We are a Subaru family. We finally found a great place to service our cars -- a CrossTrek hybrid and our Solterra EV. I can't say enough wonderful things about their customer service. Jason Lance is the manager we worked with. For the CrossTrek, he made sure we had a loaner car while they tried to figure out the AC problem (which other shops couldn't figure out.) He kept us very informed every day as parts were ordered, etc. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Thank you for your great work, Jason!

The worse service station I have ever dealt with, made an appointment which meant nothing. Waited 7 hours for a simple diagnosis and price of $4300 to replace a power steering pump versus going down the street to a reputable company and get a price of $979 labor and material with 3 year warranty. Price gougers !! Stay clear. The service manager, Bill has a lot to learn regarding customer service.
