The service work was high quality and completed very efficiently and my car was cleaned before I picked it up. There was only one service advisor at their station both at drop off and pick up so both took a little longer than optimal, but not a real problem.

I have waited almost a year to write this review. Late last spring(2019). I brought my 2016 Tacoma into Heart city for a problem, with a needle bearing vibration, in the front driver side of the vehicle. I had talked to Kent and the service team once before They had attempted to fix the problem to no avail. Seriously, I thought that this group could tell me to go fly a kite and I would accept this. Kent immediately went out with me. We took a ride in the truck and he was able to pinpoint the problem and he told me to give him some time and he would see what he could do. He called me back within two hours and informed me of that particular part. Basically, Heart City was able to fix the issue under my trucks warranty. With the response from Kent and Heart-city, we will definitely give them our business in the future. Thank you Kent, and Heart City staff.

I went in for tire pressure sensor but, my vehicle 2019 Rav 4 XLE, doesn’t display which tire. Mind you that I bought my vehicle from there... the service guy looked all through the functions and found nothing. While, the vehicle was being checked, the service guy directed me to Kyle, a salesperson, his attitude was horrible, as if he didn’t want to be there or put me into something that displayed TPMS. Nevertheless, I would never buy anything from this place again.

Have purchased 2 cars from them. SALESMAN was great. Financial staff was a bad joke. 3 trips to sign papers cause they keep loosing them and almost 60 days to get paper work so I could transfer plates and get title. Which means, after 30 days you pay late fees on registration and title transfers, after 45 days you are driving vehicle illegally. After 4th trip in, Smart xxx financial stuff told me if I have a problem with it that I could just leave car their.
Had a 2013 with 91k miles, service manager said with year and mile that I needed 120k mileage maintenance done ( which was spark plugs ect). Come to find out Toyota maintenance recommendation is 120k or 10years (2023).
Twice I took my car in on Saturday and service refused.
I am field service tech / preventive maintenance buff. When my vehicles says maintenance is do, I get it done. To have to schedule an appointment 4 0r 5 days later can be another 1k to 1200 miles later.
A 2 star rating would be being extremely nice.

My father always swore that these guys were the best and most honest people in the car business. I took his Tundra there for a repair. They tried to charge me 10% over list price for the part and then tried to upsell me a brake bleed for $139 for a job that REQUIRES a brake bleed. I guess they didn't know I spent many years managing a Toyota store and had already looked up the parts and labor when they tried to rip me off. I'll be buying and servicing in Fishers from now on. I do not tolerate thieves.

Took our 2016 Camry in for an oil change. They rotated the tires, which we did not authorize because we just had two new tires put on vehicle a couple of days before. We will not be purchasing another vehicle. Nor will will take our vehicles back for repairs. Terrible service.

I wish I had read these reviews before taking my car here. Stay far away as possible. Had to take my car here because the person who was at fault had USAA insurance and this is their preferred provider. They fixed the front of my car fine. But also somehow damaged the sides, and broke off my antenna. They tried to tell me it was like that even though looking at the photos you can see it wasn't. Now I have to take my time and go through small claims court. I will continue to warn as many people as I can to stay away from blossom on shadeland.
