My family was in search of a reliable and safe vehicle for our two small children. We had two people approach us stating they were there to help (sharks smell blood), we shared our request and they showed us a vehicle in our budget. We even drove it home for a test drive. We noticed the check engine light came on so I checked the codes (came back as a random misfire and low oil pressure), after bringing the vehicle back I stated that I would like for them to address these troubles before I purchased the car. They were happy to accommodate this request. Come to find out, after everything was taken care of (bottom line signed), the light popped back on as we left the lot. I brought it back twice and again they claimed they fixed it. They were just resetting the code. Im far from car savvy, being early twenties, but I was assured the problem was fixed. Why would they lie? Money. I feel i was defrauded by these people because if I knew they were just pushing a button rather than actually fixing it like they wrote on the As Is slip, then I would have never bought the vehicle. Turns out it had a blown head gasket. I was wondering why there was grease (thick) around the block. I spoke with scott the manager and again assured me he would do his best to resolve this issue. He doesnt return my calls and now its been since the end of February trying to get this resolved. Now I owe 5000.00 on a vehicle that doesn't run, and BEDFORD AUTO refuses to even help in anyway shape or form even though their mechanic and salesperson MARTY defrauded me. Thanks guys appreciate all the troubles you have caused for my family and I. If you want to be taken advantage of go here they will do it very well.

Untrustworthy and Incompetent Service! I had one of the worst experiences ever at Porsche of Melbourne. While visiting family in the area, I heard a noise coming from one of my wheels and brought my car in to have it checked. They told me they couldn’t hear anything wrong with the wheel but claimed I had an oil leak—which didn’t make sense, as I had never seen a low oil warning on my car. Still, I trusted their diagnosis and paid $4,500 for the repair. On my way back to Miami, I immediately got a warning that the car was out of oil. When I called, Amy told me to “just add oil until you can get back to us.” I drove all the way back to Melbourne, where they took my car for only 30 minutes—no lift, no plates removed—just topped it off with oil and sent me off again. Two days later, it was leaking oil again! When I called back, they refused to take responsibility or offer further help. I’ve since gone to another Porsche dealership for a second opinion. I’ve never dealt with a service department so careless and unwilling to make things right. Completely untrustworthy experience.

I bought a car 2 months ago. I used it for about 2 weeks and it had a leak on the motor. They were supppose to fix my car i traveled twice down to tampa because they said it was fixed but just by looking at it you can see the leak. Now ive been a month and half wighout any car and still paying it. They now dont answer my calls or emails and im not in tampa ans cant travel there due to not having a car.do not buy from here all they sell is lemons and then dont have any contact with you. Beware all they want to do is just sale you the car make the sale.

Purchased a 2019 Maserati Ghibli with cash in October 2025. Discovered shortly after the purchase that a proper, basic, safety check of the car had not been done by the dealer. All four brakes were absolutely worn out. Required me to purchase pads as well as rotors. Air filters were filthy with much debris in the air boxes. Was a real safety issue. Cost $3200 right after my purchase to make the car even driveable. If the dealer doesn't even check basic stuff, LIKE BRAKES, I must say go somewhere else.

Good service but bad car representation, I bought a 2015 bmw 3 series but they told me they did not know when the warranty would expire, it expired 2 days after I took it of the lot, not to mention that it needed 5k in work when I towed it back to Denver. I found the vehicle I wanted on line and set up a test drive with Harold two days later. The car was ready to go when I arrived. It turned out the car didn't exactly fit my expectations. There was no pressure to buy it and Harold showed me other possibilities. I did test drive another, but decided I would keep looking. There was no attempt to dissuade me and I left feeling pleasantly surprised. I would certainly go to Gulf Coast again if I was in the market for one of their vehicles.

