My mother referred me to Poage for buying a new car. I met with Lonnie Foust. He worked with me before I came to the dealership and was very accommodating. Once we were there, he showed me cars that fit my requests. I fell in love with one in particular. He was able to get the price to a point that my husband liked and I came home with the Buick Enclave and 100% satisfaction. A few days later, Lonnie followed up with me and offered his assistance in answering any questions I might have about my car. I highly recommend Lonnie and Poage Chevrolet Buick in Hannibal.

There is no way these other reviews are correct. We bought a 2011 Chevy equinox, the condition of this vehicle was not disclosed to the dealership when they took ownership of it. It was problem after problem. We owned it for 2 months. It spent a majority of that time in the shop with them at Van Chevrolet. Derek, the manager was able to get us out of that loan and into a 2025 Chevy trailblazer. The customer service at this dealership is above any we have ever experienced. I do not believe that rating should be able to be made if the customer was simply not able to qualify for the vehicles. Because the customer service at this dealership they go above and beyond.
