We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership with the clear understanding that certain repairs would be completed as part of the sale. Those repairs were promised before we signed and paid. Now that the vehicle is in our possession, the dealership has stopped responding to our calls and messages entirely. No follow-up, no explanation, and no accountability. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. If you are considering buying here, be cautious about any promises made verbally. Once the sale was complete, customer service completely disappeared.

One of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had! Imani Murray was an outstanding salesperson, and I highly recommend asking for him when you visit Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus. I give him two thumbs up — he's very honest, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Whether I called, texted, or emailed, Imani responded almost instantly every time. That level of communication made everything smooth and stress-free. The Finance Manager, Mantas, was also a pleasure to work with. He was straightforward, didn’t pressure me into any additional financing options, and made the paperwork part of the process very easy. People like Mantas and Imani truly represent what great customer service should look like at a dealership. Buyer beware! These guys are hustlers... purchased a car and brought it in a month later for an add on. Well it was at their shop they damaged the car and did not fix the damages... Do yourself a favor and skip these criminals!

I was truly impressed with the fact that he knew everything about the vehicle & it was obvious he loves his job. He was also extremely timely in addressing all calls & texts. Patrick Wildridge, also assisted in making the entire process from start to finish was a pleasant one. He was vey personable but more importantly, fair when helping to solidify the deal. After finishing up the paperwork with Annie I knew they all work as a team. She too was great & had positive things to say about the dealership !

i recently had my Audi a6 serviced at Audi Mendham. They delivered my car back to me with broken off handle for my center console. I called immediately and left a message including video and pictures. Later in the day i was told that they would look into this and contact me the next day. One week later and I'm still waiting. I attempting contacting the 'service manager' early yesterday and left a message...STILL WAITING!

Service department worst of the worst Went to the dealership over ten times, my vehicle was in the shop for 52 days within a 3 month period since dashboard cluster kept indicating remote key not detected. It’s safe to say they didn’t have a clue what they were doing, and when they finally fixed it, on the drive home I realized the sunroof only retracts a quarter of a way and the sunshade 3 quarter of the way. I spoke to Marc Scalera (service advisor) and he told me it’s just a setting they have to reprogram - “a quick fix” - and to bring the vehicle in a week because they’re busy. Came back a week later and after waiting a couple of hours, Marc says they cannot reprogram it, a mechanism broke, and they need to disassemble the sunroof and need the vehicle for 3 or 4 days, and the next loaner available in 2 weeks. Two weeks later I receive a phone call to reschedule the appointment for another week because they don’t have enough technicians. A week later, when I returned Marc told me they don’t have any loaner available and they only have one technician working. If that was the case, they should have plenty of loaners available and it’s very blatant they’re giving me the runaround. When I asked Marc why he didn’t notify me, he responded “I didn’t know you were coming” - so much for service advisor. This happened under their supervision and negligence on their part - they showed no remorse. It is apparent they don’t intend to fix the sunroof because is to complicated for them. The first day I took the vehicle to rectify the issue with remote key not detected, Marc Scalera called me and told me that they picked up an error code on my MMI and for them to fix it is going to cost $1,000, but today is my lucky day and they will do it for $750. I told Marc first of all I didn’t bring the vehicle there for that and second of all there nothing wrong with my MMI, he told me that it has the potential of going bad. Think about that - would you pay $750 because “it has the potential of going bad?” That’s your definition of a SNAKE OIL SERVICE ADVISOR. For the record three months later the MMI is still working for the simple reason there is nothing wrong with it and it’s working like a charm. I challenge Jim Desimone (General Manager) and Brooke Canty (owner) to call me so I can elaborate. Audi of Newton continues to say how much they value their customers - well guess what? I’m the customer - show me, walk the walk. I will update this review in the future.
