I recently tried to purchase a new Cadillac XT5 from Lockhart and had a horrible experience. I was working with Brittani and told her I was looking for a new 2017 Cadillac XT5. First she was slow to send the info and then she didn't sent me info on the car I requested. I told her I was only interested in a new XT5. She then sent me info on one that had 7,000. I told her I wasn't interest in a used car. Then she sent me back an email (all caps) IT IS A NEW CAR. 2018 COMES OUT NEXT YEAR. I told her it could be a 2017 but I didn't want one with 7,000 miles on it because that isn't "new". Then she sends me back an email that said "that's all I got". So, I then get an email from Kyle Luther asking how the salesperson treated me and if there was anything he could do to please let him know so I sent him a copy of the emails I had with Brittani and explained the problem and I heard nothing back. It went another few weeks and got another email from Kyle asking about my experience with the dealership. I again sent him another explanation......that's right....no response. After that I decided I wanted no part of this dealership whatsoever. Apparently they don't care about customer service so why send the email. This place is a joke.

Bought a vehicle before signing papers i told nick naquin that it needed new front brakes..they said they would take cAre of it bob (salesman) stated they would get new brakes....got my vehicle couple days later brakes started making noise...found out they turned the brakes they did not replace them when I went to talked to them nick naquin said they would take care of 50% of cost which was and still is unacceptable...I have bout 4 vehicle from them and this will b the last!!! Do not buy a single car from tom naquin ! They do not keep their word !!!!! I've been waiting for a call back on this for almost 2 months!

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. My fiancé purchased a 2014 Cadillac ATS from Lockhart -Greenwood in January of 2017. Initially he loved his car and we did not really have any issues, minus minor problems with the wheels. This in turn caused him to have to get his car serviced (at Lockhart-Greenwood) for which it stayed for roughly a week with no rental or loaner provided to us for the inconvenience. Fast forward 6 months (July 2017) later he takes his car to Lockhart-Greenwood to get an oil change. While there the serviceman informed him that he did not need an oil change. Trusting the judgement of the serviceman as he is the expert. We drove the vehicle home, however on the way home the engine starts smoking and knocking. After a quick glance at the engine it was evident that the car did indeed need an oil change! We attempted to contact Lockhart-Greenwood's service department who shifted the blame towards us and made it seem as if we had either done something or that the car had leaked out oil. However there were no indications of an oil leak. In addition to them shifting the blame on us they were also very rude and unprofessional and failed to even try to rectify the situation. As a result my fiancé contacted the Lockhart in Fishers to which he had his car towed. If you are locking for a Cadillac I HIGHLY suggest avoiding the Lockhart Cadillac franchise/brand. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. My fiancé has had his vehicle for less than a year and has already had to get a new engine due to the negligence of Lockhart Cadillac.

i was going to michigan from chicago and had a blowout on hwy i94 by exit 14 on a sunday i .drove non flat tire to get my self off road .called roadside and within a hour they sent kerry erwin from schepel cadillac to service my car .he was prompt informative and solved my problem with a replacement temp tire.he ordered a new one and instucted me to his place of employment (schepel) and told me he would call as soon as it came in which he did on monday. i made a appointment on tues. and when i arrived kerry was there to great me. my car was ready in 15 mins. (unreal.)this man went way of of his way to complete what was almost a disaster on a sunday.please recognize kerry erwin .he is a asset to your company

I had a trade in that they said their wrecker service would go get. The owner of the property had it towed because they waited two weeks and expect me to pay them $400. Then the vehicle i bought they supposedly jacked the price up so I could finance it. Without telling me till everything was signed. I don't deserve threatening phone calls for something you waited to long to do. You have the title and key in your hand.

