Awesome Experience! - Chris
Walked in found the car I was interested in, worked with Mike Dunn and in a very short time we had agreed on a price and a trade in price. Mike and Brad made this transaction so smooth, I regret not giving Jensen Ford a try in the past but can guarantee they will be my go-to dealership going forward!

Smooth Deal - Patrick Lamb Lamb
Great to work with! Gave us what we needed in trade and there was very little haggling involved. Straight-forward and honest people. Offered us the opportunity to make the decision as to whether the vehicle was a good fit for us.
Great experience - PDD
They didn't have the auto I wanted, but they worked to get it, and bring it to Grinnell. Then they added what I wanted. , Doug was great, patient, kind and considerate. The owner (Steve Link) came out, thanked me and shook my hand! I was quite impressed!
Excellent service, both sales and service!!! - Rick
My new Fusion is my 7th vehicle either purchased or leased form Deery Brothers Ford. Woody Sims has been great finding us the features we wanted and made sure we received every discount Ford was offering. The service department led by Warren is fantastic! Deery Service is reasonable in cost and very honest about repair costs. They also help me plan ahead for planned maintenance activities like tires, brakes, and tune-ups. They have always kept all our vehicles in tip-top shape - even out 18 year old Sport Trac truck! In 50 years of owning cars, I have never had a better dealer relationship.
Easy To Work With - Norm T
The dealership is easy to work with. The inventory is great and the sales team is there to meet your needs. I have purchased two vehicles from Fessler and both times they have been most helpful in the process. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.
Great car buying experience at Junge North Liberty! - drobin
I highly recommend Tylor Rickard when going to buy a car from Junge Ford North Liberty. Tylor went above and beyond for me in my pursuit of an SUV. I wanted to look at several models including the Ford Escape, Honda CRV, and the Mazda CX-5. I told Tylor what I was looking for in the SUV(mileage, features) and he found several SUVs that met the criteria. I liked the Ford Escape Titanium but I loved the Mazda CX-5 that Tylor located at a Junge location in CR. Tylor made my car buying experience a very positive one.
Quick Lane - Moose
Excellent service in Quick Lane, Mark made sure that everything was checked over for my wife's trip out of town the next day. I would recommend Sioux City Ford Lincoln anytime....
Mechanics/techs are sloppy and untrustworthy. - canada123
Just had some work done on my Toyota pickup. when I got it back after they worked on it, it broke down with the same issue as before I gave it to them, they came and towed it again. After I got it back the second time the original problem was fixed, but the air box cover was unlatched and loose, and there was a random hose with clamps on it not connected to anything laying under the hood. They charged me for repairing a leaking tire that I didn't ask for. And last of all the inside door handle and steering wheel were covered with grease from the mechanic who worked on it. Service manager was pleasant and informative. Although hard to get a hold of whenever I called. But the mechanic or tech who worked on the vehicle was horrible. Also 69.95 for an oil change, even with synthetic oil, is extortion. I can do it myself for less than $25. Won't be going back unfortunately. They just got done with an expensive remodel of the shop and showroom. Could have used that money to hire better help.
the worst ford dealer or any mechanic shop ive ever been to. - shibby1036
so i called and made an appointment at 1pm on the 22nd of Feb. my 2004 F250 had a MINOR coolant leak coming from the thermostat housing.. the truck ran and drove in excellent condition. i read all the negative reviews and decided to give them a chance. wow has this been one of the worst mistakes of my life... as i said i drove the truck into the MC ford service station. no issue at all. during the course of 3 hours i call and find out the truck is done to come get it and that it was only a simple thermostat O-ring which was leaking. NO biggie... I told them specifically to not let anyone else drive my truck which I later found out that they let other drive it Test Drive it as in hot dogging it around. i come back to the dealer to pick my truck up. paid the cashier and at this time i have my son with me. get my keys and go out to my truck. i literally no more than make the left out of the parking lot and my turbodiesel begins to chug violently. coughing spitting and sputtering. i call the dealer and tell them about the issue they say come back on in. i barely make it back to the MC ford dealer. then they imply that it was the coolant that did something to the crank trigger. i called BS. first of all if that was the case it would have started days before the tiny 3 hour stop at ford. a guy named dylan has a crap attitude acting like he is annoyed anyone has come in for service and anytime you ask him a question he rolls his eyes. and he speaks to you in a very condesending way. read how many people who have never met bring up this guy Dylan. this guy treats people like crap. it's not like we got together and hang out every saturday and plan on picking on this guy it's because this guy is a real @$$hole with a crap attitude and the simple fact that he is still the face you see at the MC ford service department means Luke Schmidt doesnt care not at all how me you or anyone else is treated knowing full well of the complaints and bad reviews.. whats worse is LUKE SCHMIDT went to bat for this guy on the phone. HOLD YOUR PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE!!! anyway the diesel tech says well its not their fault but they will be glad to look at it to rule out their screw up. as this conversation was getting way to heated and i was getting way too upset and i didnt want to knock this guys jaw off in front of my 9year old i walked away locking my truck in the OUT side of the service station which i took pictures of with my phone. this is key. i took my keys with me and left with my wife to clear my head. now i left the truck in the OUT side of the service lane locked with the alarm system activated. durring this time i had called the main manager luke schmidt which didnt get me anywhere. quotoed We only want to help you... this is how much help they intended. i was contacting local wreckers to pick my truck up and to take it to a way more reputable comany like miller diesel when luke mumford kept calling me. luke mumford is their bottom tier employee that drives a parts running truck. so when i did make it back to the dealership not only did i find out that they DRUG my truck with a locked sterring coloum into the IN side of the service