We went in looking for a car. We explained our situation to the saleman, Amit Sharma, and he showed us some cars. He suggested we drive a Fiat 500L because of our needs which we did. It was the right car for us. Lots of great feature that are standard. And also a good price for what we were getting.
We drove the car home and are excited to take a trip in it soon.
They worked on the financing so we would be able to afford the car. Looking forward to may years of driving this car.

Best car sales experience ever! - New Alfa owner
We decided to buy an Alfa Romeo Stelvio earlier this year and went to test drive one at Alfa Romeo North Miami. Jassiel Vasquez was extremely knowledgeable about Alfa. We decided to lease one last Saturday. Called Jassiel to make an appointment...drove off with the car less than 2 hours later. JC the finance manager worked really hard to meet our numbers. All in all this was by far the best car sales experience. Highly recommend Alfa Romeo North Miami. Great team!
Horrible customer service! - acrum71
Hopefully 3rd time repairing the same issue will work out this time. I have to say that their customer service needs improvement. I called several times to check on my vehicle, spoke with Andrew who informed me that he would call me either Tuesday or Wednesday since it was almost done. However; that call never came so I called Friday and left messages. The phone operator (very nice lady) tried to help and after about 15 minutes of being on hold she advised the vehicle was ready. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and drop off their rental, and spoke to Andrew who advised me that per Alex we were going to be charged for labor even though this was a warranty repair (3rd time repairing). Informed him I wasn't paying anything and to call Alex and advise him. He got back on the phone supposedly to speak to Alex. When he got off the phone I asked for an answer 4 times. I actually had to say "hello are you going to answer me"? He completely ignored me! Then said Alex said to "Take care of you". Why was that call even necessary if it's their policy?
The issue I have is their repair warranty states 12-month warranty on repairs, which includes labor so why was he trying to charge me and how many other customers has he done this too? Not good service since this is also a guaranteed repair shop for State Farm and I'm sure a few other insurance companies.

I BOUGHT MY CARE AT THIS DEALERSHIP, i HAVE HAD MY CAR SERVICED THERE FOR 5 YRS, SOMETIMES I HAVE HAD VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCES AND HAVE NOT ALWAYS LEFT HAPPY BUT THEY WERE "MY" FIAT'S SERVICE CENTER. WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, I CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS TOLD THEY NO LONGER SERVICE FIATS. NO WHAT!!!!! THE CLOSEST DEALER IS ABOUT 35 MILES AWAY!!!

I would look elsewhere for FIAT if you can. I purchased a 2014 Fiat Pop 500 in 2014 and have had nothing but problems at Dayton Andrews. My sales experience went very well, but unfortunately I have gotten the runt of the 2014 Fiat's on their lot, and I have had to deal with the service department for many problems thus far. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT at Dayton Andrews has got to be the worst I have ever dealt with. Prior to owning the Fiat, I had taken my Chrysler Sebring to the service area, so I feel I have extensive history to report. The service advisors are OVER EXTENDED and not courteous at all. Everything you ask them about your vehicle is a BOTHER. There have been many instances of them "forgetting" do to specific work, event though it was discussed. There have also been many instances at which they have left my car(s) in pieces. Yes, pieces, they actually broke other items in the engine while fixing another (photos had to be sent to the so called manager, Charles Flatley). I have been over-charged for items that they have mistaken, and corrected after the fact. The real problem with this service department, is that they simply do not care. As others have reviewed, this is a repetitive problem and I have no idea why Dayton Andrews would want to continue in this manner. If you are going to buy a FIAT from Dayton Anderews, you may want to think twice about it, because like me, you will be TRAPPED into this awful service department since they are the closest in our area. I will hold them accountable each and every time I keep going there, since they do have me "trapped" but this is an honest review for you other buyers to beware.
Rip off - Unhappy fiat owner
I purchased a fiat 500 c. It has been the worst car I have ever owned. The paint is chipping off and fading. The check engine light has come on on 3 occasions but nothing is wrong according to the dealership. There have been recalls and the worst part is the car is just going through tires because the it won't stay in alignment. Horrible car. Wouldn't buy another fiat

When I purchased my Fiat I bought the brad experience.
This business does not get it.
The fancy facility, in compliance with the Fiat brand is ONLY to hook you up.
After you purchased the vehicle, you get to the not so nice next-door finance office, the gentleman was kind and knowledgeable, but the place was a joke.
10,000 miles after that the REAL Galena experience commenced.
Staff without the minimum Costumer Service skills, a waiting room with rows of chairs, vending machines and TVs playing FOX4 news was the "FIAT experience" to wait for your car to be serviced.
"Good morning, I am here for my 10,000 mile service"
Service adviser: "What are we doing to the car?"
Repeat this experience until now, my fun Fiat is over 80,000 miles.
I have complained to FIAT, they can care less, because... this is not themselves, these are independently provided services, they can only listen you venting. Useless.
Now to the "cherry on top"
Yesterday we had Fiat tow service (thank you Fiat) bringing the car again to this location
(I have to clarify, I DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER FIAT SERVICE OPTION in this area)
I authorized the $ 119.95 diagnostic service.
I received one call at the end of business day
"Mr Zabala, this is Rhonda at Galena. The technician informs he needs 5 to 6 hours more to get to the bottom of what is happening with your vehicle"
Why did I pay a diagnosis?
Is your staff not trained to read the computer in the vehicle and diagnose what is wrong with a car in one hour of work?
I requested all work to stop, all parts to be put back in their place, a report showing the work performed and the findings.
I promptly called this morning to follow up and to notify them I am sending a towing service to pick up the vehicle, they had not closed the "case", i was unable to pay over the phone.
I had to call again, and again so I could finally pay.
After all of this done, i had the last silly hope that in talking to the new service manager (they change all the time, no wonder why) I could get some sort of costumer service response.
After I told Tim (the service manager) my painful experience with them, he answered
"Mr Zabala, no we know how you feel about us"
I would be ashamed.

The planet fiat dealership had been open maybe for a few weeks before I visited the dealership. The showroom was not yet completed. The salesman was friendly at first. They gave me $500 below the Carmax trade in value for my vehicle. They did not honor that which is strange.Going to Carmax was a waste of time. We then returned to dealership and chose the Pop convertible. No rebates, salesman stuck to sticker price. Financing deal at dealership was ok, but had to wait two hours to see the finance person. Was a bad buying experience but the service department is really good. I haven't seen the salesman when i visited the dealership recently, and this is a good thing. The Fiat 500 seems to be a reliable well made car. If you come to this dealer come prepared.
