I have always had a good experience at the Arnold Chevrolet service center. The service associates are knowledgeable and, explain everything that needs to be done. My salesman since 2012 Lew Mittleman is always there for me when I need service or a new lease!

They have all the specialized tools and gadgets needed to properly service the car. Their service people are all trained in Subaru technology. They are price competitive with outside shops. I feel they will do a better job because they have the right training and the right tools.

I made an online appointment for an oil change on 07/22/2025 for 07/25/2025. When I got there for the oil change on 07/25/2025 they had no record of my request. I had to show the service writer the email I got confirming the appointment and he still couldn't find any record of the appointment. However, he honored the email and got the oil change done. Thank you.