lane, but they had also not made any attempt to call me from the MC ford company at all. who knows what damage has now happened to my vehicle under their poor professional supervision. what i did do is filmed with our hd camera every part of showing up outining the drag marks in the slush, and to top it all off they knew i was hiring a wrecker so what does this very unreputable company do. they intentionally park a gold car right behind my truck and the nose to my truck is up to the IN garage door. preventing me or the wrecker i had hired to retrieve my vehicle. and having luke mumford try to call me from his PERSONAL cell phone does not constitute a professional call from MC ford to inform me of DRAGGING my truck. this is by far the worst dealer ever. forget it being a Ford, Dodge, Chevy whatever kind of dealer these people are beyond words terrible. if you anything learn from my mistakes. read this companies negative reviews and dont do what i did. they have had too many chances with too many people and have a list a mile long of times they have screwed over the public. how in world are these people still in buisness. BTW i will freely give anyone wow asks me for the pictures and video of what i recorded. like to see how LUKE SCHMIDT will excuse this. My name is Dan and i can be reached at 559-3zero4-2099. i live here in mason and will be seeking litigation. I would take them to small claims court however in small claims i cant subpoena their own security camera footage to prove that they DRUG my vehicle and that they did NOT listen by having someone else other that the person I allowed to drive my truck. I sincerely believe my truck is worse off now because of the the shotty mechanical work and more over the individual they had hot rod my truck around. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE UNATTENDED EVER!!!! from review of their tech stealing out of customer cars, to a huge list of extremely bad mechanical work, to overcharging, to the mistreatment of customers. Please run for the hills and dont belive a word they say. take your vehicle to MILLER Diesel, or GRAHAM Tire or even walmart service center is a safer more professional alternative. for anyone else that has been mistreated by this company please contact me i am serious about the lawsuit. and a court would love to hear your experience
No Sale - Brian
Long review but worth the read. Ames Ford is NOT an honorable dealership. I have been working for months talking to Faisal indicating I want to be first in line to buy the new GT500 when it comes out. We had worked out a deal and shook hands at MSRP. Faisal calls me 1 hour before me driving to the dealership and signing the contract to tell me Nick (Sales Manager) can no longer sell it at MSRP because he is getting a bidding war from other dealers out of State. He said if I still want it, he will now sell it to me at $18k over MSRP. I asked him about our deal at MSRP and he said they can no longer honor it. Faisal has told me numerous times that Ames Ford does not play the over MSRP markup game because they would rather sell the car and get it on the road to someone local. Turns out they are greedy and do play that game. Ford does not allow any dealer to sell over MSRP as an “After Dealer Markup”, but they can get away with it by calling it a “Market Adjustment”. It’s the same thing, it is a loop hole in the system. Ford has been notified of their non-honorable actions towards Ford themselves and me. Can’t trust Ames Ford by their word or a handshake. I have left an online review for them before, but Nick threatened my car club which has nothing to do with them by pulling their sponsorship with them if I didn’t remove my comments. As of now our car club has severed ties with them. We do not want to associate with an organization that has no honor and makes threat to our car club over an individual matter. Ames Ford has no honor and breaks deals. You shouldn’t trust them either. My honest review is now being put back up.
Unethical and unscrupulous - Lied To
When I went to their lot, I looked at and test drove a used pickup, Agreed on a price and asked that they check a suspected water leak. Was told they would check it out and call me in a couple of hours so we could come pick it up. They didn't call so I called them about 4 hours later. Was told that they sold it to another party (for more money?) because those people weren't concerned about the wet carpet. When I asked what happened to our deal, I was told that we didn't have a deal even though we had agreed on a price and delivery. I was shocked to find that they would not honor the agreement we had made and only used my interest in the truck as leverage to get more from the other party.
Poor communication, attention to detail, - Unsatisfied!
One of many examples! Went for a test drive with service manager, he verified the complaint on the truck, scheduled follow-up appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Called Friday evening to check status on my truck sorry we never got to look at it the appointment was at 9:30 AM! Been dealing with this dealership for six months trying to get my truck fixed!
We love Krieger's! - apc
My family and I have always bought our vehicles from Krieger's. The sales people are always extremely helpful, and they truly care about our wants and needs, and to me that is important. When it comes to buying a car, I will choose Krieger's every single time.
Best Customer service from Sales to Service! - Tacy Hyberger
I just took my 2017 Fusion in for the first oil change. I got "The Works" which was both affordable, fast and all inclusive. I was given a loaner car so that I could run my errands while they serviced my car. This dealership does everything right from greeting every person eho steps foot on the lot to maintaining their car for years to come. Thanks Moffitt Ford team!
Horrible Experience - blam66
My wife and I bought a car from Pinicon in Independence, Iowa, but it wasn't until after we had signed the papers and handed them the check when they told us the transmission had recently been changed. They also told us it comes with a life time warranty. Needless to say we started having trouble with the transmission and the engine light was coming on within 6 months of buying the car, so we gave them a call and setup a time to bring it in. Once there we sat an waited for over an hour until the guy from the shop finally comes out to tell us it is a wire rubbing next to the transmission that is causing all the problems and it will take just a few minutes to fix. They fix the wire and then hands me a bill for $171.74 and tells me it is all labor charges. A wire the shop manager said would take just a few minutes to fix and should not have cost us one cent. They sold us a piece of crap and the service agreement for the life time transmission is a joke! I will never return to this dealership!
