Worst customer service ever. I didn’t start calling until 2months have gone by with no registration or plates. My Initial call was the only call actually answered. Ever since my calls were screened, and ignored. (To his credit he did eventually text back a few hours later). It took 6 MONTHS to get my vehicles plates. Rejected twice by dmv due to their faulty paperwork. Then paperwork was admittedly neglected and left on office desk of dealership for a month. My temp tag long expired, yet no expediting was put forth. In fact I had to call weekly to remind them of the situation, at which point I was lied to me multiple times on the delivery of item and repeatedly failed to give me verification of tracking.

Service department is horrible, zero organization. Repairs aren't even done correctly, but it's such a headache to deal with this place that you deal with it or take it to a more capable location and pay again for something they didn't do right.
Purchasing - impossible to get in touch with people. Customer feels more like an imposition than a priority.
Communication - almost non existent.
So much potential, wasted. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but they make me regret it every time. Never going back.

But since i still get Case Management Addresses and i do not even work there, i would like to say stop sending me text massages about dealer cases on Service Department issues. Also that noise has gotten louder. But it is a phantom noise and yea and i am a disgruntled x employee. I will keep doing reviews until you take me off of your text list for Service Cases. By they way i would not deal with their service department. Broke my dash bezel fixing my radio.

Well let's start with the first time my jeep was worked on here I was told it would take 4 hrs. I called through out the day checking on it. With them telling me they haven't started working on it. When my appointment was at 730 am. Well to sum it up I ended up not having a vehicle for two days. Because of the lack of planning. So I thought it was just a xxxxx. The second time, Had some parts ordered for some warranty work. And I made the appointment at 730 again on a Friday. I call them at 230 to find out what's taking so long. And they tell me once again they haven't started working on it. This is a huge problem when someone needs their vehicles. Especially when told will take a couple of hours. Poor management.
