While on vacation our Pacifica had an unusual problem, the shifter needed replacement, but the problem came and went, making it difficult to isolate. Josh and Jon were able to work us in despite being very busy and managed to fix the issue and get us back on the road. We made it back to Virginia with no problems thanks to these fine men! I recommend them highly and would trust them anytime.

Stay clear! They stated one price for my trade and then shorted me $500. They tried explaining that it was in sales tax adjustments. It was not. Also they were just going to auction the vehicle...nope, on the lot for sale. Very deceptive practices by the general sales manager Eric.

Had a deal worked up on a Ram 1500 but wasn't able to test drive the truck until the following week. Drove the truck and had a deal in place so I submitted a credit app and then when I verified the deal one last time they said part of the deal was not included anymore (making my last lease payment on my current car). Said that was a one day offer to get me to buy the truck last week (same month though) and they wouldn't honor it. This was done after they pulled my credit so the deal fell through. They also pulled my credit TWICE. I have Tier 1 credit so there was no need to pull my credit twice. So now I have two hard inquires on my report on the same day for a deal that fell through because they wouldn't honor part of the deal from the previous week... Not happy at all