My wife and I went in to Puchase a used Buick Encore. Our salesman, Jonathan, was great, he was courteous and friendly.
But once we got to the finance office is were the deal fell apart. The vehicle we wanted was 13,989.00 We ask for a payment around 300.00 for 60 months. They said the best they could do was 420.00 for 72 months. I ask the interest rate he told me 22%, but that price also included a 2 yr extended warranty and gap insurance, neither one, of which I ask for. I told them, i did not want the warranty! He said he would remove it and told me my new payment would be 350.18 a month, that's when I lost it. You see, although the payment is 70.00 less per month. That means, this dealer was charging me $5060.00 for a 2 ry warranty. That comes out to 40% of the total value of the car. I didn't even bother to ask about the gap insurance. I got up and walked out the dealership what they tried to do to us, was a complete scam/ripoff.. Please beware and ask to see ALL the number before you sign.

I never like to leave a bad review for a company, this is the exception. I bought a family vehicle at the fuson dealership here in Terre Haute last week. I have had to take it in twice for repairs during the first week and now I’ve had to get it towed back to the dealership. They will not get it running for me without giving another $700. The owner was completely rude and didn’t care that I bought the vehicle from him just a week ago. I feel so discouraged and taken advantage of. Please don’t ever buy from this dealership. Their service department is horrible and they will screw you over anyway that they possibly can.

Bought a 2015 Silverado with 2600 miles on it. Truck was owned by this dealer and was used as a service loaner. Truck looked in good condition so I had no reason to believe there was anything wrong with it,even so, I asked the salesman if there were any issues with the truck, had it been wrecked? He told me NO. I even asked him twice once on the phone and once when I test drove it, still he told me No there had been no wrecks. I buy the truck and 2 weeks later the lights go out. no bigger I'll just take it to my local dealer. They called me and said "the reason the lights went out was because whoever did the accident repair did not put the headlight assembly back together correctly". I said just to clarify, are you telling me this truck has been in an accident? They said "yes". We contacted the owner on the dealership and he pretty much told me there was nothing he was going to do about it. What a jerk!!!
My advise is to not but anything from these crooks.

Showed up looking to purchase a Corvette at Sibbitt Chevrolet. The one they had in stock was not a convertible, so we asked Tim Sibbitt if he could get one. We got a one word reply - "NO". He said the allocation was not there and simply walked away. Never attempted to call GM about getting one, never attempted to call another dealer for a trade, simply just said no. This was a $60,000 car!!! Wound up purchasing from another dealer.
Years later showed up again looking to trade my S-10 for a new Colorado. Sticker price on the Colorado was $28,000, and the initial offer was $24,000 difference - the S-10 had 168,000 miles on it. I offered $20,000 and was told "Oh, no, no, no, we just can't do that." A few days later returned and offered $22,000. They came back at $23,000; I told them the offer was $22,000. Once again "Oh, no, no, no, we just can't do that." Next day went to the same dealer I bought the Corvette from and they beat Sibbitt's price by $3,000. Called Sibbitt back and told them I was walking away because I got a better deal. Then their story changed to "OK, we'll trade for $20,000." After they turned down $22,000 24 hours earlier. They tried to give me some story about how they just got a new rebate in that morning. It was a Friday & the last day of the month - I am not that stupid! Since then I have NEVER been back, and will never go back. I would stay far away from this dealer.

This was the most positive car buying experience that I've had in the past forty years. We were looking for a specific used vehicle (Chevy Trailblazer or GMC Envoy) to replace ours that was totaled in a major accident. The vehicles in our local area were either below par or overpriced. We found just what we were looking for on Uebelhor's web-site. They had just taken it in as a trade and hadn't had time post pictures of the vehicle. Doug Walker took a series of pictures and emailed them to me in a very short time. He then called me and described even the smallest flaws (hardly noticeable) so we wouldn’t have any surprises since we lived three hours away. The next day we drove down to check out the Envoy and it was outstanding. We took a test drive and decided to do the deal. At closing, we were surprised because there were ‘no’ additional charges. We paid the agreed sales price plus sales tax and that was it. Again, the price was much more reasonable than we found around home.
A few days later, we did find a couple of things on the vehicle that needed to be taken care of. It would have been difficult for the dealer to find these before the sale. Doug even made that painless. He had a car waiting for us when we dropped ours off and the adjustments were made under their warranty with no questions asked. Everyone that we met made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the sales and service activities.
I highly recommend Uebelhor and will do business with them again.
