Completely blown away. After being jerked around for 4 days by multiple other dealerships and countless hours wasted I have finally been taken care of. I inquired about a Buick Lacrosse online and was immediately contacted by the online sales specialist Mark. I told Mark about my mistreatment at other places and my lack of hope. Mark asked me exactly what I wanted and monthly price. Mark didnt waste my time he was honest and asked ahead of time if my deal was even doable before I drove the 45 min drive to them. When I got there he wasted no time with my deal and went directly to Don the new car salesman. Don introduced himself and again asked me what deal I was seeking. He didn't hesitate or mess with me at all. Don looked me eye to eye and said I will get you that deal and put you in that Buick today. That's exactly what happened too. I took my truck here for an oil change. I knew there were a few other problems with it but didn't want the whole "you need this & that" speech. I booked online and said Oil change and NOTHING ELSE as I am aware of the problems. Finally a dealership that honors my wishes as a customer. I got the oil change and was in and out. Very Professional and easy to do business with. I would recommend you go to them. I live approx 30 miles north of Jeff City and tried to buy local but could not get a reasonable price. Dealer here wanted more for a 1 year old vehicle with 8,000 miles than I could buy new at Riley. Same truck. Same options. The local salesman called the day after I bought and said "I would have beaten their price". Maybe but it is not my job to go back and forth to get a car dealer to give me a decent price. When you spend $50k+ you expect to get a good value and fair offer without getting yanked around.

I had to work a bit Saturday morning, but headed up to this Dealership to buy this truck. arrived a few minutes early and didn't have to wait for them to register me and take the car for an oil change and tire rotation - the only thing they didn't do was reset the computer for the tire rotation - I got a flat on Friday and it kept telling it was my front right tire when it was actually the rear right.

Took vehicle in for engine repair issue prior to the warranty expiring. Vehicle was "repaired" under the warranty. Vehicle was driven more and the warranty expired. Same engine issue came up again and was concluded that the original issue that was identified while the vehicle was under warranty was never correctly repaired. Dealership and GM simply said "too bad, vehicle is no longer under warranty and you are responsible for the cost of the repair".......even though the repair was never correctly completed in the first place. Poor customer service, dishonest, and fraudulent. GM pointed their finger at the dealer, the dealer pointed their finger at GM and in the end they get paid and the customer gets screwed.

We made a deal both signed the agreement and gave a down payment. The vehicle had some codes needing repaired we waited a week and a half and they upped the price $204 to pay for a temp tag. Bull they were upping the price to offset the repairs. We gave full asking price and we weren’t told until we picked the vehicle up and it was a cash deal for my son and his first transaction. Rediculous way to do business. They got it down to 125 but still more than agreed on. Temp tags are about $10-15. Happy with the deal until this. New car was not prepped when purchased - Fulton
Vehicle was not prepped properly when bought. The vehicle had a dealer installed pin stripe which I did not want. The salesperson said that it would be removed at no additional cost. Upon taking delivery of the new 2019 Impala Premium, I saw that the pin stripe was removed and it appeared that the vehicle somewhat cleaned. Upon driving a short distance I noticed that the interior windshield was only attempted to be washed and none of the other windows were cleaned at all. Going through the Infotainment, I noticed that the tire pressure showed 34, 31, 30, 30 (needed to be set at 33 PSI). Upon arriving at home I noticed that the pinstripe glue/backing was still apparent and the vehicle had rub marks where the tech had tried to remove it. I found lower Front Air Dam pieces in the trunk that were never installed. There was still white shipping tape on various areas on the lower part of the vehicle. The windshield washer fluid container was never filled. The interior was dusty. I have purchased 15 new GM vehicles over the past 40 years and all have been prepped extremely well. When I drove out of the lot I just assumed that this vehicle was also prepped properly and I did not do a thorough inspection (my mistake). I did contact the salesperson the following day to address the issues. After numerous calls they did agree to compensate me for allowing me to correct these issues. It has been 10 days since then, but I still have not been compensated. A few days prior to dealing on the vehicle I had contacted the salesperson with a question in regards to the "Engine Control Start/Stop" feature, if it was on the 2019 Impala Premium V6. They indicated that it was. Upon my own research I was seeing that it is not on that vehicle (which I preferred not want on my vehicle). I had other questions while dealing on the vehicle and they did hot have immediate answers. It's apparent that the sales people have no knowledge of the vehicles being sold.

The service department is a joke. Took my vehicle in on a Thursday, they didn't touch it till Monday, the service guy Malik Yousif was very unprofessional, attitude and no communication is what I recieved. They didn't keep me up to date on anything until I called him out on having to call and get my own checkup from time to time. Not only was I told that they couldn't do a loaner car and this is after my car almost being down a week but when I finally got one charged me $1000.00 deductible because they found a scratch on the hubcap which I don't pay attention on those details on walk around so that was my fault. This is the 2nd time in less than 4 months that I had to bring the vehicle back for same exact issues on why I had it repaired in the first place which was well in the $2000.00 range to have fixed. I will never recommend or use this place if I don't have to however since they were to fix it the first time I had to bring it back for them to correct it. The lack of the service department coordinating what they were doing and the attitude I received let alone the thousands I was out of has me not even looking their way if I was ever needed service or work done with them. I will take my chances elsewhere
