I had an emergency on the highway with a flat tire and was able to limp to the dealership with the runflat tire. Stephanie the service associate and her fellow service associate saw to it that my tires were replaced and I was back on the highway in about an hour and a half. They were a pleasure to deal with and helpful with my situation, which included traveling with two small dogs. Thank you to the service repair technicians and the service staff.

Dean Wirth is the best service manager in the area. I have bought a lot of cars and done a lot of service at dealerships and independent shops and he is the best.
Seth is one of the service writers and he did a wonderful job for me on a recent service visit and taking care of some other concerns I had with the car. I have had some major work done on my 2013 335IS.

We were in Carmel IN for a medical procedure at IU North Hospital, and decided to have a couple of concerns checked out on our 2017 BMW X3. Aaron Brandes, our Service Advisor was wonderful! Even though technically our repair of the rear hatch seal was not covered by the BMW Certified Pre-owned Warranty, Aaron and Dreyer & Reinbold decided to cover the cost after we declined to have the repair done due to what felt like a high cost to us, and the possibility we might not hang onto the vehicle for the long term. Aaron told us when we picked up the car and brought back our 2020 X3 loaner that he just didn't feel right about us driving a car that leaked in back. He also, on his own, decided to go the extra mile on an A/C issue we had been having which the AZ local dealer didn't bother with. All this and because of my lack of availability for a few days due to surgery, we had a nice loaner car for my wife to use. I couldn't recommend this dealership more, the new car guys were fun and helped us see what the new models can do, especially Robert Norton. I don't know I have ever had a more friendly and helpful SA than Aaron. Kudos to this dealership for getting the most important thing right!!

When striving for perfection, you must have the right ingredients in the right combinations. I honestly believe that this dealership has made it ! I have been using this dealership since 2005, therefore, I can make an honest judgement.
Shout out to some of these "ingredients": Chad Spidle ( management ), Matthew Summers ( sales ) and Elizabeth Kolter ( service - a miracle worker ).

Buyer Beware and Verify - Deceptive - AY_TX
Initially I gave a 5 star review when I purchased my new Porsche in 2016 only to find out they were deceptive in that my warranty was 6 months less than the 4 years I was told because they internally reported it as a demo 6 months earlier even though I purchased it with only 14 miles new. I reached out to the GM no response, no apology from him directly, he had a salesperson call me to say they might be able to offer me a 3rd party warranty to cover the difference in time. The demo status didn't bother me because the vehicle didn't have any miles on it but I am definitely disappointed in not getting the full new vehicle warranty as expected and in the way it was not communicated to me upfront. Anyone can sell you a vehicle.........it is the service after the sale that tells the true culture of the dealership. The lackluster response when I brought it to their attention tells me that this isn't an uncommon practice her and/or once you've purchased a vehicle they simply don't care. Check everything before buying here.
