Our sales rep Ben did on outstanding job. Handled everything over the phone. We live about an hour and half away from the dealership. Saw the truck while fishing in the area, sent and email late on Sunday night, by Tuesday afternoon we drove back signed papers and picked it up. Truck was spotless, fuel of gas and ready when we got to the dealership. Will do business with them again, worth the ride.

We drove 130 miles from Hammond to purchase a car from Lapeyrouse. I worked with Mike Lapeyrouse over the internet and was very happy with the results. There was no pressure from Mike online, unlike some other dealers that I would get emails from every day sometimes twice a day.
Mike worked with us giving us multiple options for extended warranties but never pressured us. Oh!! Mike also got us an APR that was lower than our preapproved bank rate.
The car was great. Nice and clean, looked better than the pictures online. I had one question about the car; Mike had the mechanics check it out and even threw in an extra key for us.
I would definitely recommend buying from Lapeyrouse.

I like a smaller dealership where the buying experience is more personal. I was able to conduct most of my buying experience over the internet and remotely to limit my time at the dealership. I appreciate being able to do this. The financing was handled promptly and professionally. The sales experience was pleasant and un-rushed. The team did as they promised from start to finish.

Tuesday morning my truck would not start (which was still under warranty) and we had a doctor’s appointment in Baton Rouge. I called Sterling Dodge Service and had spoken to one of their servicemen explaining the situation and I needed a lender car as soon as possible! He said he needed to talk to his manager. His manager had trouble getting back to me by phone, so I called my fantastic salesman, Bryson Mast, who within 5 minutes called me back and transferred me to the service manager...They had a Jeep Cherokee waiting (someone brought us there). Bryson stayed with us from start to finish! Now that is service!
They picked up my truck, fixed it, brought it back AND picked up the lender for us! I cannot say enough great things about this place!

