Very easy to work with! - RoyT
It was a very nice experience, the dealership had the truck ready for us to test drive, did find a small issue, which was taken care of right away. Financing was done right on the spot, which did not take very long, we got a great rate! Great to work with such an efficient group.

Best Customer service from Sales to Service! - Tacy Hyberger
I just took my 2017 Fusion in for the first oil change. I got "The Works" which was both affordable, fast and all inclusive. I was given a loaner car so that I could run my errands while they serviced my car. This dealership does everything right from greeting every person eho steps foot on the lot to maintaining their car for years to come. Thanks Moffitt Ford team!
Wasn't expecting such a great experience - Trac Ander
So, a deer and our Ford Focus almost became one on a drive home one night. No one won that night, our Focus was totalled & the deer........ Anyway, we had to start looking for a new vehicle so we thought we would start local & one day we stopped at Noble Auto Group. And we met Derrick Hurt. He sat us down & asked what we wanted & what we didn't. We test drove a few SUVs. He told us he'd call us the next day with some numbers, which he mentioned was his day off but he'd make sure to get back to us.. Well the next day he called & some of the "numbers" were too high for what we could afford. So we thought we might need to look at cars next. After we hung up with Derrick, we headed out to go to another car dealer but stopped at Noble on the way out of town. We were driving threw the lot, when we see this guy in a PINK shirt running & flagging us down.. It was Derrick. We told him we were just looking at cars because the others were a little high & we knew it was his day off so we weren't going to stop. He said he wanted to help, even if it was his day off. So we went back in to his office & talked it over. Needless to say, we ended up buying a Jeep from Noble. Who wouldn't, when the salesmen was willing to run threw the lot in a PINK shirt, on a cold Iowa day. LOL But truthfully the experience we had was a great one. And would recommend them & Derrick any time!!
Dishonest dealership - Kelley Felts
This dealership absolutely RUINED my son's 16th birthday present! He picked out a truck from this dealership. We got all of the price and financing worked out. My husband told the sales people that he would be there in the morning to get the truck and they said they would be waiting on him. Late that afternoon, the salesman called my husband and told him that someone just bought the truck. We had everything worked out. We wanted to surprise our son on the day of his birthday with this truck in the driveway. But now, there will be NOTHING waiting on him because his birthday is 2 days away. When I called to talk to the general sales manager, Greg O'Grady, he was simply unapologetic for what happened and gave me the robotic policy/excuses that they must have to give quite often for their shady business practices. I would advise anyone to NEVER do business with this dealership because if they are heartless enough to ruin someone's 16th birthday, then they are capable of most anything!!!
Smooth Deal - Patrick Lamb Lamb
Great to work with! Gave us what we needed in trade and there was very little haggling involved. Straight-forward and honest people. Offered us the opportunity to make the decision as to whether the vehicle was a good fit for us.
Wait too long and didn't fix it even through they said it wa - DEALERSHIP
Sycn stopped working and before going to Ford I did a system upgrade and update connect with Wi-Fi. This didn't fix the problem so went to Ford after waiting an hour and 20mim. I was told that a update was done and now it works. NOT IT WAS DOING THE SAME THING after 5 min of driving. So now I have to return so they can get the serial number off of the module so they can replace it and this could take 1 to 2 hours. And go back again to have it put in. I'm certain that if my warranty was up they would of had no problem telling me I needed to replace the module the first time I was there. I'm also a female they think I'm stupid if I believe they did anything to my SUV the 1st time to fixes my sycn
Bought a certified preowned car - mikestreb
I had a good experience finding a suitable pre-owned car. The salesman
was had a good understanding of the car I selected, had the car thoroughly
cleaned and filled with gas. The sales manager explained the extended warranty,
which I decided to include with the deal
Great Job Steve LInk!!!!!! - Truckguy19
I just purchased my 3rd new Ford F-150 from Steve Link. I couldn't be happier with the whole process from start to finish. I wanted a very specific truck and they were happy to locate me one from another dealership. They didn't charge me extra to get it and made the trade and finance process seamless and very easy. I recommend them to all my friends and family!
