Not with these folks, in and out in less than 90 minutes and there was no high pressure sales tactics in the finance office. The salesman Sean Baker was knowledgeable about the truck I came in to look at, he was personable and friendly.

I had my 2013 Ford Edge to Sioux city Ford on Wednesday nite . I called Sioux City Ford Thursday morning , talked to Brandon he said he would get the SUV in to check what was wrong . He called me back later , told me it my vacuum assist brake pod . He said he had to order part . It would be in Friday . So I knew that it would Monday until they could work on it . So I called Monday at 8:30 to talk to Seth , he was at his desk so I had to leave message to call me back . I waited until 9:30 for a call back , so I called Seth said it was in the shop working on it . I waited until 12:20 so I called again but no Seth again he was out to lunch , so again I left a message with a guy that answered the phone , he said he would tell him I called . Finally at 3:30 I get a call from Seth said my SUV was done . So When I pick it up they tried to charge me $900.00 dollars . Cause they received bad parts three times , and I get shop labor charged for . If I knew they would charge me that much I would have done the work my self . I figured around $400:00 . But $900.00 .I could put a down payment on a new vehicle instead . But no more I will go to LeMars or Akron or Billion Auto . Maybe even Tires Tires Tires .

Do not buy from these people. I bought a brand new 2019 Ford Mustang off the showroom floor just to find out it has had the hardware in the front clip replaced and the hood repainted after 3000 miles the paint started to fad. They will not stand behind what they sell now I had to pay out of my own pocket to have the hood fixed.

We were passing through Iowa from New Jersey in our new Thor outlaw RV on a F53 Ford chassis, we had a check engine light on and the engine was misfiring. I called a few Ford dealerships in the area that couldn’t help us. Most don’t work on RVs. I called Stivers Ford and Ace in their service department could not have been more helpful, he fit us in their busy schedule and repaired our RV while we waited and got us back on the road quickly.

Horrible experience! Not one promise has been kept. Absolutely will not EVER buy again from them!! Bought truck over a week ago and have only drove it 4 days, been back in their service department since then. Don't have the time or the words to describe how disappointed I was/am with them. The worst part is that they know and admitted to their broken promise(s) and basically just said "sorry"! Again, will not be a returning customer and will let anyone and everyone know how I was dealt with. Would give zero star rating, but not an option.

I inquired about a 2020 Raptor yesterday at 10am and received a response from a woman named Peggy Welke stating that the truck was in fact available and I immediately responded and stated that I had a trade and was looking for a trade number. I waited and waited and received no response so I emailed her again and stated that I wanted to get a trade number and that I was willing to send any information that they need for the trade evaluation. She responds saying that I had to fill out a trade form to get a tough idea of my trade value and she send me a link. Turns out that the link was for Champion Ford in Iowa. I didn’t realize that until hours later and then I emailed them again with no response until today at approximately 1200 hours stating that the vehicle was not available but that they had a used 2018. I have purchased many cars over the years and have never had an experience like this. If they had responded to my requests in a reasonable amount of time and the vehicle was not available I would not be upset but yo drag this on for a complete day and then send me the wrong link for a trade evaluation is completely unacceptable.

One of many examples! Went for a test drive with service manager, he verified the complaint on the truck, scheduled follow-up appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Called Friday evening to check status on my truck sorry we never got to look at it the appointment was at 9:30 AM! Been dealing with this dealership for six months trying to get my truck fixed!

I could not be more pleased or impressed with this dealership! Patrick Gollhofer was very prompt in answering my inquiry and subsequent questions concerning the used 2015 Chevy Express 3500 12-passenger van I was interested in. We made an appointment for a test drive on the same day. Patrick had the van completely prepped and ready for us when we arrived. I had done my research before arriving, so I knew the price was fair, I knew the service history on it and that the van had never been in an accident. But Patrick also had that information ready and went over it with me. Along with a complete "once over" and detailing, Deery had put four brand new tires on the van as well as new brakes. To my surprise, Patrick also went over the 6-month warranty with me. I had never heard of more than a 30-day warranty on a used vehicle. We walked in the door shortly after 4:00 p.m. and were on the road with the van before 5:30! Granted that we did not have a trade and we paid cash, but it was still a very quick and smooth transaction with no pressure! I can honestly say that Patrick, and Deery, seem to care about their customers.

Called the dealership on 9/18 to see if a vehicle was still available for sale to look at on Saturday 9/19 as we had a 3 hour drive ahead if us. Kevin, the sales rep asked his boss and assured me it would be available the next morning and detailed by 11 am. We were 2 hours into our drive when Kevin called hoping we hadn’t left yet as the vehicle was not going to be available. Apparently the sales manager had been driving it herself and decided to drive her pickup to work, while the vehicle we were very interested in was driven by her husband to work which was sitting at a casino parking lot. He said it would be available on Monday to see. They had not contacted the sales manager to let her know we were coming to look at the vehicle. I believe it is very poor business to offer vehicles for sale and let spouses drive them to sit in a parking lot. Can’t make sales sitting in a parking lot at a casino. Won’t do business with this dealership even though this was the vehicle we’d been looking for.