He asked us what we were looking for and immediately lead us to 3 vehicles that met our criteria. 3 test drives later we had made up our mind, and never once did we feel pressured to buy. When we set out to look at used cars this morning did I imagine we would be driving one home this afternoon but he made it very easy and pleasurable. Michael Nicolas came highly recommend when I was looking to trade in my Colorado. He answered my call on the first try and from there it was gravy. Searched another dealer and couldn't deal with the hassles and sales talk. After several phone conversations with Michael, I met up with him and immediately I knew this guy knew everything there was to know about Silverados and all it's bells and whistles. He's very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He went out of his way to make me and wife comfortable with the deal. BUYER BEWARE. SELLING BRANDED TITLED VEHICLES. I will never deal with this dealership or Russel Larkey, or Russel Hernandez ever again. My wife purchased an f150 from them and three weeks after we purchased it in the title process the title was deemed “not actual mileage”. This is considered a brand on the title and devalues the vehicle significantly. We contacted Russel L and he said they have never heard of such a thing happening like this and reassured us they would look into it and get it fixed. I never received a call from them for a week so I called again. Russel L said they were still looking into it and he said he would call me the following day and he promised he would call. So after not receiving a call for another week I called again and he told me he has been so busy and forgot to call me back again but the manager Russel Hernandez was involved in it and he was going to make things right and get the title fixed. After almost two months of calling them and getting nowhere I went back down there in person and demanded to speak to the manager. When speaking to Russel Hernandez he told us he was just now notified about the situation. (Mind you this was months after I originally called, so Russel larkey lied when he told us he has someone looking into it.) Russel told us he’s not worried about the situation and he will contact carfax and he would take the vehicle back in on trade but the trade amount was 10,000 less than what we paid which was 5,000 less than what we still owed. We were NOT upside down on this loan, the only reason we were upside down was from the title brand and the fact that the dealer was lowballing us. He said he would buy it back from us too but it was still going to put us upside down on it since the value he was offering us caused me to have to pay the dealer 5,000 dollars to clear out the loan. This was cash out of my pocket for their mistake. He kept saying he would get it resolved if he bought it back from us but wasn’t considered about getting it fixed for us while it’s still in our possession. So we are in a position where we are having to pay for their mistake. He also informed us he had this issue with two other vehicles before but apparently lied about this when we first confronted them about it because I was told that this has never happened from Russel L. All they wanted to do was sell us another vehicle and lowball us on the vehicle we just bought from them. I contacted a lawyer and the lawyer said I would end up spending more in lawyer fees than what I could gain from the dealership. We tried trading the vehicle in at all the major dealers in Lakeland and they all wanted to offer us half of what the vehicle was worth because of the brand. We spent months with Carfax and the state of Florida trying to fix it and we got nowhere because it happened when the vehicle was in the hands of the dealership. Finally when they bought it back and me paying the 5,000 to get the loan paid off they were so rude in the office. Russel Hernandez would not even look at us or apologize for the mistakes. They would not give me a receipt for the wholesale purchase so I had to take pictures of it all on my phone of the paperwork. Of course I was worried because all they have done was lie to us. After selling it and waiting 6 weeks for the refund and checking in every couple weeks they never even started the refund process for the extended warranty. Russel Larkey told me several times that it was being handled and clearly he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. After the seventh week I called and spoke to the finance manager and she told me she called Russel L and he said “I am not involved in any of that” which was also a lie because he was part of the entire situation. He was the one who told my wife where to sign on the wholesale paperwork and showing they still owed us 1400 dollars for the warranty. They made a fool of us having to call and check every week thinking something was being done when

We were looking for a SUV and we had some credit issues but that didn't stop my Sales guys we first met with Bobby West and if you ever go there you will always remember him he's such a down home kind of guy. No matter what obstacle tried to get in our way Bobby continue to try and let me tell you about Garrett Cofield although I was getting a little unsure of our getting the car this man came and introduced himself to us and got the info and I can tell you we walked out with a smile on our faces those guys over there are AWESOME. El 10 de abril de 2025 compré un Tesla Model Y 2021 en el dealer A+ Auto. El mismo día que me entregaron el vehículo, uno de sus empleados lo chocó por detrás al sacarlo del lote, pero no me informaron de inmediato. Luego dijeron que lo arreglarían, pero la reparación no fue satisfactoria ni transparente. Además, me dieron una chapa temporaria (placa) que también fue asignada a otro carro en el estado de NJ y PA. Por culpa de esto, recibí múltiples multas de peaje (tolls) a mi nombre. Fui personalmente a reclamar y las pagaron, pero fue un error grave de su parte. Lo peor es que el vehículo presenta problemas de carga. No se puede cargar correctamente, lo cual es inaceptable en un carro eléctrico. Ahora el dealer me ofrece cambiar el carro, pero con la condición de que yo pague $10,000 adicionales, lo cual considero injusto y abusivo, ya que los problemas comenzaron desde el primer día.

Today I drove 3.5 hours (from Ocala to Sebring) to potentially purchase a used 2023 Ford E-Transit from this dealership in Sebring. The listing on their website was FG61927A. I called prior to leaving Ocala to make sure that the vehicle was available and was told that it was on the lot and abvailable for a test drive. I again asked if it was viewable today and was told "yes" by Amber B. their internet sales specialist. I arrived and met with Francklyn who is a salesman at the Chevrolet dealership. He checked on the vehicle and found that it was being driven by someone. He wasn't sure if it was that dealership, another Alan Jay deaslership or a potential customer. He apologized and told me that he would call me when the E-Transit returned to the lot. He never called me back! I am starting to wonder if the vehicle had been previously sold and not removed from Alan Jay's website and Auto Trader. I also thought that maybe the vehicle was more of a "bait and switch" and was not actually for sale. The price listed (and confirmed with Amver) was $27,995.00 - a deal almost too good to be true! With the return trip I spent 7 hours travelling back and forth. I am quite upset with this dealership's trading practices. I think that once they realized that the vehicle was in fact not available for sale they made up the story about it's whereabouts. Pretty crappy way to conduct business - or should I say a shady way to conduct business.
