I worked with Derrick Hurt and he was a tremendous help. He was responsive to what I needed in a new vehicle and guided me to exactly what I wanted! He was honest throughout the whole process and helped me get something in my price range while giving me an incredible deal. Blane helped out through the process and I was so grateful for his expertise and insight on what was available! After I chose what I’d buy, the finance process was also easy - Tim was really personable and made things go extremely smooth!

Comfortable relaxing dealership. Mike Dunn was very Kind, courteous, respectful, intentive, not sales pushy. Mike listened to my needs and concerns. He knew what would be in my best interest and let me make my own choice. I never felt pushed to buy more than I needed or couldn't afford. The, overall, sales process took a couple of hours. Both Mike and Business Manager, Joe Hobson were relaxed and didn't speak over me or way too fast. They both took their time with me. Made sure to answer all of my questions. Made sure I understood everything. Because of them I, now, have a beautiful car at an affordable price. I will send my friends and family to meet with Mike in the future. I will also be back next time I am do for another trade in.

Unable to Fix Endgate after 4 Years - Ba2552
I have had a mixed bag of results when working with the service department some good and a few bad. This review is on my wife's 2013 Ford Escape purchased at this dealership. My Wife loves the vehicle except for the fact after the first year the back endgate randomly fails to close and lock into place. Over the course of these past 4 years the vehicle has been taken in a number of times to have the problem fixed, and of this writing it is still not working properly 100% of the time. The service people always think they find the problem and have rectify it yet it still comes back.
I don't know if this is the lack of training on the service people to fix the problem or if this is a Ford design problem that they won't admit to. What ever the reason it is very frustrating to have a vehicle taken in the number of times this one has over 4 years and the problem still can't be solved.

Attempted to purchase a new vehicle long distance as a courtesy to a friend of the family who is in the sales dept. My fault for trying to do business with a company 2 hours away. Communication was via text, messenger and phone calls twisted among the salesman, the sales manager and the finance manager. I knew what vehicle I wanted and they found it for me in Minnesota. They required I put down a deposit and the salesman assured me if the deal didn't work out, I could get my money refunded "because it's YOUR money, not ours". Unfortunately that conversation was over the phone and using my credit card- not in writing. Again, my mistake for taking him at his word and not getting it in writing. We never came to an agreement on price or had a signed purchase agreement when they went to get the car in MN. Communication broke down using too many forms of electronic communication and the phone with 3 different people. The deal did not work and I was pressured by the sales manager to finalize the deal before close of business "that day" 5/31/18 because rebates and incentives would likely go before they KNEW I could get up there on 6/5/18. The sales manager wouldn't guarantee the price would be the same... I had to come up that night, and they would even be open late. There was no way dropping everything and trying to get 2 hours away to do a car deal could happen that day. They knew that. They all knew that. After 6 weeks of dinking around with this deal I was tired and DONE. No more games, no more number twisting, no more! I said just to refund my deposit, sell the car and maybe some other time... I was told under no uncertain terms that I would not get my $500 back because they had incurred expenses to go get the vehicle (before we had a signed agreement). I even called the dealership GM and he backed his sales team instead of doing the right thing, instead of keeping a potential customer happy. He said that a verbal agreement to purchase the vehicle was made over the phone (which it was not) and that verbal agreement was a legal contract and they don't have to refund the money if they don't want to.
Great customer service, huh?
They may be great to do business with in person, but DO NOT do business with them without getting everything in writing & without being face to face. Caveat Emptor!
Dishonest dealership - Kelley Felts
This dealership absolutely RUINED my son's 16th birthday present! He picked out a truck from this dealership. We got all of the price and financing worked out. My husband told the sales people that he would be there in the morning to get the truck and they said they would be waiting on him. Late that afternoon, the salesman called my husband and told him that someone just bought the truck. We had everything worked out. We wanted to surprise our son on the day of his birthday with this truck in the driveway. But now, there will be NOTHING waiting on him because his birthday is 2 days away. When I called to talk to the general sales manager, Greg O'Grady, he was simply unapologetic for what happened and gave me the robotic policy/excuses that they must have to give quite often for their shady business practices. I would advise anyone to NEVER do business with this dealership because if they are heartless enough to ruin someone's 16th birthday, then they are capable of most anything!!!

go see Adam tigges like I did. Nobody else was giving me a fair price but Adam stayed positive and cheered me up cuz I hate car shopping. It's a relief off my mind to not have to worry about it anymore. Adam did a fine job and I'll buy another one from him next time.
Poor communication, attention to detail, - Unsatisfied!
One of many examples! Went for a test drive with service manager, he verified the complaint on the truck, scheduled follow-up appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Called Friday evening to check status on my truck sorry we never got to look at it the appointment was at 9:30 AM! Been dealing with this dealership for six months trying to get my truck fixed!

My wife and I bought a car from Pinicon in Independence, Iowa, but it wasn't until after we had signed the papers and handed them the check when they told us the transmission had recently been changed. They also told us it comes with a life time warranty. Needless to say we started having trouble with the transmission and the engine light was coming on within 6 months of buying the car, so we gave them a call and setup a time to bring it in. Once there we sat an waited for over an hour until the guy from the shop finally comes out to tell us it is a wire rubbing next to the transmission that is causing all the problems and it will take just a few minutes to fix. They fix the wire and then hands me a bill for $171.74 and tells me it is all labor charges. A wire the shop manager said would take just a few minutes to fix and should not have cost us one cent. They sold us a piece of crap and the service agreement for the life time transmission is a joke! I will never return to this dealership!
