I had a very complicated issue with my car. I called and spoke to the service manager. You understood my problem. He then got what the general manager who also understood my problem. They took wonderful care of me in my car. They went beyond the call of duty. They were totally awesome.

Nov 2024. I found a Wrangler on Jeep.com at CDJR of Utica. Then filled in their online information request. Within 30 minutes I had a phone message and text reply wanting to help! I had a great experience with Jordan Ross, Erik Hyde and Matt Coppola while purchasing the 2024 Willy. This was a long distance purchase with email, phone calls and texts. These guys were prompt and professional! When I arrived for pickup, the paperwork and Willy were ready for a quick turn. Thank you!

Where do I begin? I vowed never to come back here after an issue servicing my car a few years ago. So let's start with my most recent interaction. For the record I've only ever had issues with the service dept. I purchased a new car from them.in 2015 with zero issues. I recently purchased another dodge, not from them, a few months ago and that vehicle had an error message saying to bring it to authorized dealer. I called croton and explained i needed to come in because of this error message on my uconnect box. The woman in the service dept. then told me they couldn't service my vehicle because "they were too busy servicing THEIR OWN customers vehicles." Baffled I said I am a customer since 2015 and that shouldn't matter! She proceeded to question me " then why didn't I buy this one from them as well?" I told her that's not her concern she said "then I should bring it back to that dealership and have them service the vehicle" I explained that dealership is in Maryland she scoffed put me on hold to see what she could do and gave me a service date over a month away. This interaction solidified why I will not ever go back for any reason. (2nd occurrence) As many dodge durango owners know, rain water seeps into the brake lights causing them to burn out, a problem that should be addressed in a recall but I digress. My 2015 being under warranty at the time, I requested they replace it, they did after I had to call Chrysler to complain about Crotons refusal, eventually they did replace it...it happened again about 1 1/2 years later, that part now being under its own service warranty, I went to croton to fix and reluctantly they did. Which now warranties that part all over again and of course the issue repeated and I brought it back to have it repaired which the manager told me he wouldn't do it again even though it's under warranty. Lucky for him the issued hadn't reoccured. The following experience is the one that made me vow never to bring it to this place again: I brought my 2015 in for routine oil and tire rotation. They called me after taking several hours to do asking me if I had recently had work on wheels/tires. Yes about a year before I had 4 new tires put on. Woman said they previous tire shop did something wrong (couldn't tell me what it was) and they had to bore a hole in my rim in order to get wheel off... WHAT? I rushed to the dealership only to get multiple conflicting stories and had I not been car savvy person they would have gotten over on me or someone less knowledgeable about cars. They tried to bill me hundreds of dollars, they destroyed my rim and in fact scratched another rim! Long story short the mechanic didn't put the tire not on properly and cross treaded it. AFTER having rotated the tires. They tried to tell me it was already like that which made no sense because then you're telling me he was able to get it off initially, noticed the problem, rotated the tires and then put the same bolt on with the same nut?! Which you then had to bore out the rim to remove and then replace properly? After catching them in their lies and several weeks of going back and forth. They were forced to repair the scratched rim, replace the other bored out rim and replace the bolt THEY destroy. Listen mistakes happen that's fine but when you try to be dishonest and get over on customers you're a bad business! When your employees are rude to customers, your a bad business, when you consistently doing these bad business practices...guess what! YOUR A BAD BUSINESS!

I purchased a new 2022 leftover Ram 1500. I traded in my 2019 Ram 1500 and was given a very fair price for the trade and again came to a more than pleasing deal with the new truck. Date of delivery had to be the easiest I had ever had sitting with the finance department no BS up sales very straight forward in and out 15 minutes. I love this track like you have no idea. No unfortunately my new truck had a few hiccups in the beginning and I got to meet the service dept. I have to say that the are a very nice group of people that really went above and beyond with everything concerning my thoughts on my truck. I will definitely buy from them again and my wife is planning on leasing the Jeep Grand Cherokee for them in the up coming months.

My salesman told me a remote starter could be installed on my 2023 Jeep Renegade. He even gave me the card of an idependent repair service with the comment that I should never buy an accessory from their dealership because it would be too expensive (even mentioned Temu, I believe a cheap imitation Japanese company) as a source. After signing the contract and taking delivery I was told a remote starter wasn't made for my Jeep. After numerous attempts to contact my salesman, Luis Bernacet, your dealership owner, Brian Dennis and Carl Harris, I have been ignored. I was and still am to this day. In addition even though I was told by Carl Harris that the the person who referred me would receive a referral check, this has not happened even with phone calls and emails. Unfortunately my future referrals must be to Lia or Goldstein.

