I had bad experience customer service. They yelling at me, raise their voices and treat me very unrespectful. I choose all weater mats they charge me $165. The Jeep doesn't have it. Also, the tinted was terrible, nothing that I ordered. Not respect for the customer! I will not recommended this company to future potential customers.

I went down to look at a car made them an offer they came back with a counter offer. I left but decided to take the counter offer. I texted them back agreed to the price they texted me. Asked about the total price for the car, which I think upsets them as they want to get you to finance through them so they can rip you off that way with bad financing. So instead they just told me they raised the price of the car almost $1000.00
This place is everything a bad car lot offers. I will not be surprised to see when a new dealership opens up in place of them

Tried to get clear communication about the repair status of my car and the service manager was awful. I previously explained that I was a recent graduate and didn’t mind waiting, I just needed communication about my car so that I could make appropriate plans with my new job. This experience has been abysmal. They were not only disrespectful but very apathetic to my concerns. My family are not only Chrysler retirees but I purchased my first car here. I will not consider buying from them again. My family has purchased over 20 cars from this company. We are proud autoworkers and blue collar community. Now me and my family and friends will take our business elsewhere. There was obviously no interest in retaining their customers. At this point, I would like to speak to the owner. Any professionals, recent graduates, college students, or senior adults looking for a reliable, respectable, trustworthy purchase, or need car repairs should look elsewhere!

Brought my fiat in after making an appointment online because my check engine light was on and oil change was due. It was 4:00 , they were open till 6:00. I was told they couldn’t do anything at that time even though I had an appointment. There were 3 workers standing around no one was doing anything. I even bought my fiat new from this dealership . Never will I go back.
Rip off - Unhappy fiat owner
I purchased a fiat 500 c. It has been the worst car I have ever owned. The paint is chipping off and fading. The check engine light has come on on 3 occasions but nothing is wrong according to the dealership. There have been recalls and the worst part is the car is just going through tires because the it won't stay in alignment. Horrible car. Wouldn't buy another fiat

I tried to gather info about leasing a vehicle from this dealership and they don't even get back to you. I got a bunch of generic reply with their inventory and nonsense subscriptions. I emailed Dave and Danielle Minore, but nobody bothered to reply. Probably not the best place to do business with.

I came here and was negotiating on a car but they wouldn’t come to my price I was with my 86 yr old mom.all of a sudden a tall man that worked in finance ran over to the table we where at slammed his fist on the table and yelled for us to leave because I would not buy at price I was quoted.the man was violently yelling.i would never recommend this place to anyone ever

We just leased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio at this dealership and our experience was great. We had made an appointment for a test ride and upon arrival we were greeted in a very friendly way by Julian our sales consultant and the car was ready to go. Going into the sale process after our test ride was also a great experience because they made the process very easy. We told them what we were looking for and after some negotiations we came to a deal that we felt happy with ( this certainly hasn’t always been the case with previous purchases at other dealerships before!).
All in all this was a very low pressure experience at a dealership that seems to take great pride in customer service. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Now its time for my 1st free service and South Miami wont honor the first free service. You know who will honor it. Arrigo in West Palm Beach. Its farther but they are way more honest.
