Completely blown away. After being jerked around for 4 days by multiple other dealerships and countless hours wasted I have finally been taken care of. I inquired about a Buick Lacrosse online and was immediately contacted by the online sales specialist Mark. I told Mark about my mistreatment at other places and my lack of hope. Mark asked me exactly what I wanted and monthly price. Mark didnt waste my time he was honest and asked ahead of time if my deal was even doable before I drove the 45 min drive to them. When I got there he wasted no time with my deal and went directly to Don the new car salesman. Don introduced himself and again asked me what deal I was seeking. He didn't hesitate or mess with me at all. Don looked me eye to eye and said I will get you that deal and put you in that Buick today. That's exactly what happened too. I got the exact car I wanted at the exact price. When all hope was gone Mark and Don from Jim Trenary stepped in and fixed me up. I was in a situation that I needed to purchase 3 cars at the same time. I sent a list of what I was looking for to Mary and within a short amount of time she had several options for us to test drive. She was very patient with us as we drove cars, asked questions, asked her to pull another car off the lot and then went through the process of adding features to one of the vehicles that we did purchase. She was very patient and friendly. She spent quality time with us to ensure that we were getting the vehicles that we really wanted. I took my truck here for an oil change. I knew there were a few other problems with it but didn't want the whole "you need this & that" speech. I booked online and said Oil change and NOTHING ELSE as I am aware of the problems. Finally a dealership that honors my wishes as a customer. I got the oil change and was in and out. They went ahead and listed a few known issues on my receipt but did not waste my time with the whole song and dance. I couldn't be happier. Thanks!! The whole staff was great to deal with.

I was doing a search for a Chevy Truck, and came across this Dealer that had just what I was looking for, so I contacted them. They got back to me really fast, and answered my questions. I had to work a bit Saturday morning, but headed up to this Dealership to buy this truck. They closed a 5pm on Saturday, and I got to the door about 4:45 or 4:50, and walked in looking for the name I was told to ask for when I got there. This deal went so fast I could not believe it. I was very pleased with the auto body experience I had recently. I called American Family Insurance on Friday about 10 am after hitting a deer about 9:00 the previous evening. They contacted Pettijohn, who called me within 30 minutes to arrange towing my van to their service area. By 2:30 that afternoon, I received a call from Kayla with an estimate of the damage and asked if I wanted them to fix it. I said yes and she said that she could now order parts. She told me it would take about 9 days to complete repairs. I told her that I would need a loaner car because my husband had a doctor appointment in the city on Tuesday. She said that she would have a car ready by Monday and she did. We had a flat tire while driving and had it repaired. I called on the 8th day and Kayla said it was ready to pick up. We went to get our car and looked it over. It looked great! We went in and paid the bill and gave Kayla the bill for fixing the tire and she took it off of our total bill. We were very pleased with the fast service and friendly actions of Kayla and the service personnel.
Day 3 for a water pump - Stranded
Scheduled Monday to bring in my equinox to have a water pump replaced. I.was told that the part was in stock and it would be done by 3 o’clock that day. It is now Wednesday at 1:45 PM and my car is still not ready. My Two-year-old is in the NICU at the hospital and I have no vehicle. The Service representative won’t return phone calls, answer calls when paged and takes the longest lunch break I’ve ever seen. No offer of any kind solutions or accommodations. Just excuses. When I called and complained they told me if it wasn’t done Tuesday they would give me a loaner. Really? How am I supposed to get it? Tried to pay in advance and couldn’t get the service rep to do it. Just more excuses when I could get him on the phone. Worst service I have ever experienced. On top of all this I had to pay $300.00 to be treated this way. Don’t waste your time, there are better places to take your car to.

I purchased my 2014 Cadillac XTS on 12/23/2017. It only had 3,750 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. (You read that right, 3,750 miles) I love it! It was a great buy. The car let me know as well as an email that I needed the oil changed recently. I set up an appointment with Malik Yousif for the oil change and loaner car. When I returned, the car was ready, it was clean and vacuumed out. The "stuff" I had in the back seat floor was neatly put in a box for me. It was very nice of them to do that. I'm a Realtor, so this car is my office.
Diana Freerksen saw me when I returned and came out to see how things are going. When the time comes for me to purchase another car, I will definitely contact Diana, and I will only come to Van Cadillac to have my car (and other cars in my "fleet" ) serviced. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!!

Okie.. So I stopped by and finalized a car. Now before leaving the parking lot with the new (used) car, i found that the car doesn't have a GPS. spoke to the sales person and was told "Ford's now manages GPS application using Sync services". I believed him and decided to activate the feature when i reach home. I found that Sync has been disabled for 2011 till 2016 models. Called a ford dealer ship and was informed that vehicle does not have GPS hardware installed and it will cost me $1500 to get it installed. Called Lucas (sales person) back and informed him about the situation. response was "You are on your own". So finally left with a BAD taste and dealers attitude on GFY. They were great when i was buying the car, but after i bought attitude completely changed! I am going to raise this up to the credit companies and leave review about how a false promise/suggestion was made and how much of an extra effort was made to feel a customer satisfied!

We were driving across the country from West Virginia to Kansas after a celebration of life ceremony for our mother who recently passed away. We pulled into a gas station and the vehicle was making a terrible screeching noise. I used my phone to locate the nearest authorized buick service center. I called Poage Chevrolet and they were booked for 3 days. After explaining our situation, I was put on hold, and then informed that they would be able to fit us in. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and took great care of us and our care while we waited for it to be repaired.
