Very friendly and good communication by employees. I feel the work was done as quoted and as correctly. THE ISSUE.... The cost is 25% higher than other repair shops. I believe it is higher than it should be for the work performed. $400.00 for a windshield wash motor replacement. I like using the dealer for convenience, but the price will make me use another shop in the future.

Nate was great to work with, got it fixed overnight, however I was unhappy that, being retired and on a fixed income, and driving all the way from Peoria because I had positive experiences before, had to pay over $1,100.00 for installment of an $80.00 part. Appreciate your service department but it was a bit disheartening. Otherwise, it was a positive experience.

With today’s vehicle could be a sensor a malfunction with on board computer etc. So in my option better to be safe and go to Green Chevy.