I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

I had a fantastic experience at United Jeep in Bay Ridge, where the service staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued. I want to give a special shoutout to the lady with the amazing hairstyle and her coworker at the reception, though I regretfully forgot their names. Despite arriving an hour late due to the heavy rain that Saturday morning(03/23), the staff remained absolutely professional and friendly. They offered me a delicious coffee in their Guest's Lounge and engaged me in a pleasant conversation while my vehicle was being serviced. I was initially concerned about being a last-minute customer, but my worries disappeared as the staff handled everything smoothly and stress-free. The facility itself is ultra clean, modern, and spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere for customers. I had a recall and oil change alerts and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary oil change as a new customer. This experience has restored my trust in the brand dealerships, and I will be returning for future services. Dansville Chrysler is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. Being a return customer, I am very happy with the quality of work from the technicians. Skip and Kyle got my vehicle in at my earliest availability. I didnt have to wait a week! Paul had my replacement parts ready and waiting. I had a few question's about car's and Graham and Lenny had all the answers. When I'm ready for my next new car I will be going to DCDJ. I highly recommend checking them out if you live around the area. Much better than any of the surrounding options! A very relaxed and personable atmosphere where they know you by name.

I will no longer do business with this dealership, they had my ram for almost 5 months and after spending over 5,000.00 dollars was told by the service manager that they hope to never see us again and asked us if we knew where the Mathews dealership was so we could take our future business dealings there, we have made several attempts to speak to Mark Dell about this issue and he does not return our calls, so at this point I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office and filing a formal complaint and the fact that I belong to a couple of car clubs I will be passing on my experience with a lot of friends, bad news travels fast.

This dealer has the worst service center. First, I brought my RAM 1500 in for a warranty repair back in 2022. It took them three attempts, and after they jerked me around and promised me a loaner car, they reneged and said "you didn't buy the car here". So I go to pick up the truck so I can bring elsewhere and it has three deep gashes scratched into the sid. "so sorry sir, theres nothing to indicate we did that..." which was total xx.... Now I go to do an oil change on my wife's jeep (that we did buy there) and I find the oil pan drain bolt is stripped...Anyone want to guess who did the last oil change before that? I'm going back to Town and Country CDJR because even though it's 25 miles away, they've never screwed me like this.

After informing them that my vehicle had no fuel pressure and had an active recall for a fuel pump relay which can cause the vehicle to stall while driving which it did. The cause of which is the failing of the fuel pump as even posted on Chrysler’s website. They then asked to conduct electrical work to find a problem for a fuse that kept blowing according to them. Now they say oh it was just the fuel pump. Clearly trying to charge me for something that I already knew. Extremely shady and I’m not the only person to be told they need extra stuff from these people.

I found the perfect vehicle. Working with these people and this Dealership reminded me of how it use to be, their entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were straightforward in their dealings and I received exactly what I was promised. Upon delivery the vehicle was nicely cleaned and detailed, with Noah going over the operation of the vehicle I was on my way in a short amount of time. It was truly fantastic dealing with this dealer who wasn’t just another supermarket type dealer that most are now a days. I would highly recommend them if anyone is looking for a new or used vehicle. DO NOT BUYOUT A LEASE AT FERRARIO! NEARLY $1000 IN ADDED FEES. My lease term ended and given the very poor selection of new or used vehicles on the lot I decided to buy out the vehicle I had leased. I got the 10 day payoff from Ford Credit and called Ferrario to complete the transaction, as Ford Credit won’t just accept a check. You have to go to a dealership. When I reviewed the paperwork Ferrario had added $500 to my payout amount, added $295 for “used car check”, over $200 for registration (my vehicle is already registered and inspected) and then additional state fees as well as the document and title fees. I called and spoke to the sales manager to see if the fees are an error, but he told me that it was not an error. It is the owners policy to add these fees. That’s right, Mr. If-you-don’t-see-me-I-can‘t-save-you-any-money Don Ferrario, has a policy to pirate Ford lessees out of $900 and put it in his pocket. I called other dealerships and ultimately paid $930 dollars less to buyout my vehicle.
