Charles was incredibly responsive and helpful, from my first online inquiry through the completion of the sale. He was knowledgeable about the RDX I purchased, and very personable. He even sat with us to talk football while we waited for the finance dept to finish up. Speaking of, my experience with Acura Carland’s finance department was the fastest and easiest I’ve experienced.
At no point did I feel pressured or smothered. For a smooth process and quality vehicle, I recommended checking this place out.

Buyer Beware - Unhappy Customer
Very disappointed in this dealership.
My family has been doing business with Southern Motors Acura for 15 years. The salesperson that sold us our vehicle lied about the car fax. We later learned the car had been wrecked twice before we purchased it. When we tried to trade it in a year later we were given the run around on a trade in value, and after spending nearly 2 months waiting on a deal to work, my husband and I were told they would only pay us half of what they sold us the car for. We would lose 5K on our trade AND the manager wanted us to pay 5 to 7K more on a vehicle we could purchase from another dealership. Terrible service, untrustworthy salesperson, and manager unwilling to help us out in this stressful situation.

I know reviews are often overreactions, but I am never going here again. I recommend everyone stays away, this place has ZERO empathy and is only concerned with taking as much money from you as possible.
I had a maintenance service scheduled for Wednesday 1/17 and received a confirmation email Tuesday night, 17 hours before the appointment. When I showed up on Wednesday (a 45 minute drive) I found out they were closed due to inclement weather. I'm not upset about them being closed, I'm upset that NO ONE notified me of this. No email cancellation, no phone call.
When I spoke to a representative the next day, he was unapologetic and only seemed interested in rescheduling me. He didn't care that I wasted my time driving to a dealership that was closed, and clearly had no respect for their customer. This place is greedy, unsympathetic, and unprofessional.
