WOW! This dealership is unlike the many others I have... - Ashleyporter1008

WOW! This dealership is unlike the many others I have had to go to after my car was stolen. I CANNOT BELIEVE how kind, helpful, honest, they were here. They made sure the car I was buying used was perfect, and they worked as a team after I called first thing in morning to buy it. We had test driven it the night before with salesman Matt and then woke up and called saying we wanted to buy it but my car salesman was off. Matt was very nice and NOT pushy. After he knew we weren't going to buy that night he still continued to chat with us and give great advice on car buying in general. The sales manager Bruce assured me they worked as a team and that Matt would get commission for it-- the sales manager and finance manager Tyler were beyond assuring during a high anxiety time. Tyler took care of a scratch in the plastic and the chip in the windshield for free, and you cannot tell either were there. Sitting through an hour of paperwork signing would've sucked and most finance managers are jerks but Tyler was kind and very knowledgeable about finance and cars in general. Side note They do not haggle but if you have been car shopping most places don't any more. They believe in coming forth with their best price and then the financier shops for the best loan for you. If you tell them your monthly goal they will make sure you meet that. They really made the car buying experience friendly and hometown feeling. It totally didn't suck at all. They even delivered my car to me since I would not have a ride to go get it. I will be checking there first for our next car. If you're tired of the big dealerships where you're just a number, this is the place to start.

My husband needed an alignment done, due to us traveling - Michael Androes

My husband needed an alignment done, due to us traveling the only appointment they had available wouldn't work for us. Phil was able to work some magic and got us squeezed in the following morning!! Fast forward to the next morning Phil was taking a much deserved day off, Michael was able to take over our crisis of needing the alignment done!!! We dropped his truck off at 7am knowing the we're squeezing us in we expected them to have the truck for the entire day. NOPE we was wrong! Michael got us all done and back on the road by lunch!! Thank you to everyone involved in getting up back on the road and getting the alignment done for us last minute!! We are extremely grateful and happy with Reed Chevrolet of xx Joseph!! We would recommend them to anyone in this area 10/10 in our books!! Special shout out and thank to both Phil and Michael the service advisors!!! They are amazing to work with some of these reviews are wild, because we seen and had the polar opposite experience!! Keep doing what you gentleman do!! You will most definitely get our business again when we are in this area!! Thank you for everything including the chocolate!! Michael And Sarah Androes

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5‑Star Experience at Jim Trenary - mar709w

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5‑Star Experience at Jim Trenary Chevrolet I recently purchased a Colorado from Jim Trenary, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Brett Wilkinson was my salesman, and he made the process incredibly smooth, stress‑free, and enjoyable. Brett was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right truck—not just making a sale. He answered every question clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. The whole team at Jim Trenary was welcoming and efficient, and I couldn’t be happier with my Colorado or the service I received. I highly recommend Brett Wilkinson and the Jim Trenary dealership

I only went to the dealership because my key broke and I - Amber81

I only went to the dealership because my key broke and I needed a new key made, I tried all the locksmiths and nobody could help me, however, even though the dealership was able to make me a key, they also charged me $91 for the key, and mind you this is a simple key, no key fob or nothing like that, and failed to let me know that I could program it myself, and was going to charge me to program it. I was going to have to pay a tow truck to tow my car to the dealership to program this key that I programmed myself after looking on the internet. And I found out that Ace Hardware would have made my key for $30 after I had already had it made. I will never go back to this dealership again! Sad sad world we live in.

My son took his car in for repair (2nd time dor the same issue) and the backup lights stopped working when he left. He took it back in and they said he needed an under hood fuse block for $500. We took it to another dealership and they replaced a blown fuse. The backup lights work now. Don’t use this dealership!

Hulett Buick did an outstanding job for us today - Diedrichjohn

Hulett Buick did an outstanding job for us today 10/26/22. We had the front drive shaft on our 2018 Buick TourX drop loose. Towed the vehicle to Hulett and talked to Matt (service Rep) they were busy but fit us in Nick (Service Mgr) got us a courtesy ride with Rick back to our condo (12 miles away) by 2:30pm they called and said they had it ready to go. Came and picked us back up. Rick was great to visit with as we drove back to dealership. Nick then explained that the previous dealership had not locked the front driveshaft in place. They fixed it and said “No Charge”! They could have made up a line of BS and charged us $100 for diagnostics, but he was so happy to help us! Thank you Hulett Buick for being so nice and your expertise in fixing our Buick TourX! Diedrich & Connie Friedl Solon, IA

I have purchased 50 new cars over the years and this - Newcar#25&26douginkc

I have purchased 50 new cars over the years and this purchase of a 2025 Eray and working with Dustin Bailey is one of the best experiences i have ever had buying a new car. He is extremely knowledgeable. I know the owner personally and he is super likeable person as well and very honest which you can see carries over to his team. The signing process was also extremely easy as well working with Mandy Morris. I can't say enough great things about all of them but Dustin was the absolute best experience. Doug Crouse
