While passing through town we had a tire pressure alarm on our car we stopped by BZ and knowing it was after service hours talked to Bailey and Matt they were Johnny on the spot and Bailey found the screw and went into action to help us get back on the road these two employees were exceptional by using their own tire repair kit and pulled the screw and plugged the hole we were on our way shortly after stopping, this exceptional action by both Matt and Bailey deserve a huge atta boy for being customer focused beyond our expectation Thanks Matt and Bailey you guys are the best!

When we came in for our appointment, they were ready and quickly pulled the car that I had transported to the Boise store. After the test drive and going to get our financing done, we waited for someone to come and process the car. I just feel as a customer when you are waiting and there are people including mangers stating around and joking with employees it’s not a good look. We waited for about 30 for someone to finish up the paperwork, was kit the same person we started with. She was very efficient with her work, was just not very customer friendly. The first person that helped us was extremely customer oriented.

We so appreciated how kind he was as we weren't super comfortable going to a big dealership, but he changed our minds very quickly. Also, thank you to Brandon Farkas for helping us sign the documents when Greigh wasn't available yesterday. I hope these men don't change a thing in the years that they continue to sell cars.
