Service department at this dealership is excellent. All work done in a timely manner, I was set up with a courtesy car for use while car was worked on. Kept in loop via text on cars progress. My car was spotless when I picked it up. Dean Pontrelli and John Nikolich took care of me and answered all my questions all of the way thru my visit. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I was just at the mercedes getting my car serviced. For a change of oil and a problem for my srs. I was charged $535. $150 FOR A CHANGE of oil. The remainder was for labor with no parts purchased. So I called the manager and he told me the tech probably didn't charge me for the parts. What !!!! My my what a way to blow someone away. He must really think women are that ignorant to believe him. Westmont will be my service department from now on . A little further away but I prefer to drive a distance then to deal with a manager that thinks women are that dumb to believe his version.

I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I brought my vehicle in for failed emission test. They had it for about 3 days and said it was good so I gave it a week before I went to emissions again. I then failed again only with more issues. Now it was 600 for the first appointment and then when I brought it back they didn't charge me but kept my vehicle for 9 days and then called me to say we couldn't get your vehicle to pass so you will need to pay some outrageous amount so I'm upset and I leave out of lot and red light comes on regarding tire so I turn right back into lot to tell them something else is wrong and some guy checks air pressure and tells me it will reset itself just keep driving. I drove for 2 days then my vehicle starting shaking and feeling like it was going to break if I hit a bump and steering wheel was shaking. I tell them this and they look at it and tell me it will cost me 180 for them to look at it. YOU JUST HAD MY Vehicle for days and now I have to pay for something that went wrong with my car while in your possession. I refuse to go back.

And yet when I went in and told them why I was there, they had me back on the road within 15 minutes. I took my vehicle here to be serviced for a recall which went fine. Also had them do spark plugs. They charged $180 per hour for labor. Which I could’ve had the same job done down the street for $120. I figured them being a Mercedes dealer I would pay the $180 for quality work which is the exact opposite of what was actually done to my vehicle. They left the rubber weather stripping for the hood laying on my engine. They did not snap the computer and wiring harnesses back together either. Basically just left parts of my engine compartment laying on top of my engine cover. I will never be returning to this dealership for service. Would not even trust them tightening a lug nut on my wheel after this experience.

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!