Check everything in deal - Turnert6
Bought used truck. Part of deal was to replace all tires. They did. However after having tires rotated at different service shop learned wrong size tires were put on. Passenger tires put on instead of Light Truck. Dealer refuses to replace with correct size. Taking them to court. Guess it's up to customer to make sure right tires are on vehicle.
DO NOT BUT FROM HERE - Cat
BUYER BEWARE WHEN BUYING AN USED CAR FROM THEM!!!
We bought an used 2010 Chrysler Sebring at the end of March 2016. It had issues right after we drove it off of the lot. They fixed 1 thing but wouldn't a few other things even though it was within the 90 day time frame. Today we had to take it to a different dealership and traded it off. Stivers said that they couldn't do anything for us, because we didn't buy the extended warranty. The car was$9,000 and the warranty was $4,900. So we did purchase it. The issues we had today the other dealership said they could've hid it because it was warm when we purchased it from them. There 170 point inspection is a complete lie!! Lesson learned will never do business with them and will hopefully prevent future customers for them. I have already spread the word with fellow employees and people in the community I live in not to do business with them. So far 2 people went to Stew Hansen's to do business with them instead of Stivers. They both bought brand new vehicles. Glad that they lost out on at least 2 sales and hopefully a lot more in the future.
good job adam - dale w
go see Adam tigges like I did. Nobody else was giving me a fair price but Adam stayed positive and cheered me up cuz I hate car shopping. It's a relief off my mind to not have to worry about it anymore. Adam did a fine job and I'll buy another one from him next time.
Poor communication, attention to detail, - Unsatisfied!
One of many examples! Went for a test drive with service manager, he verified the complaint on the truck, scheduled follow-up appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Called Friday evening to check status on my truck sorry we never got to look at it the appointment was at 9:30 AM! Been dealing with this dealership for six months trying to get my truck fixed!
Worst experience ever - F250-Lemars
Long story short, I took my vehicle in to get fixed and payed $1000. Everything they said that got fixed, didn't, so I had to bring it in again. They made us pay more money to fix their mistake and yet again managed to not fix any of the stuff. After doing this a total of 4 times and paying additional fees, they finally fixed 1 of the 4 problems I told them to fix. Brought all the bills into the manager and explained how BS the whole situation was and that it is unacceptable and bare minimum I should not have to pay any of the additional costs and the original price should be discounted since 1 of the 4 things they claimed to have fixed, was. She refused and argued with me for 30 minutes basically calling me an idiot. The most incompetent managers and team behind the Lemars Ford Dealerships service center. I do not recommend ever considering bringing anything there. Would give negative ratings of possible.
Service Dapartement - backlash365
My engine light came on in vehicle, so I decided to take it to Junge to get diagnosed. They stated they could not get to it that day, but if I could drop it off they would get to it. 3 days later, I receive a call from the Service Department with the issue, along with requesting my permission to continue the work. I declined their services and requested, to leave my vehicle as is. 3 weeks later, I get a phone call from the Service Department, stating I have a $133 bill that's over due and needs to be paid today. I informed the gal, that I was totally unaware of any charges as that wasn't brought to my attention when I dropped off the vehicle. I clearly stated, if I would have been aware of the diagnostic fees, I would have waived their services and would have went to Auto Zone for a FREE diagnostic test. She started to get a little irate and push real hard to get the $133 collected. I simply stated, I wasn't paying, because the diagnostic fee was never discussed before hand. She continued to yell and scream at me, until she eventually hung up. Now that's good ole' customer service. I very rarely deal with dealerships service departments, if this is a common charge, I'm fine with it, but shouldn't they disclose the fee before they do the work? Bottom line is, Junge Service Department didn't inform me of any fees, before they did the test and now their scrambling to collect.
We love Krieger's! - apc
My family and I have always bought our vehicles from Krieger's. The sales people are always extremely helpful, and they truly care about our wants and needs, and to me that is important. When it comes to buying a car, I will choose Krieger's every single time.
