My vehicle was towed because of a recall. Once we went to pick it up the battery was dead and there was a check engine light on. Being under warranty we left it. They charged us 240.00 to diagnose the fuse for the diagnosis port was blown. No check engine lights were on when we had to get it towed. 1.5 hours of labor AKA 240.50.for a 4.00 fuse and to replace it!!

We went there years ago to trade in a 3 year old Elantra that was never wrecked, clean, and had about 40k miles, for a Van since we had 3 young kids at the time. We waited forever and they were not very friendly, but eventually they drove our trade and let us drive a basic new family van. Again, we waited a long time after that (someone told us they were shopping around our vehicle) and when we finally got into Manny's office (a person with NO personality for compassion at all) he offered us 500 bucks for our car and acted like he was doing us a favor. We were shocked. He didn't care, a "take it or leave it" attitude, and no one else was running into the doors at that dealership. This place was a joke in a sad way.

I’m from Texas working in Louisiana. I needed another truck so I figured if I’m making money here I should spend some here. They were extremely helpful to get me into a vehicle. Bending over backwards!! The truck that I had bought that evening, was brought in that morning on a trade in. It had not been thoroughly inspected yet nor serviced. Once I signed papers, these idiots have turned to crap!!! They were supposed to do a complete service to the truck. They only changed the oil. There were little issues that I found wrong with the truck and they refused to fix them. There was dent in the back quarter panel that I had not noticed when I bought it at night. The lights in the mirrors do not work. The rear door power lock does not work. The hood has a broken hinge. That’s just the beginning!!
I bought this truck early March. Nothing has been done about any of the repairs. And I still do not have my registration for the truck. I’m no longer in this area and they want me to keep coming back up there for 5 day paper tags. They keep blaming me for the issues when the incompetence of these people is truly impressive!! They sent me the title 6 weeks after purchase to sign for the registration. It was highlighted where to sign. I mailed it back immediately. 6 more weeks go by and I go to the dealership asking for my plates because the paper one has now expired. They told me that I signed it incorrectly (when they marked where to sign) They gave me more paper plates. And told me in 4 days they would have my stuff. This was 4 weeks ago with many uncomfortable visits and phone calls. I still don’t have my plates. They told me that my insurance was not valid and that Texas would not issue them. The insurance card that I gave them in March had expired in May. Naturally I have a new policy and a new card. They submitted paperwork from March. Then that had the audacity to blame me for that!! If they had submitted the paperwork in March when I bought the truck. None of this would’ve been an issue. Today is 6/26/19. I still have no plates. Nothing has been repaired nor scheduled to repair. And supposedly they have resubmitted the paperwork with the insurance policy card. They have not offered so much as a cup of coffee for all of the inconveniences!! And not even anymore of the of the paper plates for the truck. I wished that I would’ve read their reviews before doing business here. I would strongly advise against it.

Went to bring my jeep in for warranty, to have the front axle seal change because it was leaking again. Dropped my jeep off monday, called Wednesday to check see if my jeep has been looked at. I was advised by Corey stupid service manger that he could look at it for 8 days.... I called over dealers to see who could get it in sooner. I called All star could get it in next day. Well I was contacted by all start, to tell me my jeep warranty had been restricted..... She wasnt sure told me to contact jeep, I called jeep they informed me that Rainbow in Amite had flagged my jeep as flooded and water damaged. All lies my jeep has never been in water, I had to send oil samples to a lab to prove that it havnt been in water. Still fighting jeep over the warranty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP STAY AWAY!!!

I purchased a vehicle from these people, sales guy (Cole Guidry) was great. And that's where it stops. I had to bring my car back in for a few things, had an appointment, sat there, waited and waited and waited. After a few hours, asked what the problem was and they didn't even know my vehicle was in the service department. HADN'T EVEN BEGUN TO WORK ON IT !!!!!!! Fast forward to now, trying to contact someone in service, once again for the same issue as I previously had and left 4 voice mails on Friday, 4 on Monday and 8 or 10 on Tuesday. Talk about a total misuse of the answering machine !! Attempted to contact the manager of the dealership and yep, you guessed it, GOT HIS VOICE MAIL !!!

Honesty is not in this dealerships business plan. They advertise one price only to up the price when you arrive at the dealership. They quickly call the advertised price an error or tell you that vehicle sold. They add 495.00 to the price for services already given by the manufacturer plus charge hundreds in document fees. The more you know about this dealership the easier it becomes to travel to Metairie, Slidell or Baton Rouge and give up the local convenience. Don't believe me? Talk to anyone about the management of sales or service who has had to deal with them within the last year (2018) Buyer Beware!!

Well let's start with the first time my jeep was worked on here I was told it would take 4 hrs. I called through out the day checking on it. With them telling me they haven't started working on it. When my appointment was at 730 am. Well to sum it up I ended up not having a vehicle for two days. Because of the lack of planning. So I thought it was just a xxxxx. The second time, Had some parts ordered for some warranty work. And I made the appointment at 730 again on a Friday. I call them at 230 to find out what's taking so long. And they tell me once again they haven't started working on it. This is a huge problem when someone needs their vehicles. Especially when told will take a couple of hours. Poor management.
