We had the most pleasant experience purchasing a car from Bill Wilson earlier this week. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and made the process seamless for us. He also went above and beyond by listening to our needs and making sure we were able to view and experience each and every car that was of interest...he was extremely patient and never made us feel rushed in our decision making process. Bill knew everything there was to know about the Q7, inside and out. He gave us an in-depth tutorial and we were very appreciative of all of his efforts. Great experience with Bill and the team there.

I had an outstanding car buying experience at Audi Fletcher Jones Chicago. I worked with Nolan and Channing and both were truly subject matter experts. I was comparing a car here to one at a different dealership and they went above and beyond to thoroughly educate me on both options without ever trying to pressure me into their car if it ultimately was not the right fit. Their transparency, knowledge, and professionalism made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. From start to finish this was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Went in for oil change and maintenance, had an awesome experience with Ben Lau, he was in constant contact and never once did I try and get a hold of someone and wasn't able to. Most places you have to call 6-7 times before they answer. Super responsive, helpful, and explained things in a way most people can understand. Great job and hopefully if needed I can come back to this service dept! Audi, International group, and Ben Lau - 5 stars, 10/10. I felt like this is the way service should be.

Exceptional - purchasing a vehicle is an act in trust. I trusted Annie (and now trust her more) - and she honored every word, and -very specifically - the sale price of an AMAZING SUBARU OUTBACK, and she honored her phone offer for my cars trade. No back tracking, shifty numbers, or shenanigans. The sale, was seamless! No hustle, no back end pressure. Just amazing service predicated on trust. Oh, the travel to Bloomington from Springfield was approximately an hour drive worth THOUSANDS of dollars. More importantly TRUST made that drive worth the trip!
