Never ask for Asian saleswomen!!!! - Epunni81
I purchase vehicle on 2/27 from Asian saleswomen. She was polite at first didn’t knew that she was just wanted to sell me a vehicle because it’s was end of the month. When I purchase vehicle I told her I’m out of state going back to original state so don’t want to register vehicle in GA. And she stated where my address in GA and she told me not to worry my tag will be GA plate. My temporary tag is getting expire she called me and saying I have to bring GA license order to register in GA.It feels like I was a dump person believing she was telling and saying the truth. If this is the situation when I purchase vehicle back in 2/27 she should told me. The words were going back and forth I told her about ETR since 1/1 2018 u can’t even sell vehicle if you’re out of state. She curse at me saying I’m a “xxxxx” !! At that moment I didn’t want to speak to her,,, I was just shock.. I purchase vehicle here and why this salesperson cursing..now my tag is expired and dealer send paper work to my home state and still waiting..and there not giving me the tem tag because they already register 30 days ago in GA!!?? I mean law changed since 1/1/2018 u can’t register in GA that means dealer had paper work n use the vin # for finance. Dealer register the vehicle again in 3/29 why the dealer can’t provide me with tem tag!!!!

Outstanding service department - rstaplint1714
Ability to schedule on line and explain what was needed was great, then receipt of an email that enumerated those needs along with assignment of a service advisor (Cody Johnson), were terrific customer service items. Intake by that service advisor with an indepth review of what was going to be performed, along with a review based on mileage of what I also ought to consider. Waiting area top notch and the advisor kept me well informed and updated. Work was completed within the time frame and the car was washed and cleaned when it was ready. Check out, again with the advisor, was a piece of cake and the advisor went over every item, cost and purpose, and applied coupons I had given him. A great place to take your Acura!!

Best Car Buying Experience - hamassey
We just happened to come across Nalley Acura while looking for a new car. We were soon greeted by Mayo and she sat in the car with us and explained what everything did. We told her we still had some places to look around but in the end ended up coming back because she sold us on our car! She was the best to work with and got us exactly what we wanted with the price and everything! She even stayed late as to make sure we got everything squared away. She was the absolute best and we can't wait to continue working with her!

A/C repaired & oil chg - Sunny
My service consultant Diana Perez was excellent, friendly & courteous .. I would highly recommend her !! Did not have a loaner car available since my repair required a part to be ordered.. but did offer to have me picked up the next day .. Had a friend drop me off instead.
Very Efficient Operation - MarkC
The car was prepped and ready for delivery when we arrived at the dealership. All of the paperwork had been drawn up prior to our arrival. We were fully briefed on the vehicle, signed the paperwork, and were on our way home in a short period of time. Also, the pricing was the best we found on the MDX Advance out of the 3 dealerships that are within driving distance of our home.
Great Service - missyj
I went in to get new tires put on my car and the staff was very friendly and my car looked great when they were finished.
They take care of their customers - Ehgbyf
LT and Sherman took great care of me. They car was nicer than described and the paperwork was a breeze. One of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had.
Scam about acura car care - Docholliday
We have leased our first acura in 2015 and let us talked into buying a 795 dollars Care plan that would have covered 3 oil changes and the end of lease inspection. My wife and a friend who accompanied us understood the same coverage as sold to us.
At end of lease we tried to obtain a refund for the end of lease inspection as it would have been waived in case of another lease . We however opted to purchase the car.
We got the runaround from Mickey, so did we from Acura finance and finally from client relations. First they said no such contract existed so we faxed it to all the departments we spoke with, then the dealership refused to discuss this matter with us, also the salesman Mickey, mentioned tangentially they would waive half the money if we stepped into another lease....The “client relations” argument was that the policy only mentions 3 oil changes within the lease mileage or time, as such in fact they sell you 3 oil changes for 800 dollars....
Overall this is a scam and Acura obviously lets the dealers roam free for rip offs
We will never return to Southern Motors nor do we foresee ever getting another Acura.
Shame for their way of doing business!
Hope it helps someone not to use this dealer or be advised that their sales pitch is just empty promise!
Do not trust the collision center for repairs - AngieR86
I DO NOT recommend the COLLISION CENTER. Save yourself the headaches. Ed voyles Collision Center turned my situation into a NIGHTMARE. I went to Ed voyles to have my car repaired after being rear-ended. This place was great at first and everyone was helpful. They made sure to follow up with the insurance company when the repairs turned out to be more, they seemed concerned. I was confident that my car was in good hands.
Once the day to pick up my car arrived I was extremely happy by what seemed to be an excellent Job judging from the outside.
WHAT HAPPENED NEXT:
A week or so later there was an awful smell in my trunk. I didn't think much of it and assumed something may have spilled after taking out the trash that week. More Days passed. I go out and do groceries, open the trunk and it still smells weird. It wasn't until I took out the groceries and touched the bottom that I realized that the whole time I've had the car since the repairs it had been leaking water. It was getting moldy.
I called Ed Voyles the next morning. I brought the car in, they said that in the past (prior to me purchasing the vehicle from where I got it from) it had been repaired in the back and that the accident may have made it worse blah blah blah. (If there were any repairs done in the past I had no idea) HOWEVER, The point I tried to make is that after the accident I had absolutely NO leaks in the back of my car. After THEY fixed it, this problem started. BOTTOM LINE. Whether there were previous repairs or not why should it even matter when I got into an accident? I brought my car to be repaired and they messed one thing up in the process of repairing another. Anyway, They put some sealant to shut me up that day and off I went.
Another week passed and more days. It begins to rain. All the water starts seeping in through my trunk. I was going crazy trying to figure out how this was still happening. I called that crappy collision center just to be treated with total disregard. I sensed a little hostility from MEG (who probably doesn't get paid enough to give a xxxx anyway) and got the run around. I went in person and cried my eyes out. Everyone was cold Rob, Scott and no one wanted to take responsibility for the crappy job they did. I've had to wash the interior a few times. This place only cares about one thing and that is cashing in on the insurance check. Once you drive off they wash their hands and you are on your own.
I've taken my car to two different places this week and it all falls back on the s****y job they did. Water was leaking through the bumper they replaced and the tailights they removed and placed back poorly. I've had to pay out-of-pocket for my repairs after they collected almost three grand from the insurance company to "fix it" I have videos of my vehicle after the interior was taken out they clearly show the waterfalls these people left in the trunk of my car. Those weren't there before but Ed Voyles Collision Center didn't want to go through the trouble of fixing it properly OR TAKING RESPONSIBILITY OR doing the right thing by owning up to their mistake. Be careful when getting repairs cause you may end up with Niagara falls in the trunk of your car. This company is a joke. I am currently exploring my options on how to take action as I am VERY UNHAPPY and disatisffied.