Why Holistic Customer Care and Treatment are very Important! - Ray
In May 2020, I expressed interest in purchasing a Ram Truck via the web at Ralph Sellers Dodge and connected with a salesperson there who was very nice and courteous. I subsequently visited the dealership, which is a 100 miles or so from my residence. I really liked the vehicle and after two weeks discussing a deal with the salesperson, we agreed on a deal, which included a trade. Further, I agreed on a future date to return to the dealer to finalize the purchase and the salesperson indicated that the vehicle would be taken to have the windshield replaced today. However, a few hours later, I received a call from the salesperson advising the management team had decided to sell the vehicle to someone from Texas who had just contacted the dealer. I called and spoke with a manager to whom I explained my displeasure with this poor business tactic. Not only was it not fair to me, but also to the salesperson who had worked so hard to secure this deal, which included communication with my financial institution. The manager then advised the other customer would be financing the vehicle through Ralph Sellers, which was better for them and that the customer would pick up the vehicle this day. Obviously this move was upsetting to me and I could discern that the salesperson felt dishearten by what was happening as well. I informed the manager that I could move my schedule around (extremely busy with work during the week) and make it to the dealer within 45 minutes to an hour to finalize the purchase and pick up the vehicle. Following further discussion, the manager agreed to move forward with selling the vehicle to me.
I later arrived at the dealership as agreed and met with my salesperson and subsequently met with the finance/business manager Michael Snedigar. who was noticeably upset for some reason. Being the professional, positive and courteous person I am, I attempted to make conversation with this individual who was very curt in his responses to me and appeared disengaging. This is terrible and unbecoming behavior for the dealership and for business, especially for the finance dept., after all, I am getting the dealer my business. At some point, I expressed concern for him not wearing his mask (covid19 very active and we were in close quarters) and his response was, "you did not have to come into the office." He further noted that I could have remained in the main lobby area. In review of the purchase agreement, I noticed the trade payoff information was incorrect and provided Mike S. with a receipt from my financial institution showing the account no., daily per diem, 15 day payoff and current balance, which was significantly lower- a few thousand lower than he recorded on the purchase agreement. His response was that "we got a payoff earlier from the financial institution and that's what we are going with, otherwise, we won't do the deal." I started to aboard the deal, but that's what he wanted because he stood to benefit more from selling the vehicle to the customer from Texas (that's if this customer showed up). I remained in his office and completed the deal soon after.
I shared this unfortunate experience with the salesperson and requested contact information for Mike S' boss as I believe it would be unfair to the dealer's ownership not to know how this individual treats its customers.
I subsequently spoke with Manager Jon Goodart who appeared very interested in my concerns and experience, which I provided. Mr. Goodart even had the purchase agreement revised to reflect my true trade payoff as presented to Mike S. while at the dealer who refused to use the correct trade payoff amount as I presented in writing. Note, my financial institution would not accept the purchase agreement as submitted by Mike S. His behavior is unacceptable for anyone employed as a sales professionally especially being a mid-level manager. Hopefully Mr. Goodart addressed this concerning and troubling matter with Mike S. and the ownership, as I have shared my experience with a number of my colleagues and friends who purchase vehicles yearly as I do. The vehicle purchased was a 19 Ram Limited.
Service department is horrific! - TGoodwinLA
My vehicle was towed because of a recall. Once we went to pick it up the battery was dead and there was a check engine light on. Being under warranty we left it. They charged us 240.00 to diagnose the fuse for the diagnosis port was blown. No check engine lights were on when we had to get it towed. 1.5 hours of labor AKA 240.50.for a 4.00 fuse and to replace it!!
Misleading Sales Team Lies - chuckclark540
Purchased a 2018 Jeep Sahara, love the vehicle, but sales knew little about the car except price, no negotiation. Ad stated Premier Certified vehicle but that mislead to believe it was certified but it wasn't, stated, "they did the same inspection as certified but don't have to spend the money!" Said the vehicle had been cleaned and serviced but it it was a half hearted cleaning and then found oil life was at 10% at delivery. Don't trust them at all!!
I bought a brand new vehicle from them, 2020 Jeep... - Mhannan21784
I bought a brand new vehicle from them, 2020 Jeep Cherokee latitude plus. I asked prior to buying if the car any wrecks or accidents and can I have the car fax. They said absolutely no damages or wrecks it’s brand new. The car fax they said to me, their isn’t one because I’m gonna be the first registered person to the car and the first title holder. I got the keys and was told that my insurance on my car I was trading in is good for 10 days, so I said oh ok. I called the next day to insure it and was told there was a red flag on the vin number for my vehicle. I said what!! She said it shows; salved title, damaged or lost and stolen. I said it’s brand new how is this possible? She told me sorry but now my premium is doubled and tripled for me, to go back and speak to them. I went back and they said only thing they can think of is maybe some hail damage but it wasn’t damaged they just made a claim. I said well no one told me this prior and you told me that there were no damages or wrecks I asked and for a car fax. They said it wasn’t damaged and thats weird. I again asked for a car fax and was told the same thing. I then had to pay the 40.00 dollars myself to see the car fax and sure enough it showed damage but can’t click on it to see what kind. I then went back and asked to speak to a manger to fix this problem. I then had April Babcock call me and tell me what actually happened was the car was hit on the lot and they fixed it. I told her why wouldn’t anyone tell me this and 3 other people said it was hail and now you say it’s been hit on the lot. Where is the disclaimer for it in my contract and paperwork? She said she doesn’t have to disclose anything to me. She then said she will extend my warranty, I said I don’t want that. Just make it right, I bought a brand new car based on what I was told by you guys and now my insurance has doubled and tripled, not to mention if I want to trade this car in now or sell it say. It will show damage has been done to it and I’m not responsible and had nothing to do with that, why am I the one that has to suffer and pay more when I just wanted a brand new car that’s all. I don’t want nothing more or less just make it right; especially at a time like this with a pandemic going on and the world the way it is. I’m a single dad and just wanted a SUV for my daughters safety and a new car. She told me sorry she can extend my warranty and that’s it. Not to mention I never received my employee discount 1 percent below factory cost, the extra money they said they will knock off. The car was stickered for 30,000, I still have it. The base price is 27,000. How is 36,753 on my contract now. Especially when I had a trade in for 3k, my employee pricing, 4,250 in rebates and the extra money they were suppose to knock off. The website shows the car at 24,800 ok lol.. after all my discounts they get to 36,753 which is insane. I asked her about that and she said it’s factored in the pricing. I said where, all it shows is 36,753 then minus 7,250. That’s the 4,250 in rebates for a brand new car rebate that you get only if the car is brand new, and my trade in for 3k making it 7,250. Where is the other discounts and how did the car get to 36,753. She said it’s factored in the pricing again. Then she won’t return my phone calls or Denny Rodgers, been asking for Denny Rogers or April Babcock to make this right and please help me, this is crazy. But they won’t and just keep giving me the run around. I would never recommend them to anyone, I can’t believe they condone business like this and treat customers and scam them like this. Beware of them and their ways and make sure you never shop here. I have to start a lawsuit now and sue them my lawyer said and not just for the car now. I have records of everything, the phone calls, the times I went back up there, what they told me, calling Jeep itself and filing a complaint, filing a complaint with the lender capital one, filing a complaint with the vehicle motor company of my state, filing a complaint against landers as well. I have had to miss work, pay extra for daycare, pay extra for insurance and my lawyer said the pain and suffering as well as depression now. All I wanted was a car for my 4 year old daughter to be safe and I thought I was buying a brand new car as my contract states and I was told several times. Instead, they ripped me off and totally have no remorse for customers, their families, their time, their money and they have no morals. PLEASE BEWARE OF THEM AND MAKE SURE TO GO AND SHOP SOMEWHERE THAT HAS INTEGRITY AND WANTS TO SELL YOU A CAR OVER AND OVER AND GAIN YOUR BUSINESS FOR A LIFETIME, instead of a hit and run.

Well let's start with the first time my jeep was worked on here I was told it would take 4 hrs. I called through out the day checking on it. With them telling me they haven't started working on it. When my appointment was at 730 am. Well to sum it up I ended up not having a vehicle for two days. Because of the lack of planning. So I thought it was just a xxxxx. The second time, Had some parts ordered for some warranty work. And I made the appointment at 730 again on a Friday. I call them at 230 to find out what's taking so long. And they tell me once again they haven't started working on it. This is a huge problem when someone needs their vehicles. Especially when told will take a couple of hours. Poor management.
Service is poor - Tactcon
Took my Jeep in to have work done. Came back not complete. The worst service I have ever encountered. They have a excuse for everything.
