Purchased 3 cars from them in 2020 (5 overall since 2014)...got loaner while getting oil change in November and drove it a total of 16 miles...they charged my cc $3.80 for 2 gallons of gas without authorization....explained after 2 months of inquiry they had to "top-off" fuel...so in essence they lost a very good customer for $4....duh! Hope Jeff the sales guy is happy with that decision!

THEFT FROM VEHICLE! The temperature sensor on my 2021 q5 hybrid failed when I was about 7 miles from this dealer. The service advisor I dealt w/Samantha was great even though the part would take 10 days to arrive and there was no loaner for a week, she booked it for me for the next week. Unfortunately, they ended up keeping my car for 3 weeks (not her fault). BUT when I got my car home, two brand new expensive bathroom fixtures were missing from my trunk. I called twice and a service advisor apologized and said they would call me back they did not. After a third call I was said the GM would call me back. Finally the service manager, Blanca Simpson called me to say this was the first she was hearing of it, and that this does not happen at their dealership. I said it happened to me and she said she had checked the video and found nothing. I asked if she had checked 3 weeks worth of video and she proceeded to repeat over and over that 'this does not happen at our dealership'. It was a useless, unprofessional attempt to cover themselves for something that is inexcusable.

I spoke to two different sales people, neither one of them corresponded to each other. One saleswoman (Shakreeha) had different numbers then the other salesman (Vinny), he quoted $50 more per month. I asked him to explain why his numbers were $50 more a month when it’s the same exact deal I just spoke to Shakreeha about. He responded with “Got It”. You would think this salesman would be more courteous to a customer leasing the most expensive sedan VW makes, nevertheless, I ended up canceling the deal. The salesman was rude and there are many other VW dealerships that are more deserving of our business. I would definitely recommended Volkswagen of Salem County over this dealership, as the last twelve (12) vehicles my family has purchased from them were made seamless and with no attitude.

Awful dealership. Poor customer service and disrespectful staff. Aggressive behavior and lack of skills. After having my car for 3 weeks to replace a sensor they charged me $150 to clean an old cigarette smelling loaner which had a faulty trunk, no gps and no phone charger. Horrible experience.

I recently purchased a 2021 Audit Q7 from this dealership and I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The sales person, Chip, was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional - but I most appreciated his patience with my buying experience. Before deciding to buy, I made multiple trips to the dealership for test drives etc and I never felt any pressure from Chip. He was always willing to spend time answering my questions and really took the opportunity to get to know me and my buying preferences. He offered to deliver my car to my home, and then when my license plates were available, he came back to my home to put them on. Overall, I had a great experience - I would go back to this dealership for future purchases and I will gladly refer friends and family.

beyond his years. I was truly impressed with the fact that he knew everything about the vehicle & it was obvious he loves his job. He was also extremely timely in addressing all calls & texts.
Patrick Wildridge, also assisted in making the entire process from start to finish was a pleasant one.
He was vey personable but more importantly, fair when helping to solidify the deal.
After finishing up the paperwork with Annie I knew they all work as a team. She too was great & had positive things to say about the dealership !
