I wanted to test drive my F150 so, my first day there Joe and I took the truck for a short drive to check out the 4 wheel drive and other functions on the truck to the subdivision in back of the dealership.
The next time I came to to the dealership I wanted to take the F150 out on Hwy 270.
So again Joe arranged for this to happen.

I took my truck here for an oil change. I knew there were a few other problems with it but didn't want the whole "you need this & that" speech. I booked online and said Oil change and NOTHING ELSE as I am aware of the problems. Finally a dealership that honors my wishes as a customer. I got the oil change and was in and out. They went ahead and listed a few known issues on my receipt but did not waste my time with the whole song and dance. I couldn't be happier. Thanks!! The whole staff was great to deal with.

I was very pleased with the auto body experience I had recently. I called American Family Insurance on Friday about 10 am after hitting a deer about 9:00 the previous evening. They contacted Pettijohn, who called me within 30 minutes to arrange towing my van to their service area. By 2:30 that afternoon, I received a call from Kayla with an estimate of the damage and asked if I wanted them to fix it. I said yes and she said that she could now order parts. She told me it would take about 9 days to complete repairs. I told her that I would need a loaner car because my husband had a doctor appointment in the city on Tuesday. She said that she would have a car ready by Monday and she did. We had a flat tire while driving and had it repaired. I called on the 8th day and Kayla said it was ready to pick up. We went to get our car and looked it over. It looked great! We went in and paid the bill and gave Kayla the bill for fixing the tire and she took it off of our total bill. We were very pleased with the fast service and friendly actions of Kayla and the service personnel.

Anyways my car was making a grinding noise.
They called said it was the water pump darn.
I told them to go ahead they had it ready later in the afternoon that was fast.very happy they do excellent work.I have 103000 miles on my car had it for 10years .first time for anything major .so i got my money out of this truck.They also have a free shuttle service to take you home.they did work before in the past for me..Their techs there know what they are doing.I will be back and recommend crossroads.

4th dealership we visited the day we made our purchase. Located used vehicle on the internet. Called to ensure it was still available. Cody had it waiting for us when we arrived. Very courteous salesman who was not pushy at all. Short Negotiations on final price after trade in. Trey handled the finance department was the best we have experienced. Had several options for warranties and extra purchases in addition but was not pushy.

motor oil boot prints / - robberthowell
The tech left motor oil boot prints on my tan carpet and door trim.
They said that my car had an open recall on it... this is after I just bought the car from this dealership three months ago after it was supposedly inspected, serviced and certified.
The car also has a power steering fluid leak that just started after being purchased three months ago. I asked the service manager if they could look for where the leak is coming from while they're under it. He said that they couldn't tell me where the leak was coming from unless I paid a 150$ diagnosis fee, but that since the car had just reached a certain mileage he thought I should replace the whole system for 1000 dollars.
So, this is after I just bought the car that they say it needs this much work. But since I bought it "certified," as-is, that means that they won't help me with the repairs, much less take a minute to tell me which part is leaking, in hopes they can ream me by convincing me it's better to replace the whole system... (the high pressure hose, the return hose and the motor.)
What a joke. Never buy a used car from a dealership and never go to the service department of a dealership... they're just cheating you.

I have had a couple of warranty issues with my Duramax and Tom in the Service department was absolutely awesome to work with. The problem was that GM did not have replacement parts for some reason so I was given a new loaner to drive while I waited 5 plus weeks to get my truck back. Tom was in constant contact and called weekly to give me updates. I have purchased several vehicles from Reed and will continue to do so. Eric in the Service department is another team member that provided excellent service. My truck was in for a free oil change and was done almost before I got back to work. If I had one complaint, it would be about Casey in the Service department. I was very frustrated with an issue in getting a part for my truck and he could have cared less about it. He even went so far as to tell me to "Chill out" that it wasn't his fault. I explained to him that I use my truck to earn a living and that I could not be without it for weeks waiting on a part. He just looked at me and said there was nothing he could do. I then complained and was handed off to Tom Pflugradt who actually cared and helped me get the issue resolved. If I ever have to deal with Casey again, I will go somewhere else!

We were driving across the country from West Virginia to Kansas after a celebration of life ceremony for our mother who recently passed away. We pulled into a gas station and the vehicle was making a terrible screeching noise. I used my phone to locate the nearest authorized buick service center. I called Poage Chevrolet and they were booked for 3 days. After explaining our situation, I was put on hold, and then informed that they would be able to fit us in. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and took great care of us and our care while we waited for it to be repaired.
