From the call I made to schedule service until I left with my Acura, everyone in Acura’s dealership showed and gave exceptional service. What made that more exceptional was that you could feel and see the sincerity from all persons who worked there.

Don't buy from these people. They sell junk and they know it. I bought a used BMW from them and it has been a nightmare after a couple months of me getting it. Of course after the warranty had passed. I did go back to see if they would help in any way but no help was to be had. Junk cars from a junk dealer.

Very bad customer service and an arrogant attitude. To start with, they had not given any great deal, but, was fine with it and bought the RDX considering the proximity of the dealership location. I started getting annoyed when they had not even responded even after multiple follow up for my accessories order, which was placed while buying the car. Then, they screwed up in getting a new tag for my vehicle. The worst part is even after I had pointed out that I had requested for a new tag in the hard copy application form they are not ready to look at the paper work, but tell me that it says in “their system” that I asked for a transfer. The reason for them not able to check the paper work (that, it’s a month old), is even more appalling.
As If that is not enough, the sales Manager Mr.Anthony Renda acted as though he is beyond errors and that I cannot ask him for an apology from his team(for a mistake from their side).
It is better to find some other dealership nearby and have a peaceful buying experience when you are getting into a luxury segment.

I took my TL in for a oil change.2.5 hours later they tell me I have a blown head gasket & that my car is smoking!! I’m like what y’all better call the police up here. It’s doesn’t take 2.5 hours for no oil change. They made everything my fault that I had ran my car hot. Both managers where so nasty to me. After going back & forth for another hour they finally agreed to let me use their vehicle to check my car out. They call me 2 days later to tell me the tech put a extra quart of oil in my car which made it smoke. I got no Apology’s for their wrong doings and for wasting my time!! Never again will I use this dealership!!!! Shareen Johnson knew that my car wasn’t smoking when she checked it in but didn’t open her mouth!! Lesson learned I’m just gonna stick with granger Honda for all my car needs

I'd inquired about a deal on a new 2019 RDX with Technology. I didn't see the Fathom Blue on the site so I launched the Chatbox. Initially, I thought I was communicating with a bot because the conversation seemed boilerplate.
Then, someone claiming to be the sales manager intercepted the chat. I requested pricing and details and the lagtime was 5 minutes. He asked for my info to "put in the system." I gave it to him and never heard from him again. The wait was a total of 13 minutes.
If you're looking for quick action -- do not expect it from Voyles Acura in Atlanta.
Thereafter, I contacted United BMW and was offered a link to a GT with pricing, in 3 minutes. I'll be buying there.
