I recently brought my 2013 Ridgeline in for oil change. Matthew Verge was most helpful he quickly took information needed, showed me where customer waiting room was located. He told me my cabin filter was dirty and asked if I wanted a new one, no pressure. i agreed to new filter and within 45 minutes, he came into waiting area truck was completed and was being brought around. Very good experience, I will keep coming back.

I just recently had my car serviced at McGovern Ford at Drum Hill. Carlos was helpful, professional, and personable. He explained what was wrong and how they fixed the problem. The price was under the warranty but I had additional service done. It was completed quickly and at a fair price. I definitely would recommend service at Drum Hill.

Communication was terrible, I was not told they needed to order a part and I would need to leave my car for 3 days, I had to keep calling and texting them and wait hours for them to get back to me. I waited for a call from the service manager that never came. Very frustrating. I would suggest better communication
