We just leased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio at this dealership and our experience was great. We had made an appointment for a test ride and upon arrival we were greeted in a very friendly way by Julian our sales consultant and the car was ready to go. Going into the sale process after our test ride was also a great experience because they made the process very easy. We told them what we were looking for and after some negotiations we came to a deal that we felt happy with ( this certainly hasn’t always been the case with previous purchases at other dealerships before!).
All in all this was a very low pressure experience at a dealership that seems to take great pride in customer service. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Maryann and Junior are great to work with as I am happy with how my transaction turned out. Bought a new 500c and a used 2014 Ram and feel like I got a really good deal. Junior and the rest of the sales staff were willing to meet my (relatively) demanding requirements (after haggling, of course ;). Would recommend to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle.

Great Service/Not so Great Car Experience - Egarc91
Overall i was very pleased with the sales team at this dealer. JT and Edmund were great. JT has made himself available to me via phone or text even when he is not working and Edmund has been very pleasant and helpful. My experience with the team has been great but i leased the last 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia and i have driven it for 4 total days and i have had 4 total repairs needed that require me dropping the car off. This last repair required me needing a rental. The dealer has made all repairs with no hassle, however my experience and excitement for a new vehicle have been ruined. I traded in a Maserati for the Giulia and was looking forward to the peace of mind of knowing I had a new vehicle with no issues and instead have driven the NEW vehicle for 200 miles and had 4 major issues. I hate to be that guy who complains but if you were me and purchased a vehicle with 70 total miles and two engine issues and 2 brake issues in first week, i think your review would be as frustrating as mine. Again the sales guys and even the managers have been great but my overall experience due to the car issues have not. Fingers crossed that i have no more issues.

If I could give them less, I would. We drove 2 hours to this dealership because we agreed on a price prior. We wait for our salesman for an hour. The finance manager treated my husband and me with such disrespect. Even though they listed the price of the car on their own website at one price, they added on $10,000. They said their own website was wrong. So basically, like all these other reviewers, we wasted hours of our day at this shady, unprofessional dealership. DO NOT GO HERE! They are dishonest and everything people stereotype dealerships as. Do not believe them!
3rd Time Purchas - Precise Audio
I have now purchased 3 commercial vehicles from Charles Lupo at Daytona Dodge, and the service is always excellent. Charles knows how busy we are, so he works really hard to complete all requirements before asking us to come down to the dealership. Each and every time, it has been a smooth transaction. I highly recommend Daytona Dodge, and all of the staff.
Slow service department - Truth
Service department is very slow even with an appointment. Then they try to insult your intelligence as to why they are slow. It does not take 2+ hours to change the oil on a car. It can be done in a driveway in less than half that time.

We had a very disappointing experience with this Alfa Romeo dealership. One particular sales person seemed to "judge" us and treated us as "not worthy" of their time or product. We will be happy to buy our new car elsewhere.
Rip off - Unhappy fiat owner
I purchased a fiat 500 c. It has been the worst car I have ever owned. The paint is chipping off and fading. The check engine light has come on on 3 occasions but nothing is wrong according to the dealership. There have been recalls and the worst part is the car is just going through tires because the it won't stay in alignment. Horrible car. Wouldn't buy another fiat

I have bought cars from Planet Dodge and have had no problems, but the day I decided to buy from Planet Fiat....that was a huge mistake. The sales person was nice at first, once you leave the dealership with the car, you're garbage, no help at all. If by any chance you get rid of the car (by the way, the quality of the car and value suck) and you claim the GAP insurance, good luck because they say they will do the paperwork for you and never do. I had to the process by myself, I was always given the runaround. This is not the only time because my cousin also bought a Fiat there and they did the same thing with the GAP claim. I never give reviews, but these people are a joke and it's not fair. Hope my review helps you in some way.
Service Department is THE WORST in the Area. - fiat500
I would look elsewhere for FIAT if you can. I purchased a 2014 Fiat Pop 500 in 2014 and have had nothing but problems at Dayton Andrews. My sales experience went very well, but unfortunately I have gotten the runt of the 2014 Fiat's on their lot, and I have had to deal with the service department for many problems thus far. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT at Dayton Andrews has got to be the worst I have ever dealt with. Prior to owning the Fiat, I had taken my Chrysler Sebring to the service area, so I feel I have extensive history to report. The service advisors are OVER EXTENDED and not courteous at all. Everything you ask them about your vehicle is a BOTHER. There have been many instances of them "forgetting" do to specific work, event though it was discussed. There have also been many instances at which they have left my car(s) in pieces. Yes, pieces, they actually broke other items in the engine while fixing another (photos had to be sent to the so called manager, Charles Flatley). I have been over-charged for items that they have mistaken, and corrected after the fact. The real problem with this service department, is that they simply do not care. As others have reviewed, this is a repetitive problem and I have no idea why Dayton Andrews would want to continue in this manner. If you are going to buy a FIAT from Dayton Anderews, you may want to think twice about it, because like me, you will be TRAPPED into this awful service department since they are the closest in our area. I will hold them accountable each and every time I keep going there, since they do have me "trapped" but this is an honest review for you other buyers to beware.

When I purchased my Fiat I bought the brad experience.
This business does not get it.
The fancy facility, in compliance with the Fiat brand is ONLY to hook you up.
After you purchased the vehicle, you get to the not so nice next-door finance office, the gentleman was kind and knowledgeable, but the place was a joke.
10,000 miles after that the REAL Galena experience commenced.
Staff without the minimum Costumer Service skills, a waiting room with rows of chairs, vending machines and TVs playing FOX4 news was the "FIAT experience" to wait for your car to be serviced.
"Good morning, I am here for my 10,000 mile service"
Service adviser: "What are we doing to the car?"
Repeat this experience until now, my fun Fiat is over 80,000 miles.
I have complained to FIAT, they can care less, because... this is not themselves, these are independently provided services, they can only listen you venting. Useless.
Now to the "cherry on top"
Yesterday we had Fiat tow service (thank you Fiat) bringing the car again to this location
(I have to clarify, I DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER FIAT SERVICE OPTION in this area)
I authorized the $ 119.95 diagnostic service.
I received one call at the end of business day
"Mr Zabala, this is Rhonda at Galena. The technician informs he needs 5 to 6 hours more to get to the bottom of what is happening with your vehicle"
Why did I pay a diagnosis?
Is your staff not trained to read the computer in the vehicle and diagnose what is wrong with a car in one hour of work?
I requested all work to stop, all parts to be put back in their place, a report showing the work performed and the findings.
I promptly called this morning to follow up and to notify them I am sending a towing service to pick up the vehicle, they had not closed the "case", i was unable to pay over the phone.
I had to call again, and again so I could finally pay.
After all of this done, i had the last silly hope that in talking to the new service manager (they change all the time, no wonder why) I could get some sort of costumer service response.
After I told Tim (the service manager) my painful experience with them, he answered
"Mr Zabala, no we know how you feel about us"
I would be ashamed.
