SERVICE DEPARTMENT EXPERIENCE I purchased my Kia many - tphinazee86

SERVICE DEPARTMENT EXPERIENCE I purchased my Kia many years ago through Roundtree Moore Kia in Lake City, and I have used their services for several years. Over this time, I have seen some people come and go, but their current employees are quite impressive. For example, the new Kia that I purchased at Roundtree Moore in 2019 has nearly 100,000 miles, which means my factory warranty will soon expire. I was concerned and unsure of what I should have done and or inspected before the end of my warranty. Alternatively, how could this change the future service of my vehicle? And of course, the question we all want to know: how much will this cost me? Filled with unanswered questions, I called the store and spoke to an Advisor named Megan. She was amazing! She was the most helpful person that I have dealt with, not just at Kia, but surpassing all of my recent customer service experiences. What was impressive was that Megan asked me what I needed and actually took the time to listen. She then made recommendations on the services that were offered and showed me how they differed. Megan made sure to explain how each service addressed my concerns. She then created what seemed to be a personalized service plan. I was highly impressed with her knowledge and attention to detail. Lastly, she was so humble when I mentioned her great service that she was sure to give credit to Jeffery and all of the service technicians who make Rountree Moore Kia great. Thank you, Rountree Moore Kia, Megan, and Jeffery. Your service was outstanding today, and I remain your loyal customer.

Lied 2 me about the vehicle I wanted and sold me a broke car - Tech

I drove 8 hours to try and get a fair deal from them. I spoke on the phone 2 times during my drive and 2 times before my drive and they told me to come down and look at the vehicle I wanted. When I arrived the vehicle I wanted was already sold. I ended up purchasing a car that broke down 10 miles down the road. I bought a car from them and I lost. Dealerreview.com is bias and will not publish fair reviews which is why Anything on Wheels seems to have a high rating. If they deny this review again I will post on the Better Business Bureau which has a 1.5 out of 5 star rating. You guys are going to have to find new jobs where you don't hurt consumers. Find new jobs fast my friends.

The car purchased was a RAT. - Miamitalentmom

The car purchased was a RAT. Kosher motors sold me a car that was a complete lipstick on a pig. Non OEM parts. Body shop work done by a moron. Parts fused and rigged together. No brakes. No rotors all safety hazard. After the fact had to spend $12,000 to get this high end luxury vehicle back in shape and safe for the road. Not to mention the night I got home the LED headlight didn’t work. Had to replace it with OEM which cost thousands. Stay AWAY from Kosher - they have a smile but they are selling true junk. This was the worst car purchase in 52 years. Do NOT do NOT buy a car from this xxxx hole dealer. Selling true crap -

Laura was awesome with getting me in and out. - keydavis629

Laura was awesome with getting me in and out. When I arrived at the service garage, someone was waiting for me to take the car directly into the service area. When I arrived to pick it up, the car was at the front door of the garage ready for me to takeoff. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Ultimate - JJNUGENT

I had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Ultimate Motor Cars! I live in Jersey and found the car I wanted on Truecars.com. Eric was my salesperson and he and his crew took care of me like family. My purchase and shipment went seamless due to the professionalism of the staff at the dealership. You won't be disappointed!!

Bedford Auto is a joke. - ChadSr

My family was in search of a reliable and safe vehicle for our two small children. We had two people approach us stating they were there to help (sharks smell blood), we shared our request and they showed us a vehicle in our budget. We even drove it home for a test drive. We noticed the check engine light came on so I checked the codes (came back as a random misfire and low oil pressure), after bringing the vehicle back I stated that I would like for them to address these troubles before I purchased the car. They were happy to accommodate this request. Come to find out, after everything was taken care of (bottom line signed), the light popped back on as we left the lot. I brought it back twice and again they claimed they fixed it. They were just resetting the code. Im far from car savvy, being early twenties, but I was assured the problem was fixed. Why would they lie? Money. I feel i was defrauded by these people because if I knew they were just pushing a button rather than actually fixing it like they wrote on the As Is slip, then I would have never bought the vehicle. Turns out it had a blown head gasket. I was wondering why there was grease (thick) around the block. I spoke with scott the manager and again assured me he would do his best to resolve this issue. He doesnt return my calls and now its been since the end of February trying to get this resolved. Now I owe 5000.00 on a vehicle that doesn't run, and BEDFORD AUTO refuses to even help in anyway shape or form even though their mechanic and salesperson MARTY defrauded me. Thanks guys appreciate all the troubles you have caused for my family and I. If you want to be taken advantage of go here they will do it very well.

I live in Miami and had to drive all the way to west palm... - nestorcastellon

I live in Miami and had to drive all the way to west palm to purchase my vehicle since the salesman at South Miami was misleading at best. Now its time for my 1st free service and South Miami wont honor the first free service. You know who will honor it. Arrigo in West Palm Beach. Its farther but they are way more honest.

Purchased a 2019 Maserati Ghibli with cash in October - Robertrayy54

Purchased a 2019 Maserati Ghibli with cash in October 2025. Discovered shortly after the purchase that a proper, basic, safety check of the car had not been done by the dealer. All four brakes were absolutely worn out. Required me to purchase pads as well as rotors. Air filters were filthy with much debris in the air boxes. Was a real safety issue. Cost $3200 right after my purchase to make the car even driveable. If the dealer doesn't even check basic stuff, LIKE BRAKES, I must say go somewhere else.

Sucked - ken m

Good service but bad car representation, I bought a 2015 bmw 3 series but they told me they did not know when the warranty would expire, it expired 2 days after I took it of the lot, not to mention that it needed 5k in work when I towed it back to Denver. I will never buy a car from them nor will I ever recommend that anyone buy one.

Worst customer service ever - Thania Duverge

We went there for an used truck that my husnand fell in love with. They lie about prices, put $2,000.00 in hidden fees besides the dealer fees. Even when we had an aproved deal with our bank the finance guy decides to run our credit 8 more times to offer a 15%.so if you decide to go to miami motorsport.be very carefull. Ahh,two months later we dont have the plate yet!🤢
