy another fiat
